If I'm not wrong, it was Vieri's last goal with Inter.

Hate to say this, but you're wrong. :p Vieri scored his last goals (2) in Coppa match against Cagliari in May 2005.

Could someone move this to Former Players forum, thank you.

You're complaining a lot all right, kova ;) Give them some time.

I'm sad that Kily didn't score for us. One thing though, we beat Juve 3-2 even though Kily netted in his own net, so that means Juve needed a goal from a non-scorer to break their deadlock on us that day. Hehe. I'm a bit nerdy, I know.

I'm not complaining..I'm just suggesting.. We (or anybody who wants to) can discuss Kily in "Former Inter players" thread.. We will have more space here..
Since he was "cleaned out" from Inter squad, we should clean him (also Ze and Sinisa) from here too.. ;)

His stint at Inter was less than memorable, but at least work hard (when he was on the pitch) and didn't complain (when he wasn't)

Good luck Kily. :star:

I always liked him, maybe not gamewise but still. Shame he didn't score a goal for Inter. GL Kily!

It’s a loan deal indeed.

Kily Gonzalez returns to first club Rosario Central

BUENOS AIRES, July 21 (Reuters) - Cristian "Kily" Gonzalez, who played for Argentina in the 2002 World Cup, has returned to Rosario Central on loan from Inter Milan, the Argentine first division club said.
Gonzalez turned down a more lucrative offer from Boca Juniors, where he played in 1995-96 prior to moving to Europe, to play for the club where he made his top flight debut in 1993, Central said on their official web site.
The club said general manager Horacio Carbonari, a former defender who played for Derby County in England, had a key role in luring Gonzalez home. Carbonari also helped Central to sign Costa Rica's Paulo Wanchope last week.
Gonzalez, overlooked by Argentina for the 2006 World Cup in Germany, spent a decade in Europe, first with Real Zaragoza and then Valencia, for whom he played in the 2000 and 2001 Champions League finals. He joined Inter in 2003.
Gonzalez, who is 32 in two weeks' time, has won 55 Argentina caps, the last in their final World Cup qualifier against Uruguay in October 2005. He also played in the Olympic team that won the gold medal at the Athens Games in 2004 as one of their over-age players.
