He did a fantastic job to interfere between Rodri and Stones which was the key for Man City in the last months. Even Pep admitted that this was a big challenge in the first half. Certainly he didn’t offer as much in the attacking phase, but that wasn’t his task this time.

I actually feel sorry for Hakan. He's had a fantastic season but in the final he was just not ready mentally. Hopefully he's gonna recover from this and perform like hell in the upcoming season because he's brought massive upgrade in our game since his arrival. On a side note, I think there is nothing wrong with what he said ahead of the match. The guy kept himself humble and determinated but sometimes things won't go your way...

Oh come on man. I love Turkiye as it's my second homeland and Hakan is one of my favorite Inter players. Yeah, the timing of the post was wrong, it wasn't meant to ridicule his last performance. I just found it hilarious, because I have seen similar memes with regards to athletes from my country too. Like this one:

He would be much better if he played on Brozo position and Mikhi played instead of Brozo. But Mikhi injury fucked that option.

We lack dynamism when he plays in the LCM position. Which is why we’re so interested in Fratessi. The Mkhi injury was really unfortunate. We played our best football this year with Mkhi - Hakan - Barella.

Mkhi almost immediately made a difference when he was brought on. It’s too bad he wasn’t 100% because I think Inzaghi would’ve brought him on a lot sooner.

Didn't expect that from you, cheers. I wish we started with Miki-Hakan-Nico midfield and integrated Brozo in the 2nd half, but hey...what is done is done. I'm at ease already and really looking forward to the next season

It's kinda sad because his lifting the CL trophy in the same year where we demolished Milan would have been the perfect fuck you too after all the shit he went through from milan's Scudetto.
