Looked very composed and focused out there, indeed. I think he feels more comfortable with this group of players and he is slowly gaining more and more experience here.

Full confidence in Andrea Ranocchia. That is what Andrea Stramaccioni has in his young central defender. Yes, Ranocchia is known for his ups and downs and being very inconsistent but his season debut against Pescara was very impressive.

“Andrea is our leader. I’ve seen a great Ranocchia so far. Earlier this season I was bombarded with questions about him and now he is doing well and I can see that I see him a the leader in our defense and as the defender of the future.”
