It's obvious that he has made some improvements but his problem it's not connected with his ability but it's only psichologic for my opinion. He just isn't able to keep such a great pressure on him and this is proved by his desire to score goal from every position ( and clearly after the last match he proved that isn't able to shoot a decent shot on target , he must only cross in centre as the only thing he can do). With all the improvements he can make this season he still won't be able to become an important player for this team but as long as we can't sell him at the price we bought him it's better that he stays here , at least as long as we haven't sold mancini yet , because selling RQ and keeping mancini as the only option for the 433 with mario would be a disaster

Agreed. His performance in the TIM cup wasn't exceptional, it was of standard he's supposed to run at players, dribble and cross, but he did neither well. There's a definite improvement from last season, but really, that isn't saying much because he so dreadful at that time.

also one important factor which will certainly help Quaresma's cause is that he has completed the full pre season this year unlike last year..

he came to us unfit,frozen out of the Porto squad...hopefully this term he is on par with everybody as far as strength and physical condition are concerned.

As I've seen from inter.it's line-up, I think he's played on the 3 or 1 of our usual 4-3-1-2 formation. Although most likely in 3, since we all know the attacking midfield role is deki's and we've never seen quaresma play in that position.

you can just youtube "soccer misses" and you'll see what i'm talking about

adriano missed a ridiculous sitter a couple seasons ago..
i have a dvd of rivaldo missing one even worse
ibra had an open goal once and hit the ball in the side netting...think that was last season
deki missed a terrible one already
and this list can go on and on.....

yes but they have shown and proved those misses were a one off, an anamoly. Everyone is bound to have one of those... but RQ7 shooting since he's been at Inter has been very wayward, it would be interesting to see how many shots he has on target... anyway the video is funny as hell, and consider he was like a foot away from the goal line . But for me the CR7 miss is the funniest, the way he skied that shot on an open goal... and then the look on his face but at least he has shown he can score consistently
