Suspend the league, please. Im not watching a season that consist in getting the third place, behind fucking Lazio.

The reaction after the first goal was horrible. Why do you have to slow down? In that 60. minute we were better then Juve. Fucking loser mentality, cmon man, we are a fucking joke. 2 week waiting to see this clown show. We already lost against Lazio and lost many points, this was the game where we had to win. Congratulations, respect.

First of all, hello everyone on FIF! Let's start rambling.

While it is clear that no team with Vecino and Candreva in the starting lineup deserves to win a title, Handanovic is the one that always crumbles under pressure when playing the rubentini. Look at the first goal, the ball goes straight to his leg, he moves it away from the ball's trajectory to attempt a dumb save that he tried and failed numerous times in the past. If Inter is serious title contender in the next season, Handanovic must be replaced, it's not like he's getting any younger or better.

Handanovic is the last one to blame.

Lazio are where they are on merit ( and penalties)

They spent 0 € last summer. I think we have to look @ our 10€ NET Coach.

First time since 2011-12 that we lose twice to Juventus.

First time since 1968-69 that we do so deservedly....

The first goal was a very close range shot with 3 bodies in front of him and the ball deflecting on De Vrij. If it didn't deflect, Handanovic would have gotten the ball. No clue if he'd parry it away or just touch it while it whistles inside, but the deflection was vital.

In the second goal he has no blame, Ashley Young was made a fool by Dybala twice in 10 seconds and our defense was disoriented because he didn't play team defense but insisted on 'fixing' his first mistake.

I would stop bragging about Juve’s cheating until we prove that we are better than them on the pitch. The issue is not just that we lost, but we lost while playing like total shit with some clueless football.

The ball deflected off De Vrij and changed trajectory.

Last time Eriksen played Juve: https://youtu.be/z2gsnyg2D-k
I seriously cannot believe why his toolset are not played from the start.

In the linked video, I see a playmaker finding several holes in juves defense, that could easily have been converted into two assist also having a couple of good shots himself and lastly scoring on a direct free kick, aside from controlling the game...

Someone please tell me why Conte isn’t seeing the same?!?!

/rant off (I’m just a bit frustrated after the game tonight)

Which is why the fact that we lost deservedly, TWICE in a season, which is something we didn't do in the entire "banter era" when they were at their peak, is alarming and worth of mentioning.

This is our highest spending year in probably all time and we played our worse games against Juventus since almost 20 years or so. They regressed this year, we spent a shitload and we still managed to be much less convincing in big games.

The only time where this was common was in the 50s and the 70s. In both times, as our Italian residents can attest to, was a period of political instability and the only constant thing was the power of some important families. That's when the Agnelli family was established as the "Mafia of the North".

The worst part is that we have won only twice against them in this decade (2010-11 season to 2019-20) and overall just 3. This is the worst record we've had against them. I think 4 wins was the worse prior to that.

Being toothless against them and not having any problems with refereeing against Juventus is something very new to being an Inter fan. 2/2 games under Conte with this new budget we have. Thats not good news.

He played most of the second half and was complete shit. Does he always play with absolutely zero intensity, even for the national team?

Handanovic doesn't watch the ball in slow motion, why should you judge him based on that?

Once more, his left leg or whatever his body was doing was towards the correct path based on Ramsey's shot. It got deflected so he didn't get it. How is that hard to understand? Maybe if you could read this in slow motion you'd get it.

People have been saying this for months. Eriksen is not a Conte player at all. He is soft. He is weak. He is not a big runner. He is not a dribbler on the ball. He is an AM in a world where AMs are not really needed. That is where he is most effective. Him in any other position is useless.

People try to bring up stats and all of that. What eriksen did when he was 22-23 in a dynamic pochettino system is irrelevant. His stats this season and last were not good and performance wise, not good at all.

Now we have to change our entire system for him to be an effective player. Him in CM is not that great, certainly not a 9-10M/yr player.

Rofl - you being from Ireland should be the last one to ask that question after the playoffs for the worldcup.

it doesn't mean that it can't work. conte needs to tweak his system, and force it in a different direction than the one he intended.

It's not hard to understand that those type of shots must be saved with his leg, like De Gea, Allison, Ter Stegen and Julio Cesar used to save them.

He wasn't going towards Ramsey shot, the ball was going straight towards him. Even with the deflection he still had time to react and he did, just chose the wrong technique. Simple.

Eh, for what it’s worth I said at the start of the season I expected a 3rd place, a Coppa Italia final and a UCL Ro16.

On track for the first, fuck knows about the second, and utterly failed the third, but will be made up if we make it to the final of the EL. I definitely got carried with my scudetto hopes considering the Juventus slump, but tonight proved we’re still far, far away from anything resembling a challenge. My bad for expecting too much too fast.

Maybe next year. I still think by Tuesday the league will be suspended to be honest.
