Personally, I think our midfield still lack depth. Get rid of Kuzmanovic as he doesnt really fit our team.

Ideally, we should get Nainggolan or someone similar, and we rotate him with Guarin and Taider. Both of them looked completely drained out at 60 minute mark, we will have a tough time keeping the intensity with CL Next year.

And Jonathan's work rate isnt quite enough on the right, he is good, but not good enough. I think we will need to recall Schelotto some time and reintegrate him into the squad. He is the perfect man for Mazzarri.

Yes, this was an encouraging result, but also yes, Fiorentina didn't field their full starting lineup this game.

And also, yes they played a more convincing game tbh, especially in the earlier stages of the match.

So as of today, imo we haven't really been tested. I don't count the Juve match because it's a derby which can always go either way. Moreover those types of matches also have a lot of dependence on motivation and passion which is always there when you face a rival.
