According to the Gazzetta dello Sport, agent Karol Csonto is currently in Italy trying to establish an agreement with the Nerazzurri to renew the current agreement until 2023. i think the issue here is not to break even as this can be solved by selling some kids coming june but the big problem now is to reduce the amortization cost which prevent the club from extending the contracts which should contain a pay raise like for icardi and skriniar, in the other hand an extensions for players like kandreva and valero should help the club in reducing the amortization cost

Based on your years and contribution standard I dont see why Handanovic deserves less than Icardi. He has stayed at Inter even more.

I hear you, but if you want to compete with the best, you need the best, and the best need to be among the best paid. It's not like we're overpaying for him because he's delivering and in fact we're lucky to have him, even at 4M. See Boateng, Hummels, T. Silva, Bonucci for comparisons, could be much worse.

Just for the record, I do think that Icardi is currently under-paid and should get a new contract specially after his CL exposure and Inter seemingly a constant CL participator now. I'm only stating that Skriniar is as important as Icardi and should get a similar upgrade as well.

It has nothing to do with their years of service at Inter. Both have been performing like top CL players and we can't afford losing any of them.
