On another note, how can I check how many PK's Milito has missed? His conversion rate seems to be quite poor post 2010. I'd estimate he's missed about 5 penalties, especially during his horrible 2011 run of form.

I think there's a big difference between criticism and hatred that people are confusing.

We're all entitled, as fans, to criticise players. What we aren't entitled to do is to (for the most part, anyway) mount personal attacks on players and insult them.

yes, Milito is clearly over the hill. Yes, he clearly should be criticised after that penalty, but when all is said and done and he retires, I'm only going to think good things of him after the treble season. The shit that comes after that is a sad thing, but hell always be remembered for the treble.

However, that also doesn't put him above criticism - anyone who is a paid employee by this club is opening themselves up to criticism. It's a simple fact of the game. What I will think of them when they are retired/no longer paid by the club is different to what I'm allowed to say about them while they are still here. And while you're still here, you're only as good as your current/past season. And unfortunately, Milito's contributions don't stand up to nearly 16 million euros of (pre-tax) cost for Inter.

I have nothing against Milto but he is over the hill and our highest paid player. We are broke because assholes like him got contract extensions when they been over the hill for a long time. Our new coaches never had the balls to tell management that these guys should leave. We pay him 9 million euro with taxes !!! Look at what other teams have done with that type of money could have gotten us that Naigllon guy we were obsessed with for 2 seasons, Jorghino that Napoli got for 5.5 million euro, Quintero that porto got for 5 million euro.

One thing is to like a player for what he did in the past but when is enough enough for you guys? With Milito and most the 2010 guys here who aren't preforming we can't bring in new players. Cambi hasn't been a shit show this season but again he doesn't warrant the wages he is getting.
