So, knowing how he prefers players around 28, 29. He probably sees the likes of Ranocchia, Nagatomo, and D'Ambrosio as young players as well.

Hell, he might even thinks Rolando, Guarin are young players.

We were shocked when we got a penalty
The players were also shock and no one knows what to do with that penalty
So milito steps in as the most senior one
The problem is it's been a while since he is taking a penalty, the last one was more than 2 years ago against atalanta in march 2012 (cmiiw)

Pretty sure that's the 4/5th official that stands by the goal to determine if the ball crosses the line.
