We cant make FFP even if we sell both Kovacic and Icardi, then Handanovic and Shaqiri and every other valuable players. We're simply not making 100m this summer.

Exactly this. We just CANNOT continue going back and forth with how the coach likes the squad. It simply does not work. We need a strong technical director who has a vision how the squad should be built and then he builds the squad that way. And then we choose a coach who can use that squad properly.

Going what the current coach always wants is not going to work in our environment because we don't have funds to change half the squad every time we want to change the coach. It takes just too much time going that way with our funds.

They even have a scouting service that follows coaches and if there is a change they immediately know who fits their philosophy.
