Be happy that we are winning, but stop acting like everybody is playing as good as we know they can. Instead of getting in arguments with the more cynical posters here, just ignore us and we'll ignore you. That works best.

Damn, brehme is under serious pressure lately.

That being said, have those doctoral thesis-like posts been coming regularly all the way since 2005?

Nope. Took a long break in the Thohir era, returned to reinstate the team in the Champions League :D

Universe, bashing players for the sake of bashing them, as a free psychological session or venting out method is something that will be replied to. With irony, with banter and with so much more. So don't tell me "feelings". People who don't think before posting will get a verbal, yet tactful, bashing.

As for the..theses. That's there just because a bunch of kids are reading these forums and there's no reason to allow them to form opinions based on shit and unwarranted reactions to some things by some posters who think this is a place for therapy and escape from their misery. Inter is not here to please the world. You can watch tv for that.

I honestly think that, despite the loss, the game at Camp Nou was really beneficial. This team has spent years in mediocrity never playing anyone better than Wolfsburg in Europe, but having huge, important games against the likes of Barca will really help. Even though we have more games this season, it's great playing against such opponents and I think it'll really help us do better in the Serie A games too.

We were excellent today, away against a tough team that were very motivated but I tight we had full control of the match and after taking the lead was never worried about them coming back.

I agree with this 100% and it's why, very quickly, came to accept and embrace the group we were drawn into for the Champions League when the draw took place a couple months ago. It would've been very easy for us to see Group D, with all the shitters who are in there, and have talked about how lucky we were to get that group if, you know, the draw had worked out like that. But, getting Barca and Tottenham, it meant that we were going to have to approach the competition head on and fight because we weren't going to be favored to get out of that group. I think it also helped that we got the first game at home, and it was against one of those two as well; our first game in the Champions League in six years was played in a festive atmosphere against a proper side. That's some kind of tone setter, and we've seen how well this team has played since that day.

I think a lot of us were thinking that, if we'd gone to Group D, we would've found a way to bottle that and not have our concentration levels where they needed to be. Instead, we were issued a challenge, and so far the response has been good. Sometimes that's the exact thing you need.

That was probably the hardest week of the season. Who would have thought after that horrible start to the season we'd beat Milan and Lazio while not getting shitmixed at Camp Nou. This team is going places

Nope. The hardest week of the season is when we play Tottenham, Roma and RuBe away. That we’ll determine if we can go through to the last 16 and if we got any chance to challenge for the scudetto ( we would have a chance if we can buy a top midfielder or two in January )

Hopefully we will be out of the group already by then so the last game won't mean anything.

Let me just say that we had to shut down the political forum for a reason. :yao:

Hopefully we will be out of the group already by then so the last game won't mean anything.

About the only way that happens is if we win against Barca and Tottenham drops points to PSV. If that happens, and we're sitting on nine points to Tottenham's 1-2, then, yeah, the Tottenham threat will be erased by the time we go to Wembley.

Unlikely, but it's something to hope for next week.

EDIT - either that, or you're talking about the PSV game on the final match day being meaningless, meaning we can go full squad against Juve. Yeah, that's probably what you were talking about, now that I think about it. But the stuff I said above can still happen, theoretically, and if somehow that happens, we can have the entire squad ready to go at Roma. First or second place doesn't matter much as far as I'm concerned.

Would you say that is the real test?

She probably is only good fucking as she is still hot, but an idiot, got very lucky getting married with the guy who is better than her, doing a selfie while we attack, lol. Hopefully Icardi drops her or she doesn't influence him to go to Real Mafia Madrid.

Im not that interested in her licking my ice cream, I mean I wouldn't mind, but that's not what I meant. I love how she screams like a crazy maniac and jumps like a monkey on the couch. I love her spirit.

Luis Alberto has been awful this season. Also, we were missing Nainggolan, and had to play a guy who hasn't played a game in months.
Mmm... They also had Leiva missing. As for 9golan, he is yet to reach his best condition. But anyway, I am like everyone very impressed with such a huge victory. The question is are we going to play like that regularly. For me the best performance we had against a strong team in recent years was Atalanta when we raped them 7-1, but then we didn't see more of the same.

This IMO was our best performance this season considering the circumstances. I like that Spalletti gave Mario a run out. With Radja injured, we need the depth in midfield. Valero doesn't have 90 minutes in him. Hell he probably doesnt even have 45. Mario wasn't great which is to be expected after so much time on the bench but he did have some good, positive moments out there. I liked his movement without the ball especially. He knows how to position himself in the right areas when going forward. I think Brozo really benefited from it.

A bit worried about Asamoah. He's been having a struggle lately. I wouldn't be opposed to giving him a rest against Genoa and getting Dalbert some minutes.
