Broadly speaking, we did okay. Our system is still ticking along smoothly, the only major concern was our finishing and Thuram’s dip in form.

It wasn’t an emphatic performance, but the most part the squad bounced back well.

The fatigue was obvious as Hakan and Miki covered approximately 1km less in 90mins than they usually do, but at least the passing a lot more crisp compared to Athletico.

TBH i couldn't care less about breaking records. I just want to see that second star on our shirt.

I can't help but feel a little bit insecure about not getting the scudetto, bceause hey, this is Inter, we've literally been witnesses of many things as fans.

But i want to stay positive and not feel this insecure about losing 2 points in a difficult derby match.

Again I talk not about how we played a month ago, but our current form. Focus on how we played a month ago is quite irrelevant if we aren’t playing like that currently, the only thing that matters is the current form.

The main reason we went out in CL was because we had a dip in form leading up to it. We haven’t been playing as well as we did before the Genoa game, hopefully the break helps and we recover more and return to better form…

I don't get it either tbh. I get certain criticism about the coach and some players, some things definitely need to improve on an individual level, but as a team if someone told me a year ago we will be having this type of season, especially regarding our defense and how solid we were there, I would have laughed him off.

It's a huge fuckin privilege to be 14 points clear on the top with nine games to go. It's literally as perfect of a league season as you can realistically hope for in the best case scenarios.
