Hakimi actually has the potential to develop in a forward like Bale or Salah, he can actually potentially play multiple positions and can take free kicks and set pieces, people here talking about 80M is fair, you give this player a 5 year contract with a 300M release clause.

In my opinion, 3 CB are the most important in our formation, then Barella, after that Lukaku then Hakimi.

Lautaro, Brozovic, and Eriksen are underrated, they are important but not so important.

If we going sell Hakimi, better we buy Best right back or Left back. I don't mind see Darmian on the right, as long we get Gosens, Kostic, or World Class Left Back.

What's hopeful is that Bastoni will be able to handle the role even if we decide to sell Hakimi to buy an attackminded LWB. Maybe then we will also see more of Skriniar's longshots since he would be going on those trips forward like Bastoni have done many times.

IMHO Suning have 3 choices.

1)Don't sell anyone and attempt to make it as far as possible in the CL (more games played, more revenue), and hope there isn't another wave of COVID. Keeping this team intact is hugely beneficial monetarily as if they continue to win, more people will be attracted to the club. Winning breeds fans/income.

2)They sell Martinez to cover the 80m needed since we purchased him for peanuts. Imho this is the best option. I have spoke to people claiming Martinez is vital to Lukaku's success this season, BUT that isn't true according to every metric I've seen. Martinez relied on Lukaku, as Rom would drag a couple of defenders to him, giving Lau space. Rom assisted Marty more than Marty assisted Marty. It is also much easier to find a replacement for Martinez. People claim his tenacity for the ball, but Raspadori is actually much much better at it (there's your replacement).

3)Sell a majority stake in the club as they won't be able to cover any costs associated with the club. The loan from Oaktree was a stopgap measure that covers transfer-fees owing, wages, expenses etc.

As for the topic, I wouldn't sell Hakimi for less than 100m, we paid 45m for him and selling him for 80m still doesn't cover our 80m target, meaning someone else needs to be moved. It took us 11 fucking years to find a wingback that was even half capable of doing anything. Here we have Hakimi, a player that was only surpassed by Gosens who is older and has played longer in this league. Hakimi may not be the most defensively capable wingback but that isn't an issue as we do have the best 3 CB's in the league (fewest goals allowed 2nd year in a row).

To me it's not a question about the money, it's about his replacement. There is no one 25 and younger that is better than him, and in my eyes, you only sell a player if you have a replacement that is of equal or greater talent/skill otherwise you are taking 2 steps back to move half a step forward.

Sell Martinez for 100m to Barca (take it in installments), sell Vecino to Napoli for whatever and call it a transfer window.

He has reportedly already agreed terms with PSG. They're offering him 8m per season, 3m more than he currently earns. Hard to say no to that.

Fabrizio Romano: "For Hakimi there are negotiations going on between Inter and PSG. PSG see the player at €60M, Inter want €80M. They will negotiate. Keep an eye on Chelsea also because they have been in touch with people close to him."

Don't have one.
I just can't figure out how the fuck we need to sell someone after zhang sold his soul to that american fund. I would sign today the paper in which its stated the team will remain intact, but there will be no summer mercato, that would be completely fine with me, but to potentially give a club and its future to vulture fund and at the same time to have to sell our most talented player is beyond fucked.

Selling Hakimi is a massive mistake for Inter.

He had ups and downs in his first season, in a totally different league than the Bundesliga, but still finished with 7 goals and 8 assists in Serie A. Thats crazy good for a first season in a totally different league tactically.

The player who should be sold to fund the main part of inters depts is obviously Lukaku. Conte built his team around Lukaku, Conte understood how to utilize Lukaku in the only proper way (a way that can win average leagues, not the CL obviously). Without Conte, Lukakus important diminishes drastically. Keeping Lukaku without Conte makes no sense, its like owning a pilot and a plane, then firing the pilot, but still keeping the plane.

But Hakimi wants to leave, reportedly already agreed terms with PSG. So sell him, we need players who worship this club as big club, fuck Cunte, Hakimi and any mercenary in this team, sell him, play Darmian instead.

I don't know why people keep mentioning to sell Lautaro. There is zero offers for him, except one rumor about 50mln from Atletico, which is massive low balling if it's true.

Wishful thinking basically. :D Each member has a player he would be ok to let go for a high transfer fee. For some it's Lukaku while for others it's Lautaro.

In which world in Martinez worth 100m?

Sure, but then you will have 99% Ranocchias and 1% Zanettis and that wont win you anything. We all know that money and glory is what matters the most to the vast majority of players.

Nope, we need players like Zamorano, Recoba, Deki, Cambiasso, Barella etc etc...Great players that love this club and wont run to sheiks after one good season.

Agreed. Not only that, but it really is a buyer's market, with so many coaching changes and uncertainty in the future many ambitious teams can afford to wait. Moreover, everybody in the football world knows Inter's financial position and owner mandates. It maybe a torturous summer for the boys in black and blue!

Hakimi was brought here thanks to Conte, his agent and Achraf both were convinced of the project. @PSG you get 10M per year , no bonus or wage cut, CL regular, great city to live ( Milano still better imo)

I hate that he's leaving, its really hard scouting Hakimi level wingbacks, because there arent any. 7 goals, 11 assist. In Serie A debut year, @Inter where the pressure is second to none.

Honestly it's Inter who wants to sell him, if Hakimi wants to leave is because it must feel that Inter doesn't want him as it wants Lukaku or Lautaro.

If we play against PSG i hope he scores a hattrick against us.
