My second match thread.
The first one was an after christmas lazio game which we lost and went downfall from there, so good luck everybody

Belotti coming after a hattrick, Icardi coming after a double...oh wait.

If we get 4/4 wins in our next games I think we're a lock for Champions League. Lazio has a tough schedule + the Europa League.

Torino-Inter
Udinese-Lazio

Salzburg-Lazio

Atalanta-Inter
Lazio-Roma

Inter-Cagliari
Fiorentina-Lazio

Chievo-Inter
Lazio-Sampdoria

we then have the Juventus game at home and they play Torino away but they will have a game between Sampdoria and Torino if they beat Salzburg.

The Torino and Atalanta games away are usual suspects in our season so we need to get the 3 points no matter what.

Two hard games on paper coming up against Atalanta and Torino away, have to make sure we keep up the performance and intensity from last 3-4 games, if we get through those successfully then we are in a very-very strong position to make the top 4. On paper I wouldn't expect us to get 6 from those two in, but 4 would probably be good enough.

We lost away to Atalanta last season actually, 2-1. The one you're talking abut was home and we also been them home this year. Away game is another story though.

Why don't we look at Roma as well? It's not like they're some indestructable force.

I don't disagree, but Lazio is behind at the moment and all we need is to keep or increase the gap with them for CL next season. If you want the full picture, I wouldn't write Milan off either.

Torino and Atalante games are crucial matches for us, to keep the momentum and the lead. We win those two I think the chances are looking bright for us if we dont, its texas and may very well come down to the last game away vs Lazio depending on how much points we get in that span and if we collapse or not like weve showned were phroned too.

this might be the most important match this season, except the one vs Atalanta.

Winning this means will still be in top 4 next week, which there is Roma derby and at least one of Lazio and Roma will drop points. Its very important to stay in top 4 after this week.

Spall and Mazzarri didnt play each other since 2009.The record is in favor of Spall - 7W, 3D and only 2W for Mazzarri, last one in 2006.
Mazzari record vs Inter - 5W, 7D, 9L.
Sapll vs Torino - 10W, 4D, 4L.
