Time to put an end to their streak. I'd be genuinely scared if we had to face them with Totti there but without him they're not the same team, even if they did beat Lazio. Plus, we've always done well against Roma so this should be a good test.

This is gonna be tough.
Roma is in excellent form but their winning streak is gonna stop sooner or later, hopefully by us.
As Catanha already mentioned, the partner of Cordoba depends on who is the CF of Roma.
Hope Figo is available after all.

Start Miha! (He also scored in Coppa Italia final second leg):D

No joking guys! To leave player out because of an argument is most stupid thing we could do! Those things only do shit to a team. I don't remember one situation where freezing out a player or limiting his playing time has been good for a team! And when was the last time Burdisso played more than few minutes as CD!? I love his talent, but I seriously wont trust him yet.

Oh, and we're gonna win this one. I've got a great feeling!

The exact opposite d@mn thing applied when the 2 teams met in San Siro and we know who the victor was...:stress:

And Mike, don't take your Adriano biasedness to a whole new level. ;) Adriano may have scored 4 goals against Roma for Inter but he has only scored in 2 matches out of 5. Also, in all the matches when he scored, Recoba either didn't play or played poorly. ;)

But yeah, like Catanha said, Recoba is the last player Roma want to face right now. Il Chino has always been their predator so let's hope that he'll start instead of Martins. :)

just because he scored a couple of goals(both Fks btw) doesn't mean he should play. There are better people.

Ever heared of having an environment of discipline? Or should we just be chaotic and let things get out of hands. It is no secret that we are not organized internally, too many feuds running around, and maybe it's time we lay down a fist of steel.

Only Inter fans :wallbang: They'd get a promising young player, and then say he isn't ready yet so let's turn to some expired players that will surely leave in the summer.

How can Burdisso get Serie A experience? From Playstation? We need a player like him for the future, and it's time we start him.

How can you blame Materazzi? When a guy says I'm on and then won't make a sub. I'd storm out to. Bravo! We've got a coach that lies to the players! Let's all back him! :star: Freezing out wont solve a god damn thing. Mancini should talk with him. Leaving a guy out of the team because of a row has never did anything. It didn't work in Roma, it didn't work in Udinese.

Sure, let's risk. He has been brilliant this season. 10/10. I think he's young promising player, but sorry, he's coming from a wrong place. I would believe that guys like Dellafiore and Andreolli would break into first team, but he's in front of them. And if you ask me, not much better.

To call Materazzi expired player... It certainly made my day.

At Inter101. Why did I add ":D" after the sentence.

So a coach has to stick to everything he says by the word? Even if the circumstances get changed.

Example: We are leading 1-0 and Mancini tells Materazzi to warm up to come on. The other team scores and it's 1-1, what should Mancini do? "Oh, damn! I have to stick to my words and play Materazzi. After all, keeping your word is much more important than tactics!"

With all due respect, this is a very rubbish thing to say. In all games, players warm up but things change and they go back to the bench. Only those who have big egos would get pissed. I understand if it's DelPiero or Recoba, but Materazzi

And saying Burdisso is slightly ahead of Anderolli is rubbish again. How the heck can you equate a player who played with Boca in a fierce competiton and won stuff with them, to a Primevera player.

Think before you post.

Well guys, there is no doubts this should be a fantastic game, Roma-Inter games are always jam packed with goals galore.

Anyway, even without Totti we showed we are more than capable in the derby. Our defence is looking amazing, we havent conceded for like 3 games in A now. Mexés was particularly outstanding Vs laziomerda.

Mancini is bang on form, and great on counter attacks and Montella is starting to get better with more match fitness, plus he always seems to score Vs Inter.

I predict a great entertaining clash, but i think the difference will be that you are missing Samuel.

My prediction: Roma 2:1 Inter

FORZA ROMA!!!

Some players start to warm up, because they just don't wanna sit down on the bench and be ready once called into action, but when I'm said I'll be going on and get specially ready for it, but soon I'm not going in. I'd be hell pissed off. Eventhough, it may be tactically right decision, I won't think about it. Also usually, players would't train a day off from the first team squad because he was not put on from sub despite preparing for it. (Sorry, this sentence sounds shit) Obviously Mancini then have said some things a manager shouldn't say to a player. By the way, I'm not suprised by him storming off. It's not his ego, it's his temper.

Oh anyway, knowing Mancini, he's not going to play.

And saying Burdisso is slightly ahead of Anderolli is rubbish again. How the heck can you equate a player who played with Boca in a fierce competiton and won stuff with them, to a Primevera player.

Think before you post.

I could reply with "think before you post" too or "read my post through once again". I didn't say exactly that Dellafiore and Andreolli are as good as Burdisso. I wouldn't trust them to Serie A yet ofcourse, but I said, they would break through into first team if the Burdisso would not be in front of them. You could whine about not using word future, but it's obvious that I meant it when Cordoba and Samuel are not good anymore. Burdisso is 24-years old (or 23), but Andreolli is 18 and Dellafiore a bit older (with already doing good in Serie A team). You obviously can't deny those guys have no talent and this is what I meant by not much better. We've had promising young guys before Burdisso, but we have overlooked them, since they came from Primavera and area Italian, eventually ruining a career or two. If we'd buy a replacement ahead of Dellafiore and Andreolli too (which we already did a bit), then it would turn into a joke and we should close the whole youth system down. They haven't made jokes out of themselves once despite being so young.

And Andreolli has a title! The Coppa Italia! :star: :D

And I forgot something. Oh, yeah, the Primavera is a answer to a question where should we get our Italians from. Not Palermo or Fiorentina or whatever else.

There we get our hungry players. The greatest players have come through the young ranks. They are fans of ours, they have the passion to play. I've heard that one Primavera player who got into first team for some time and scored his first goal and cried after that. That's a passion we don't found from Lazio or Argentina. Most of those players didn't choose the Inter Primavera just because they had to go somewhere to play.

I first put it into my last post, but then I had some more thoughts and made different post.

Good comment Tanel. I'm not that agree about your Argentina point but all in all, you're right about Primavera system.
