He is not irreplaceable.

Its a hard one. But he should have stepped up last year and the season before that. Getting benched by Bastoni, and fucking rightfully so. And its not like Bastoni spent his all life living with Conte and studying his 3 men defense.

Big players step up. Potential was always there for Skriniar, physical beast, and still very young for a defender. But you have to step up, and he honestly never got to that level.

I always felt more secure last year with Bastoni and De Vrij, always... it doesnt make sense but it is true.

~50 million, its not bad. He isnt worth much more than that tbh... without the corona going on, no team would’ve spent more than 60/70 millions on him, and im being generous here.


And quite frankly if i had to choose, id pick Bastoni over Skriniar after last season. All day every day.

Would you play Skriniar over Bastoni or De vrij? And why?

Should we transform our whole formation and the way we play and start games because of Skriniar? To play a formation that suits him, with players around him that will help him look better?
