We don't want Figo to play this game because he is 34 and we need him more for the games vs roma and bayern which follows the samp game.

IMHO Figo should sit out the games vs samp and chievo.

Few question marks for Mancini to think about tonight while he is preparing his team sheet for tomorrow night.

1 – Is he going to play with the usual 4-4-2 or continue with the 4-3-1-2 formation which at times has been superb but equally risky and useless as it was evidently seen during the Sporting game. If a team manages to cancel out Figo by literally man-marking him through out the game then we are doomed to fail unless we quickly go back to 4-4-2. I think it was Sporting’s # 4 who did the job to perfection by not allowing Figo any space what so ever.

2 – Which duo to play upfront? Zlatan and Crespo or is he going to gamble on Adri again? And perhaps give him the confidence boost that he so badly needs? After all you just have to say that with Crespo playing with either of the 2 we look instantly more dangerous going forward.

3 – Are we going to J Cesar in goal again?

Finally its worth mentioning that Samp have several key player out due to injuries (Fabio Bazzani and Christian Terlizzi) or suspension (Giulio Falcone and Gennaro Delvecchio). So anything but a win would be a disaster in this one.

Just play Zlatan-Crespo up front. They will score and later on bring in Adriano.

And what Pajo agreed with me, about fast fullbacks and stoping crosses, that's why I don't like Grosso too much anymore.
J.zanetti isnt that fast too but I would give him some help from deki, an on the other side maxwell could do it with mariano

And how could they when they had Cole(or Flamini) on one side, Eboue on other.With pacy Hleb helping one, Ljungberg other one

And with that, you can stop crosses and have strong but more on ground c.defenders like Burdisso, who are good on one-on-one

This is a stupid line-up if Mancini really wants it!

Damn it, Cambiasso will be out for a while, how about start playing Stankovic in the middle!!! Him and Vieira can interchange going forward and defending.

And why Dacourt and Vieira? Are we playing Barcelona at their home? All you get with that is more and more isolation for the forwards.

And how about letting Solari be the LW? Don't his goals and performance late in the season merit anything?

Exactly..this defensive solution is rather odd when facing team that will probably defend its goal the whole match..

That's the issue I'm wondering about for some time..Solari is not used enough..I've never even seen him play for Inter..
