Considering how difficult is to find solid coach I don’t think that he will be unemployed for 2 years. Bums like Gatusso and Mancini have respectable jobs so I assume it will be a hunt for Spaletti.

I don't know why you're worried about handshakes and gold etc. We hired Conte and you're not the one paying for his wages, nor Spalletti's handshakes.
Anyway, from what I've seen following the departure, 10/10 on a human lvl. After all it's true: his objectives were not to win titles but continuous qualifications in CL. And he did it (with some luck at the very last day both times). But you need luck. So good luck Luciano on your next team!
