What's up with the Miangue hype?

Simple: our fullback are shit. We are hopeful that someone from our youth ranks can step up. He was fina in the little time against Palermo and Juventus, would be quite fair to give him a chance in a midweek game.

Yeah I am too but I think too many changes would send the wrong message.

If you speak in the press multiple times about how important this match is than your lineup needs to reflect that. I am also kind of interested to see if Icardi can keep up his form.

IMO Bologna at home is the game to rotate

I feel sorry for Mario. Medel and Kondogbia together in the midfield has Palermo's game written all over it. Miss-placed passing everywhere. Joao needs to step up big time.

I agree with that lineup. Perisic is just coming off a small injury and Candreva looked exhausted against juve so I'd like to see Jovetic get some time too if possible - ahead of Eder or Palacio.

He's only made two decent sub appearances. We're still only at the 5th match of the season and we need to get as many points as possible. The last time we played a team which wasn't first choice, we got utterly humiliated by some shitters from Israel. I'm encouraged enough that de Boer has used Miangue as a first choice sub twice now.

I'm concerned about the lineup because it's 2 wingers. We need at least one of those "wide" players to have the natural inclination to move in the spaces between d-line and mid-line and between CB and WB.

As much I'd like to see JoJo start, Eder played pretty well v Juve so he should start. I do want Jojo coming on in this game though. For me, Candreva can rest this game.

I do agree with a lot of what you said, but I imagine both Perisic and Candreva will take turns coming in from the flanks in this one. Candreva is more than capable of it for sure. But yeah surprised he isn't going to be rested tonight.
