He should really reconsider Genoa; they reinforced pretty well and is going to fight for at least Europa place next season. Heck, they might even trump Milan at this rate. The Super Coppa should tell the pair that we are not gonna play wingers much.

i also think he should leave, but not for genoa, of course. he would be well in arsenal (wenger likes him a lot) or second level european teams, like lyon, sevilla, atletico madrid, werder bremen, celtic, or similar. what is more absurd in this story is that bayern made a big offer to oporto before going to ribery and he said no because münchen is too cold. this looks like a venezualan tv novel, full of bad taste

"i wonder if this explains some part of this strange story: the story of a great player without any chances at all, as it was clear in beijing, when mou putted suazo as a winger with, nothing more and nothing less, quaresma at the hotel...

Suazo has always been ready but he wont give anything more.

Quaresma is different, his weak mentality and inflexibility to tactical changes make it very hard for him to adapt. IMO Jose rushed him into action in the first derby last year. He was nowhere near ready. I knew it would take time but turned out he needed far too long, or probably will never adapt.

He will never be the player I thought he could, not top 10. For some reason I still believe he could be useful next year though, of course starting on the bench. Maybe im just biased cos he's one of my favourites.

Selling both Mancini and Quaresma would be a mistake IMO. Balo is the only other winger we have, we need wingers for the odd occasions too even if we decided to go with 4-3-1-2. Besides Balo, we need another and I'd keep the latter for the above reasons.

This got to do with Mancini also but I chose to put it here.

As we know, Quaresma has been linked to Genoa again. Mancini has been linked to Genoa also, and he's been linked to Sampdoria all summer.

Semioli has been linked to Sampdoria also and recently he was linked to Genoa. Today Genoa have denied their interest to Semioli. Semioli has been left out of Fiorentina's CL squad which they submitted because of CL qualification play-offs. Which could indicate he might be moving, perhaps to Sampdoria. Also, Genoa have included Luciano Figueroa into their EL squad, because of Floccari's injury.

Maybe all this won't mean anything, but maybe Semioli possibly going to Samp deny their interest in Mancini. Genoa lost also Jankovic for longer time so hopefully their interest to Quaresma stays alive even if they kept Figueroa (Figueroa is pure striker).

Hopefully we can still get rid of at least other one of these lousy wingers.

I think Genoa have always stated that they are interested in taking Ricky. It is Ricky that rejects them, so it pretty much comes down to what he has in mind. If he is not willing to move on, no deal will be struck.

I agree 100% we're gonna need Quaresma this year, and if he plays well he can make a huge difference. If we had to sell one, Mancini is the one to go since he's older and RQ has more potential.

I'd rather sell both and play Toldo as winger. Tbh I dont think what Quaresma and Mancini contribute that a Destro cant match, an Obi cant match. First of all these guys hardly play and even if Destro and Obi turn out half decent and not first team material we can make something out of them by selling them to a newly promoted team....

If anyone will benefit from RQ/Mancini being in the stands it will be Krhin or Obi, not Destro.

Well better from him today. Clear improvements. 2 assists and beating players but wtf is his fascination with the trivela?

i guess he cant cross with his left foot even though he sets himself up for it...rather than use his left foot he uses the outside of his right

if he was a left back those trivelas would looke great

there was improvement, probably good attitude (tracking back, clapping even team mates made mispasses to him), but he has to pass more and he can be useful.

I still am not convinced of him, even thought he assisted twice, he still doesent seem to know when he should pass and when he should run.
