Italian international centre-back Leonardo Bonucci admits he would be equally happy if he joined either Inter or Juventus in the close season.
The 22-year-old is co-owned by Genoa and Bari, where he is enjoying a superb first full season in Serie A, but his youth club Inter and Juve are expected to do battle to secure his services this summer, with the Nerazzurri allegedly in pole position.
“I don’t know anything about my future,” Bonucci explained to Sky Sport 24.
“The co-ownership will be discussed in June. But it would be a source of pride for me to play with either Inter or Juve.
“However, I am still really attached to the Inter shirt and Jose Mourinho is a great boss and a great man. It would be a massive pleasure for me to be coached by him.”
Bonucci spent three years in the Inter set-up from 2006 to 2009 and made his top-flight debut under former Beneamata boss Roberto Mancini.
