For the 1,000,000 time, he said "I'd like to go to Bologna on loan to prove that I'm worth of Inter".

That what he said when we gave him the extension. He said that he wants to go there to meet up with Mazzone, but that turned to prove my worth after the $$$. And how can you not want to be released by giving that statement? Proving worth or not, you are asked to be released.

I just hope this latest Samuel talk is solid. I got sick over the past two weeks of that talk that the deal is done and should be announced Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday etc. etc. etc.

Right, and all of a sudden he received a new contract even though he had three years left on his existing one. I wonder why. :D

Read between the lines, Frisko. ;)

So it's HIS fault if they extended his contract? :wallbang:

The sooner this Samuel move gets done, the better. I hope this doesn't drag out all summer.

Haha...It sure does seem like a summer thing. Roma, milan and juvy have already got their players, while we still rumoring about it.

Adriano played a good game today, which im glad for. Even though the Germans did impress me, they seem to have this attackign flair, but seriosuly have trouble at the back. Ok

Nerazzurian, im sick and tired of checking all these sites...so im jus gonna come on the forum and check with you guys. Its like an addictive disease.

Have a great day everyone.
Question,
Who does everyone, top of ur heads, will be an ideal partner for adriano next season?, other then martins ofcourse.

Im think and hope that Samuel come to Inter. He is mutch better in Serie a when the matches not are so fast. He is a good player with the head.

Milan haven't got gilardino in fact they have been negotiating for months to try and get him the same goes for juve and cassano so don't make it out like everything they are doing is going great.

I didnt mean that they already got their targets, but juve players such gianchedda and kovac are done. Milan got janko and that other swiss player. While Roma got Taddei, which i heard his name linked to inter, jus like kaffour.

As long as our back line is fixed with Samuel and we get players who want to come for victotries, then i dont care who it is.

curiousity, i would like to know, where u guys all from? I want to see the span of nerazzuri territory and till where it gets. Nothing personal, jus to add to my info.

Hopefully, hopefully, hopefully C4 is right and Samuel and Solari sign EARLY next week. I can't wait 7 more days. After this is done though I guess it will be back to the same drama for all the rest of our targets. :p

I am sure moratti will sign them early next week but then just to give himself a kick and let us suffer. He will delay the announcement untill friday. :D

With VDM reportedly wanting to go to Benfica, I wonder if we will be linked to Luisao again? It will probably happen if VDM continues to show interest in them.

I think this summer is affecting alot of Inter fans, we are losing it! But Josigod, don't take your frustration on Moratti, it's not his main job. I don't want to dive into that again, let's just wait for next week.

I hope we net Samuel, I care less about Solari now. He is so needed, and with him in the bag all the fans can relax.

And Stefan, Gila and Cassano aren't needed by either Milan or Juve. They will be auxiliary players, something extra. They can take their time, or even a year or two and get him. We have pressing needs NOW.

Seems like this place is damn organized that its gonna take time to get used 2. I agree with Hamed about this Urgency, the fact that everyone is dying to know. Just so our hopes are set out right for the next season.

For anyone that has been seeing the spanish league, why has it been said that samuel wasnt that successful in spain. The style of play or his own problem?

Welcome to the forums Kaynerazurri, have a good time :)

About Samuel, La Liga didn't suit him. He is an exclusively Serie A player, used to playing in technical leauges where CD's aren't supposed to advanced. That's why he struggles at the NT as well, he doesn't like going forward.

Besides, the Madrid fans used to boo him at the beginning, those ignorant gloryhunters. He wouldn't take none of it, and made the 'shut-up' move to his own crowd after scoring a goal!

Gamarra will definitely leave us. As for Materazzi I think he would leave if he isn't guarenteed a place in the first team. But with the arrival of Samuel I think it is highly likely.

For us to get Samuel, Moratti will to pay for him is not sufficient, I'm afraid.

We also need:

1) Samuel to WANT to join us and not staying in Madrid, or move to Juve/Milan/Chelsea.

2) Samuel being reasonable about contract/wages.

3) Real being willing to sell him for a reasonable price.

It's not just a question of Moratti pushing a button, or giving up going on holiday to save some money. It's not that freakin simple!!!

100% agree

I dont know why most of u think its all up to moratti !!

Not sure if anyone has posted this, and not sure if this is true either (it's from our dear goal.com :dielaugh: )

But if it's true, we are having 8 argentinians! J. Zanetti, Burdisso, Cambiasso, Veron, Kily, Cruz, Samuel, Solari. (I personally am a Brazil fan so I'm not very happy, but still, I think it will be good for Inter!)

Inter To Complete Samuel And Solari Deal Next Week
6/25/2005 10:13:00 PM

Internazionale are expected to complete the signing of Real Madrid duo Walter Samuel and Santi Solari next week according to consultant, Ernesto Bronzetti.
The Spaniards are looking to rebuild their squad under Arrigo Sacchi and have allowed the Argentinians to move to Italy to create space in the squad for new targets.

Samuel has endured a tough season at the Bernabéu and was even booed by Madrid fans in his opening few games for the club and has since made it clear that he would welcome a return to Serie A.

Meanwhile, Solari was set to move to Inter as part of the deal that saw Ronaldo move to Madrid in 2002, but refused to go and decided to fight for a first-team place at the Merengues.

“The deal to bring Samuel and Solari to Inter should be completed on Monday or Tuesday. We are waiting for the Confederations Cup to end, as Samuel is a consummate professional and wants to concentrate on Argentina’s campaign," said Bronzetti, who works as a representative for Madrid.
