Wtf is going on! Yesterday Dybala and today Lukaku! Rome is going to be scudetto contender and seems like we are giving them second gift.
If Chelsea is willing to loan him out and I were Marotta, I would get him (by demanding an apology).

Lakaka reminds me of this:
First woman on the moon: Houson we have a problem. What ...

Now translate the above in lakaka's place

Roma, Paris Saint-Germain and Barcelona are all expected to be interested in signing Romelu Lukaku if Chelsea agree that he can leave on loan, according to Sky Italy

Lukaka: PSG was my favorite club as a child. I was always dreaming to play for them one day.

Lucky for him if Roma will eventually get him. He'd play there reguarly and also would remain somewhat competitive in one of top leagues of Europe. Coached by Mou and there's still Dybala to play together with.

Not the best destination but he can only blame himself for the situation he's in right now.

Roma is nowhere near scudetto contenders. I appriciate Lukaku as one of the best FWs in Serie A, but they have mediocre defence, midfield and coach. Inter, Milan, Napoli and Rube are much better team as for now.

Laugh as much as you want but this is a good move for Roma. Don't let your hate for Lukaku cloud your judgement. Roma were creating many chancces last season. What they were lacking was a goal scorer. If Lukaku stays fit now they have one. He's a massive upgrade over Abraham and Belotti. They won't fight for Scudetto as their defence is trash (bar Ndicka) but they will be in the mix for top 4.

Great for Roma and Lukaku imo. Can Roma be compared to Everton when Lukaku played there? Not historically of course, but in terms of pressure and Lukaku's stature compared to the club? Inter outgrew Lukaku in a way, unlike the first time he was at Inter with Conte, then he was a coup for us. Now, there are at least 3 players at Inter bigger than Lukaku.

Maybe he can thrive only in clubs where he is undisputably top talent. Like Everton at the time, Inter with Conte, and now Roma?

Poor Chelsea thoguh  Lukaku screwed them the most

To be completely honest, last season we managed to bounce back exactly when Lukaku came back. I'm not saying that he changed the season for us but he was one of the biggest reasons that we've gotten some crucial wins which boosted our morale and somehow revived what was dying. Lautaro and Dzeko were going through a very poor form and Correa was basically inexistent in these minutes he played.

Historically they can definitely be compared. When Everton won their last title they had more league titles than Man Utd. It's just they have been irrelevant in the last 30+ years.

On present status Roma are closer to Spurs or even Arsenal.
