Can't see too much improvement coming from Milito which is a shame. He does some things well still, but is way too slow and his finishing is pretty awful at this point. It's a sham as he has been great for us and is still a legend, but it'll be time to move on after this season.

He should score a hattrick against Roma and rip apart a poster of Icardi.

I see him improving. Much like Samuel a season or two ago he needs a long run of games to reach it. If Mazzarri still doesn't believe in Icardi and Milito still starts I think he will be vastly improved from where he was a month ago.

It's not like he's not getting into goal scoring positions. That would be more worrisome than his lack of finishing this far. He needs to break through the dam and the goals will come. Hopefully he scores against Cagliari going into the Roma game.

He wouldn't be bad as a last 15 minute player to come in for Palacio if he looks tired to give him some rest but as a starter it's a waste of a sub. Issue is we shouldn't have loaned Befodil as we are very low on strikers as it is.

But for the love of god do not resign this guy.

How about we give him a '' score goals '' contract like Atalanta did with Vieri? No goals, no money.

You cant blame him for accepting a big contract, who wouldnt...You could blame our management who couldnt capitalize on him and worse gave him a contract this big without forseeing this at all even though it happened to them again, and again and again.

I don't blame him for anything, but I also don't blame the management on this one. It's very poor conduct to capitalize on the guy who won you a treble. That'd be Mourinho behaviour; pure mercenarian philosphy and I'm glad our club is not fucking parma, looking to make a buck every single moment. Some people deserve all the fat paychecks they get, even if they can't contribute more... some, not all. Milito is one of them.

You cant blame him for accepting a big contract, that's right but he is not the same player he was, his only a glimpse of the past.

Exactly, he doesn't get enough to chance to even bury the ball.

I know his shot in the penalty was horrible, IMO he shouldn't had taken the penalty, he had just entered the field and he hadn't warmed up.

But... isn't this illegal? For what reason is that referee there? Fuck.

Thanks for everything Milito, but he's definitely done as a player.

I hope he gets to score at least one more time in front of the fans, but shouldn't be here next season.

Won't call him names, he's done a lot of good for the club.

He needs to return at least half the money we paid him this season

Haha his wages are more than it would have cost to bring in Jorginho + another player. Inter is shit because we burn all our money on shit new players or for paying players that are 2-3 years past the expiration date because they had a good year in 09/2010

Why the fuck did he take the penalty? Icardi scored two, he should have taken it. Or Palacio. Milito would have been the last choice, yet he took the penalty.:palm:

Everybody blamed him for the penalty but nobody remembered he created 2 goalscoring chances.

Basing on that, Guarin should return big bucks too.
