MILAN - FC Internazionale have completed the signing of Julio Cesar Soares Espindola. The Brazilian goalkeeper, 25, has signed a contract that ties him to the club until 30 June 2008.

So we have Toldo, Carini and Julio Cesar. I guess Toldo is our starter, Julio Cesar is no.2 and Carini no.3? Or we are going to use Julio Cesar to trade for someone else?

for me , crini will allways be second golakeeper at inter,

so we should loan cesar to seria a team, and after year if he prove himself, he can be our no.1 and carini sub. if he isnt worth, we need to buy new no.1, no carini...

Actually I rather have Carini be loaned out, so he gets to be in the starting 11, gains valuable experience, and is our number 1 starting season06/07!

what makes u think Carini is a better prospect than Julio Cesar ?

that penalty save against Messina ?

Julio Cesar has already won the Copa America with Brazil

And I beleive he is the more likely one for the future ...... plus there is the non-EU status factor as well

so we shud loan him to see how he does in Serie A soccer

Ideally if we cud find a decent back-up keeper then i wud have loaned both of them out to see who performs better and more consistently

besides all Carini has done in last 4 seasons has been being someone else's back-up or playing in Belgian League

I really dont know why we have 2 youngsters in our team. I guess one of them will have to prove they can take the throne over Toldo in season 2006/2007, or maybe one of them does it even earlier. U never know.
