What I understood, Pimenta's agency handled the whole transfer. Then father started to make claims Pimenta didn't have rights to handle club-player deal. And this escalated then that Pimenta didn't even appear last Friday for the signing and father arrived to make his demands.

I assume father is pissed that all the commissions were going to Pimenta's agency. I don't know how father had any justification to demand commission to himself so in my books he can just fuck off.

I rather keep good relations with Pimenta's agency than get this specific player and play ball with that idiot dad.
I think we will not find out in the end how it really was. According to the father, he hired Pimenta and it was agreed that they would share the commission 50:50. However, in the final deal, Pimenta set the the whole commission for herself. Whether Pimenta wanted to rip off the father because the father and her did not have a written agreement in this regard or whether the father wanted to get a cut afterwards, we will not know.

Of course, Pimenta could not change the original deal to save face.

To be honest, we don't know if Pimenta behaved 100% correctly and professionally in this deal.

Is this comment justified? I mean there’s always a chance that she did something shady but is there any indication of wrongdoings here when both clubs were happy and so was Samardzic to the point that he’d taken the medical. Then Ausillio also confirmed that his father didn’t just want to change a few things but to renegotiate the whole contract.

Never been pushed into a legal transaction by someone who nods his head and then tries to get one by you?

Considering that his father has the guts to go this far, I think it’s likely that he made his demands to Pimenta from the beginning.

Father is obviously an amateur who couldn’t keep things in writing and Pimenta probably has a lot of experience with people who have no business in these transactions trying to get paid. So she assumed this is just another family member who is trying to seize an opportunity.

But considering how persistent he probably was, she should have handled this differently.

Guys, its irrelevant if Pimenta tried to screw the guy or not over because at the end of the day if Samardzic clan wanted to join Inter so much they would have just agreed with the original terms and settled with Pimenta outside of the deal. And common ... its naive to think that there are no pre contracts and agreed terms between all parties. If his dad is such a fucking idiot that cant read a contract and actually thought he is getting 50 % while the papers he signed were saying otherwise its his own damn fault.
This whole players turning their career into a family business is such a fucking cancer and its getting worse with cases like this.

Nope. Most of us dont have an agent you know. And the few times I need to do business via an agency/consultancy/broker I made sure to know all the important details before I traveled to meet the counterparty.

Someone in this thread has said some thing I find made a lot of sense. Pimenta represents the likes of Haaland and De Ligt, Samardzic is not worth her time to screw over.

It’s much easier for me to believe Samardzic and co. planned this from the start. Had a professional to work out a deal for him and then had his father step in, cut out the middle man and keep everything for themselves. I’m not saying I believe this was what happened, but this is easier to believe than your theory. Especially when Samardzic’s family has a history of being difficult to deal with.

"I said that"...

-"No, you didn't"

"Yes, I did".

Basically Samardzic's father operates on this level. Everything revolves around some unwritten agreement that no one ever can prove it existed

How likely is it that Pimenta fucked up a deal over 300k and in the process loses a talented client?
Like she s the head of what was raiolas agency empire.. She brokered the haaland to city deal and the De ligt to bayern deal...
I highly doubt she fucked up this deal over 300k...
It s much more likely that the father tried to get his hands on a couple of extra 100k and she much like Inter wont let that shit slide cause who the fuck does his father think he is.

Like yes raiola and other agents are assholes and greedy, but most of them are out to fuck over clubs and not their clients especially not when they re still talents.
Like go read what zlatan has to say about Raiola, nothing but respect

She would be an idiot to burn all bridges with this deal, she’s under Raiola’s wing. There’s a chance she made mistakes because he’s gone to sky now but imo I don’t think she reaches to, hmm let me call it, Lukaku level. There was a chance for Samardzic redeeming it yesterday but he didn’t so good luck with your father in the future.

This guy is a mix of Icardi and Lukaku in some aspects. Let the family control his career and liar at the same time. "I wanna sign with Inter I will do asap"..wtf, bro. Cannot be more fake :yao:

We dont need a star with dressing room cancer let alone a kid. The season starts in less than a week and he is still busy of whining about contract, instead of taking time to get used to the new tactics. Showing how much he cares about his career. He is eating the bench soon let alone shining.

There is no way she ever agreed on a 50/50 split, she is the one who can make such deal happen, have the know how, contacts, experience, so there is just no way in H.. she ever agree on such terms…

It mostly seem like some deliberate action from the father, that might or might not be in accordance with his son.

Yeah I am also having a hard time believing that the agreement was 50-50% . You hire the agency to do the work for you so the agency gets full commission, if there is any other type of fee it just gets appended or you add an additional clause.
I mean I hire an agent to find a club and good salary for my kid but demand 50 % of the agents fee ? That doesnt even make sense.

I would bet she has at least acted more professionally than the certain Serbian. The level of professionalism is then up to debate. But I would guess Pimenta has done it by the book and as suggested above, why would she share any split if she's doing the work? Father isn't entitled to anything if he doesn't do fucking anything. He can't act as an agent because he needs legal help anyway etc.

My last post on this topic.

I think in 5-10 years Lazar will either beat the shit out of his Papa or he will stop every conversation with that idiot.

She underestimated the resolve of her client and ultimately didn’t deliver. Actually after Lazar’s father, she or her agency is the other party to blame for this mess.

Also, she negotiated and didn’t even have the authority to close the deal. Hence why she was dismissed by her client.

Whose paying her bill?

What do you mean she didnt even have the authority to close the deal ? It was Samardzic that was supposed to close the deal, his signature is the final step. An agent just makes things possible.
I am really not understanding your logic at all.
