All they need is Ronaldo to play well probably. Currently he's the most wasteful player in the league

Well and their central defense to sort their shit out. And Pjanic to stay injury free. Basically like every team they need a bit of good fortune

We will be champion if we do not lose to our direct rival our fking home and throwing points against minor clubs. Remember that we lost to them at our home in the fair and square match.

I could have seen that Juve penalty at the death coming a mile away. This is just how it goes with them. And how it's always gone. Such is the power of the old cunt.

The game against Genoa (and so many others) remind me of that time before 2006.

I saw that people were starting to nickname him Smaldini but I didn't know if that was tongue-in-cheek or not.

Anyway, I still haven't seen the full game so I can't talk on the Rugani non-expulsion (heard he should've gotten a second yellow card).

I did the see last minute penalty and the 2nd yellow for Cassata. To be honest, I think those are both incidents that could go either way. Cassata most definitely pulled Dybala's shirt, even if very slightly. And even if Ronaldo dived, Sanabria did stick his leg across Ronaldo, providing an easy opportunity for an apparent collision/obstruction, which Ronaldo sold.

The problem is that these 50/50 calls always go juve's way when they most need it, and that is the disgrace.

It's salt rubbed in the wounds when these beneficial decisions happen at the exact same time that heavy decisions go against juve's rivals.

- Llorente gets rugby tackled by Kjaer:

- and Fazio gets a straight red for something that isn't even a foul:

I've seen reverse angles of the Llorente incident, and it looks like Llorente is elbowing Kjaer, but that's because Kjaer has his head down, driving shoulder first into Llorente's midsection like a fucking perfect rugby tackle. Guy has been watching the ongoing rugby world cup it seems. As for the Fazio one, I have no words because no matter how many times I watch that, no matter what the angle, it doesn't even look like a foul, let alone a card, let alone a straight red.

Another day, another undeserved win juve, another series of scandalous refereeing decisions that cause explosive controversy all over the place. Nothing we haven't seen before and nothing that won't happen about 15 more times this season.

One last thing. Balotelli hurled himself to the floor to try get a penalty off Handanovic yesterday

And Gervinho did the same in our match vs Parma. Neither were given as penalties obviously, but that's not enough. Both these cunts threw themselves at the floor to deceive the ref. Neither of them were called as fouls for us. Neither of them were booked, while Sanchez was sent off. (Sanchez dived too IMO but his flop was at least a tad more convincing than these two, and moreover, there was contact on Sanchez's penalty appeal) Disgusting.

Do simulations only apply to Sanchez?

Bah, they're probably not dropping points until at least Lazio in December, so that means we gotta at least match their results for another month and a half.

I know they've got Atalanta soon-ish but am I right in thinking they usually shit the bed against Juve? Other than last year's Coppa Italia flouncing obviously.

Yeah it stings that one of the few deserved victories Juve have this season came against us.

10 brave men of Genoa fighting against a bigger enemy, their crowd and their referee, finally going down to a 94th minute dodgy penalty. It was like watching 300. Never trust a hunchback.

I wouldn't call that collection of juve fans last night a crowd. Looked to more empty seats than seats with people in them.

I watched the clip of Filippo Tramontana calling and celebrating Inter's goals during the game against Brescia.

Luciano Moggi is still appearing as a guest in their TV program and, judging by the reactions, it looks like he has some kind of feud with Tramontana over Lukaku. Speaking about the Belgian and the impact he can make, Moggi said: “... these are good players, no doubt about that, but not the ones you need to win the league" (verbatim in Italian, "però non servono per vincere un campionato").

It's hard to argue against Lucky Luciano and I can agree with his words per se, but in light of what happened in the second half of Juventus-Genoa (which was not only the upteenth remainder of the Bianconeri's way, but a masterful one) those words about what would be needed to [comfortably] win the league sound pretty ironic. I'd say it was the non plus ultra of unintentional irony, coming from him.

And it's also a bit of a Freudian slip: funnily enough, that sentence in Italian could also undergo a far too literal translation and become "... but they don't serve in order to win the league". There are indeed different kind of "players" involved and servility often comes into play.

Nevermind: as sung by a great interista and real master of irony like Elio 21 years ago, “Ti amo campionato” (I love you Serie A league).

Good to see Smalling playing well for Roma.

Petrachi is amateur that he atleast didnt get an option to buy. That way you can block Woodward going to 'specialist level grandioso' as with us.

Now Woodward is demanding double the money because he has played better at Roma than 90M Maguire in ManU.

Don't think anything will change much, he was expected to be sold for around 20-25 million and if they make bid around that price he will be sold.

Also Maguire is doing well, defensively we are good enough. Problem is with Lindelof.
