We don't have wingers. Plus Eto'o and Milito aren't as helpless as some portray them to be.

They are not helpless and i like the fact that they are trying to create space behind defenses. But they surely need some passes. So, we need someone to give these passes. It's not only matter of names in our midfield, it's the matter of mentality, of our midfield and of our coach. That AM should be given more freedom, imho.

Anyways I confirm, we don't have wingers for 4-4-2, and this is too ofensive anyways for Jose. We might play it against Bari at home, or someone alike, but the pecking order for Jose is probably this:

1. 4-3-3
2. 4-4-2 Diamond
3. 4-2-3-1, 4-1-4-1 and variations

We might start the season with 4-4-2, and if things go well we could try with 4-3-3 again, but it all depends on whether Jose wants it from the start or he will do the "safe option". I'm sure though he will try to pit 4-3-3 in motion at some point of the season one more time. I think with Cassano and Sneijder, it can't go wrong this time around.

So, VDV, Sneijder, Cassano won't have their freedom and very little will change. Mou should get smarter.
