As for the game, I know it's going to be very unfair to cruz, to keep him out of this game, after all he is our leading scorer, but the problem is he always manages to impress when he comes on as a sub. & not from the start. So I would rather see Oba-Recoba in the attack

Oh and Totti's wife is having a baby, most probably on wenesday, I hope he doesn't play

Although most of you want Oba to start with Recoba I personally think Cruz combined well with Figo and Recoba. Oba also hasn't been very good at finishing off any shots....at least Cruz can finish in front of the goal.

I doubt Adriano will play....his injury sounds like it will take a week or so to heal.

I would also like to see Wome and Solari in the line-up with Figo playing in his natural role...I cannot wait till Figo starts scoring!!!

I'm pretty excited about this game. I think Roma is a worthy opponent and a win would be outstanding. It's kinda nice that we have this moster of a schedule, cause it really allows Inter to flex its muscles. This is great preperation for the rest of the season.

Sorry guys, but that'd be tactical suicide. We need man to a box. If Adriano doesn't play, Cruz is must. Chino-Oba is propably the only combination, I wouldn't use. Chino-Oba just can't create threath to a box and I think Roma could eliminate them quite easily. It's Il Jardinero all the way. It's not his weakness, he scores easy looking goals. It's his strength. He smells them. What a goalscorer. :heart:

Frisko get us some good amateur footage of all the goals, like Fabio got from the Inter-Siena match with Cruz's goal. I still watch that to this day.

I choose C.Zanetti over Cambiasso,because I think that CZ is in great form and he is more defensive then Cambi..+I think Cambi needs a bit rest for Sampdoria game..Adriano probably won't be 100% fit so there is El Jardinero who is in great shape,just like Chino!!!

I would like to see Recoba and Martins as line-ups, I also think that Martins could cause surprise, because I believe that Roma is thinking that Cruz is going to play from the start and that could work for INTER advantage, plus Cruz always does great when he comes into play as a sub.

I dont want to see CZ in this game, I hope we continue to play cambiasso. If Cambiasso needs rest, he can get it against Sampdoria, & CZ can play in that game. I still consider Roma more dangerous than Sampdoria

I wouldnt mind resting Cambiasso and playing CZ.I mean CZ knows this team and we have a slight edge on them at the Meazza.

Also as well as Veron has been doing lately I will be worried if we dont rest him and more worries if we start not using Pizzaro as well..

Y dont we play Recoba instead of Veron as an AM. Okay, okay dont bash me so soon . Its just that Veron needs rest, Pizzaro is in sucking form & Recoba plays as an AM for Uruguay not as a striker.

Heck, Recoba's name isn't even mentioned in the striking list for Uruguay. Whenever their coach announces a team, Recoba's name is always amongst midfielders.
