I just finished john wick 2, what a fucking letdown

Perfect way to finish off the summer then just like our Silly Season.

Fooking "it". Somehow I watched this when I was like 5 or 6 and was scarred for like a year. I once literally thought I saw a clown in my bedroom closet and ran out the room shaking and crying to my parents.

Clown from It was inspired by John Wayne Gacy if I'm not mistaken, as if they weren't creepy enough on their own.

The Netflix remake of Death Note is an absolute disgrace. I'm no fangay whatsoever but to see L desecrated like that just makes me all movie long.

Truth be told, this is a PG-13 movie and a lot of kids will love it so thats the target with the movie.

I watched the first Blade Runner a couple of years a go and while it was good, i thought had i watched it when it first came out it probably would have impressed me more than now, i still want to watch the Final cut before watching 2049, which looks insane.

I mean the worst movie of all time was Sucker Punch also by Synder. It was a awful unfun video game to watch with 5 hot chicks dressed up in Sailor Moon cosplay fighting Ninjas, Godzilla, Samuari and a bunch of other shit we all thought was awesome when we were 12. Shocked none of the chicks went Super Saiyan.

I mean you can have a mindless action movie I am ok with it. Loved Taken, John Wick Series and Atomic Blond. But Sucker Punch was 6-7 pretty cool action set pieces that don’t go together and 0 plot.

Still gonna see it, but yes I have extremely low expectation on Justice League. Man of Steel was shit, BvS was crap (not so bad in the extended cut tbh) and I have very little doubt that JL is gonna flop quality/critic wise.

Really I love Man of Steel! Finally gave us a movie where it showed his power. Cool fights and an great Villian who tho was evil had a fleshed out point of view. For his people to live he must destroy earth to rebuild his planet. Sort of fkd up but we all eat animals which is fkd up but necessary. Another annoying criticism of the movie is how many civilians die and that they fought in downtown Manhattan. Well dude so did the fking Avengers and no one gives them shit for it in part 1.

My dad didn’t like it because he said Clark Kent was basically a broke Bruce Wayne and not Christopher Reeves Clark. That I can see the fustration with.

Why didn’t Wonder Woman kill Doomsday? What does killing superman achieve if you will bring him back 30 minutes into the next movie!!! That just feels like Batman Dark Knight rises logic of o a broken spine can be fixed in 15 minutes of screen time or yea Bruce Wayne had 30 years of training and unlimited money but yea Rookie cop who kind of shit at your job you can be Batman. Here are directions to the batcave*plot holes

Also totally skips Over the whole reason Dark Knight Returns comic was powerful. They are best friends with like 40 years of friendship not two murdering psychos who dislike each other for no fking reason. Batman wins because he has (Green Arrow, Robins help), and superman didn’t go in to kill him. All things that don’t happen in BVS.

Would have made more sense to not have had the doomsday fight but a Batman & Wonder Woman v Superman fight. Then like my bad bro or he’ll fight Bizarro. No one dies then Stepenwolf kills superman in Justice league for him to come back in JL2 to beat Doomsday.

I felt they killed off a character you are suppose to like but don’t give you enough time to care for him. Plus if he has more then 50 words of dialogue in BVs it was a lot.

MoS was shit for me because it's like watching a WWF fight in a cinema. So many fucking fights that happened way too freaking fast in a single movie.

Plus, Superman killing someone? Ugh. I get the reasoning bla bla bla that if he didn't kill Doomsday, many more will die bla bla bla, but Superman killing someone in the very first movie was way too fast/early/premature.

Dude batman doesn’t kill Sups does. Should He have let Zod kill the family? He had to make a choice between earth and krypton! He chose earth. Captain America killed Red Skull and Cross Bones. Spider-Man killed Venom, Green goblin, Doc Oc. Why does superman get shit for it!!

Guardians killed maybe 200-400 Pirates in that 1 Yando scene. They killed Ronan and killed Ego. Antman blows up Yellow Jacket. Iron killed everyone of his villains in his 3 movies.

Again he isn’t batman. Batman can’t kill because then the police won’t help him. If he is willing to kill a random henchman why is their a Arkham!! If Harley and the Joker killed Jason Todd why are they alive? BVS showed he can break into prisons! How are they possibley alive?

In movies it’s easier to kill the villian because you don’t have to put them in another movie. In a comic you kill the joker and you can’t write another story with him

Like Crzd said, is Superman going to let Zod kill all these innocent people at the bank because it would be wrong for him to kill Zod? Superman had no choice, it's either Zod or the innocent people. That was the most powerful scene in the entire movie. Just looking at Superman's cry of desperation of killing off the only other Kryptonian surviver made me feel sad for him.

Man of Steel get so much shit, it's underrated. It's a great movie if you see past the bias. A Superman on edge between good and evil. You won't see many movies like that.
