They will never play without striker. Mandzukic will start 110% , only way that he won’t start him is if his leg will be amputated before the game. Only in that case Kramaric will be lone striker.

Brozovic will start 99%, he didn’t start against Russia because Croatian coach underestimated Russia big time and started with SS instead DM/CM. He will be more cautious against England and start Brozovic.
