What happened with slowly introducing young players, sparing them from the pressure to deliver right out the door?

You know that does not work at Inter. There are many fans here at FIF who want Inter to develop kids, but the first bad game and they never want to see the kid play ever again. Which is why Inter is not the best place for developing kids, the expectations are too high. I think Spalletti, like most Inter coaches, understands this very well. At Inter, the coach will always start the best XI, irrespective of their age. So Martinez or Karamoh will get games when they are the best player in a particular position, or they will eat bench. Thats the reality.

Re Martinez, its shocking the amount of criticism he is getting after his first game. I can understand the high hopes from the kid coz he is talented, I have high hopes too that he will breakout in his first season and score 15 goals. But when that hope becomes an expectation and that expectation becomes a success criteria, that is just wrong. Then you are just setting up the kid for failure. Our expectation from Lautaro in his first season in Europe should be in line with the expectation with any 21 yr old in his first season. If he takes one season just to adapt, thats good enough. The burden of our season's success should not rest on his young shoulders. He is one for the future, and if he contributes in the present that is just a bonus.

First of all we need to renounce this fucking 4-2-3-1. We don't have the midfielder for this and how long Ninja is out also no AM
We should play the 4-4-2 or 3-5-2. I don't give a fucking shit if it's a old system or how many teams play so. We need to play what suits better our players and this is not 4-2-3-1.

What we have players for is 4-3-3/4-3-2-1. Without classic wingers, but wide forwards/ss. Point is, spalletti doesnt seem to want to get rid of his 4-2-3-1.

It was a rhetorical question :) We have enough depth at the front and everyone will get the minutes they deserve at the end of the season, young or not, and this is how it should be. I'm puzzled by FIF's bipolarity though, the club is doing alright with youngsters. Even selling Coutinho was the right decision, dude had potential, but it was clear that it won't show in Serie A under the circumstances back then.

When it comes to Martinez - yeah, he also has a lot of potential and he performed very well in the friendlies, but those are just friendlies. He will need time, even players a lot older would need time to adapt to the new environment and style of play, so the extremities "he's ready to be a starter" or "he's not ready to be a starter" should meet in the middle. He will get his minutes and we'll see how it goes.

Fuck! The second one! Neither Lautaro nor Keita are AM. Both are strikers, more exactly SS.
We just need to give up on trying to fit square pegs in round wholes!

The high amount of criticism has been directed towards him playing out of position, I dont think anyone is suggesting that he eats the bench. I'd rather have him sit in the bench in the beginning but slowly getting minutes in his right position rather than forcing him to play AM from the start which is obviously not his best position. Putting him out of position will not help him develop his best skill, which is knack for the goals.

Reports saying De Vrij will start next to Skriniar with Vrsaljko and Asamoah on the right and left. Perisic also getting the start.

If Nainggolan would be available to start in the next game, this would be my line-up selection which would give us enough creativity and balance. Though I'm pretty sure Brozo will automatically perform much better with Asamoah and Nainggolan on his side. We have seen that Asamoah has played very well in midfield.

Ideally we should have signed at least another quality midfielder who could have played next to Brozo (and use Asamoah on his best position) since Gagliardini and Vecino aren't Inter material, so until we bring in a quality player there, I wouldn't mind having Asamoah in midfield and put D'ambrosio as left-back. The latter one is quite a defensive minded player meanwhile Vrsaljko tends to go forward quite a lot and is also better technically.

I do not want to see dambro as a stater, so I would put asa as left back. Gagliardini is the best option next to brozo, he can do a decent job. When brozo and gag were together they did a good job.

Assuming Ninja is fit to play, that's what I'd roll with at the weekend. If not I'd play Lautaro in there again and give him a chance rather than condemn him after one game. Miranda would drop out of my team for a game or two just to make a point that a bad performance is enough to see you dropped now that we have the players to do so at the back. Gags comes in for somewhat the same reason combined with the fact that he's just better than Vecino, but I'd also like Vecino to get the point and wake up because he can be quite a good player like he was in the first half of last season.

I question the formation like many others but it's what the players know at the moment and it would be a bad idea to change system without working on it in training for a few weeks first. This week I'd just ask Brozovic to play a little higher up the pitch because Perisic and Ninja would make better runs and pull the defenders all over the place and open up more for a clinical pass and let Gags play a little deeper.

Clowns are awful, they are far from amusing.

Let me do a simple comparison (I will just ignore this nonsense after this post):

(1) What we see in Bilan forum is a Blunine who: - stays true to his color, he does not need to hide his sports identity (no need to become a Blue-eleven) and - literally contributes to the quality of their forum with his posts.
(2) Here we have sawyerAC who has done almost nothing but produced intermittent provocative (and childish) comments. The 'childish' is a correct description in this case, as the provocative substances are shallow and thin. As he is capable of writing, I would prefer describing him as "an uneducated man". Comparing him to that SerieA dude, this guy is worse in term of entertainment values.

Blunine represents us of course as he is part of FiF community. He is the evidence of a living Inter fan. Same can be said about Sawyer. We can not help but realize contrasting pictures here.
