Us losing us with Crotone,Samp,Genova and Fiora has little to do with the coach
Our players(most of them) are lazy, stupid, careless turds who don't respect the club, jersey and most importantly the fans
And we all know it!
That clause makes no sense at all..it benefits nothing for Inter. If we fire Pioli and he gets the full wage, why don't we keep him employed and paying him until the end of the contract?>>> If Stefano Pioli cannot agree a contract termination with Inter, then Fiorentina could go for Andrea Stramaccioni instead.
However, Mediaset Premium note there is a problem, as Inter fired Pioli last week, but there is a clause in his contract.
Pioli had it written into his deal that he would get the entire second year’s wages – amounting to €1.8m – if he was sacked early.
Now Inter are trying to avoid that and want to reach an agreement for a compensation package instead.
Pioli 'needs to sort Inter situation'
Facts are INTER did fire him! It was not a mutual agreement over the termination of contract, so technically speaking, INTER should pay that sum.
In Germany, such a situation would not even have been discussed. But in Italy, they try to take advantage of the fact that Pioli is an INTER fan and that he'll go to Fiorentina for next season.
Stefano Pioli “needs to sort out the situation with Inter and money owed” from his Inter sacking before signing for Fiorentina, said his agent.
The Coach is widely expected to take over at the Stadio Franchi next season, but there are reports he is determined to get at least some of the remaining money from his contract.
“As you know, the Coach was fired 10 days ago and now we are working for his future,” representative Bruno Satin told Fiorentinanews.com.
“We need to sort out the situation with Inter and money owed.”
When asked about the Fiorentina rumours, there was no denial.
“You don’t need me to say how good Fiorentina are. We all know the level and tradition of the club, so there’s nothing more to add.
“He is a Coach and he wants to work, so no pauses are predicted, for example the break he took after the end of the Lazio experience.”
Because Pioli was sacked/fired out of the blue [his agent confirmed he was surprised], his contract was not ended by MUTUAL CONSENT. So that makes him entitled to that compensation they have inserted in his contract. Just like Frank de Boer!
One could suspect that Pioli wanted to be fired since he knew about Fiorentina`s will to hire him.
For instance he refused to swallow stuff dictated by Suning [like to start Barbosa at least once], lost dressing room -> got fired by Zhang before the season ended.
Now that another team wants him, INTER are trying to reach an agreement with him, not to pay the entire compensation that he should receive after being fired.
So basically what you're telling me is, Pioli's Fiorentina side will have a dismal season, resulting in a 15th place finish and Pioli's sacking, but with six points gained from Inter.
Is that what happened in Prandelli's last season? I meant the good years. They were pretty formidable with Montolivo at the base of midfield and Juan Vargas, Cerci, and Jojo running around up top. I remember them peaking in that CL tie against Bayern the year we won, they were robbed.
After a failed spell at Valencia, he ended up in Dubai. Al-Nasr. It was announced a week ago.Whatever happened to him? Wanted him so bad at Inter back in the day.
