Well, we are going to see. If Bisseck gets loaned out for one season, I think it's Pavard/Darmian - Djalo/Acerbi/De Vrij - Bastoni/Augusto for next season, and then Bisseck comes back to play RCB and at least one of De Vrij and Acerbi will leave

If, like I suspect and others have mentioned, the long term plan for Pavard is to move him at CCB, then bringing Djalo in and having Djalo/Darmian/Bisseck at RCB next season is a good idea.

Loved what I saw yesterday. Fitted in so well to the team mechanisms.

Bisseck after yesterday wont be loaned.

We need everybody for the 4 trophie haul we are gonna blast.

:coffee:
I think that he will be assessed by Inzaghi till the end of season, and if he goes on loan somewhere, this means that he is not good enough.

Would trying him at RWB with Darmian as the RCB be crazy?

Yes, Bisseck is still a developing player, he needs constructive minutes and not just being thrown around to see what would work. Unless we see some future for him at WB, I'm against moving him out of his natural positions.

Dude is a tower. Made to be a CB not a winger. He just has the added bonus of being skilled with the ball. A necessity in our system.

I wouldn't say so. Crazy would have been had he played ahead of a fully-fit Dumfries/Cuadrado or even Darmian, but in case of emergency options, then I'd maybe try him as RWB since he's comfortable with the ball on his feet, and also looks like someone whom could succeed in these deep runs in the flank.

While this is probably the right answer I just still don’t trust him defensively. He does need to be developed as a CB long term. Just not sure Sociedad would be the match.

I am actually worried for him if he can survive the first half today if he starts.
Despite all the positive signs he have been showing so far, the gameplay today will very dive into his weakness, hope he can stay focus the entire time and be highly alert in the box, and playing with assertiveness.

Bisseck is bleh. Turnover machine. Maybe he can figure it out but you can't teach football IQ.

Honestly, he would have done better than Cuadrado today.

Agree. I’m almost tempted to say if he doesn’t step up his defence game, we might as well use him as the deputy to Dumfries. Heck he’s probably even better on the ball than Dumfries

he will learn a lot this year from darmian and pavard. he seems to enjoy going to attack so i think his rcb position now is ideal for his growth.

seing how composed pavard are, perhaps pavard can play CCB as long term solution to acerbi/de vrij or play some sort of libero roles?
