If he's looking for a real challenge and prove himself outside of Madrid then he should choose Inter and not some easy journey at a place like PSG.

I can't believe Allegri got so many votes.
No other realistic options. Conte is arguably better but only if he works for free first year after robbing us.

Don't have one.

His football is often passive, but i v said it in another thread when his teams start stringing those 1:0 wins, that's when you know he is on the cusp of doing something great. Juve is probably one mercato away from seriously challenging for the title barring other sanctions they might get, and how he turned things around from how they looked at the start of the season is mighty impressive imo.

Romano said Inter will finish the season with Inzaghi but they're going to have a new coach next season.
The worrying part is what Marotta said abour finances with or without Champions League. Means no decisions will be made before CL is secured, so by then plenty of good options might already be gone, even if they were to be considered by Marotta and co.

Don't worry, we don't consider the good options at all, because they are expensive.

3rd coach in a row we have to pay to part ways because we're stupid enough to offer them a 3rd season which they never reach to begin with.

And people wonder why we're constantly struggling financially.

We have done it so many times. We brought Pioli as a caretaker and we had the great idea to offer him a two-year contract. We were lucky he found a job fast else we would have to pay him till end of 2017/18 season. We offered an extension to Mazzarri and then we fired him few months later, paying him for the remainder of that contract. And that's only in post Moratti era. If we start talking about money we paid to coaches in Moratti years we'll be discussing till tomorrow.

What the hell is wrong with these people for real?! We even do this 3 years contracts with players and then give them golden handshake to terminate that last year! The last ones being Vidal and Sanchez.

Coaches, that have some pedigree or appear promising always have an upper hand. In Inter's case why they went immediately to extend Inzaghi's contract was wishful thinking coupled with panic. Ideally, a 18 month contract would be the way to go but the initial cost would be prohibitive and I don't know how many takers you would get.

Really were they so scared that a big club will steal Inzaghi from Inter so they extended his contract to secure him? Next year the guy will probably coach someplace like Bologna.

No, what I`m saying is that they got panicky to secure him if he turned out to successful, win another Scudetto, at a cheaper rate and he appears to be the type which won't ruffle mgmt and ownership's feathers. As for his future, once he leaves Inter I don't care. Meanwhile, Inter entertains ideas of a coach from Brighton, a failure from Spurs, Torino etc. Thinking that Inter is a "big club" is a stretch at this point under the current ownership and it's translating on the pitch.

The thing that I'll look back on whenever Inzaghi's reign is over is that the management was half-arsing it during this period of time. How do you breed stability and nurture talent when you're demanded to get results with a broken squad?

It needs to be a coordinated effort from Marotta, Inzaghi and everyone else. For example, we need to have a consolidated approach to giving blokes like Asllani and Bellanova time on the field. If this costs points, it should be factored in to the goal for the season. Otherwise, they'll sit on the bench until they're called upon to win the game.

Fuck moi.

Goal was to win the Scudetto or at least be in the chase, win trophies etc. So Asllani etc plays as much or less as coach sees fit.

If Bielsa is even available, then hes a perfect interimcoach

Discipline, fire....
Bielsa is even crazier than Conte. He will rage quit after a week.

Also look at his titles cabinet. The guy is massively overrated. I don't know why people keep mentioning him.
