I think he had a decent game. Couple of good thru balls along with a clinical finish. He looks very tired in the end tho, maybe his stamina is letting him down but no doubt about his ability and quality now.

It's that Azzkikr, a member of this forum, fanatically critisizes all players at Inter except Maxwell for everything they do, even though Maxwell makes mistakes.

Good performance by Luis. I like what he brings to the table - some quickness behind the forwards (finally) and a touch of creativity, which is something we need more of in our team in general. I don't know if he deserves MoM as I thought Ibra was outstanding and the same with Frey, but he still looked pretty good out there. Hopefully Mancio gives him more opportunities to prove himself.

Frey schooled Ibra for sure...but this guy Jimenez looks great. He is kinda young...looks to be fast and has GREAT technique. Hope he does well And if he becomes world class you could always sell him to us to keep the traddition going

Amazingly well has to be the overstatement of the year. Typical of people who go nuts because a player scores a goal or two and then totally ignore everything else.

What did he do apart from scoring? Nothing, he made plenty of bad passes and showed no indication that he can lead and control the attack. Id be more content with him if he had made 2 assists rather than him scoring 2 goals, when i look at it from the perspective of him making an impact as an AM.

like the two to ibra that ibra messed up. One being a beutiful pass, and the other headed pass. Then the through ball to cruz, in which he screwed up. He could have set up 4 goals. And he was passing well most of the game, and yes i saw the game. Luis played well and saying he wasnt passing well is a bit on the dumb side.

Attacking mids scoring is just as good as an assist. He could have had 4 last game.

Jimenez has been a nice revelation thus far. He hasn't been ground shaking, but he has put in a few decent performances culminating in goals. If he keeps this up, he'll be a regular in the team before season's end.

Who cares what azzliker thinks. Based on one performance we cannot draw too many conclusions, but at the same time through one performance Jimenez did very well, and was one of the main protagonist against a quality side like fiorentina who have taken at least a point from all the other top sides in Seria A. To say the guy did not do anything but score is an understatment. Through one performance Jimenez showed he has a creative touch and vision on the field and we already know hes a good passer of the ball, something Mancini already stated. He did make a few mistakes, but overall was influencial during the game.
