We dont have the financial ability to be buying high and selling low. We need good young players like this that are actually going to appreciate in value and this is much better business than getting an overrated player with a declining value like SMS for god knows how much. Because such rumours are bullshit and spreading false hope. We are freeing like 5 players and the closest news is selling first to create more gaps. Had we had that money we should have bought Frattesi yesterday instead of begging Gosens to leave.

I highly doubt Frattesi would break into our starting line up right away. Mkhi has still plenty of gas left, whilst Hakan and Barella are superior to Frattesi. He'd be a strong competitior of course. Him coming as Gags' replacement would have been amazing.

As much as I rate Frattesi, I wouldn't splash that crazy money on him, simply because we are set in the midfield and both Barella and Hakan have still plenty of years left on their shoulders. He's a long-term signing, yeah, but we already have Asllani for that. When the times comes to replace Mkhi, we could find other cheaper solutions. If Frattesi deal doesn't happen, I wouldn't be mad at our management.

Even though Azul had told me O Jogo are a reliable source for Porto it's obviously just Porto trying to attract buyers. If Marotta had 40m to spend he would have closed 3 deals.

I am! For a second I forgot about it and was fully being an Inter fan. Saudi Arabia have unlimited funds yet we are struggling to get a good amount of money from Brozovic’s sale. It’s frustrating how poor we are at selling players.

Exactly. We shouldn’t sell to them for less than 40 for someone of Brozovic’s profile. But here we are begging for 20mil euro + bonuses.
