I know that i'm the only one who brings this up mercato after mercato , but this is irregular.
If i was the admin and had put the rules of creating the thread after official i would be offended by this kind of tactic , to open the thread and then wait for it to be re-opened after being closed. This kind of threads should be closed and never re-opened.
