When we are playing well, I don't mind the same line up. This is a tough away game, normally a draw would be par for the course. A win here could go a long way in securing a CL spot. Consistency in line up will probably be a good thing. This is our 3rd game in a week, so maybe we could rotate a player or two. If it were up to me, I would start Karamoh over Candreva and keep the rest of the line up the same.
