Yeah, they seem pretty confident as well. Nice choice if it happens imo, dude is really talented. Obviously my first choice would have been zirkzee, but I doubt he was realistic at any point, unless we made a monstrous sale.

According to Tuttosport, Jube wants to beat Inter and Milan for Gudmunson.
This will be good, because I don't see him in their system, especially if Allegri stays. He won't be cheap as well.

Albert had rejected Rube and "only wants us". We've seen how that has turned out in the past. Let's see.

I'm not convinced with Gudmundsson let alone for 30m, but I 100% trust Marotta's team on this. There's no way they're spending that amount of money on some mid-table player unless he's crazy good, and I mean Barella and Frattesi good. I believe that we're in for another unexpected pleasant surprise.

This also almost certainly means no Sanchez next season.

If the media rumours for Raspadori and Gudmundsson are true (30m price range), we should skip both and go all in for Zirkzee.

He is proven more at the better team this season. Could bring much more than goals. 10m extra is nothing.

There is no guarantee Zirkzee would cost only 40m. Especially since I'm sure EPL teams will be wanting him as well.

AFAIK Zirkzee release clause of 40m is only for Bayern.

Be creative then. Ask Bayern to redeem and pay some millions on top. They wouldn't reject money for simple paperwork.

Ofc it takes longer as Bayern won't accept our kids but we could still sell to raise cash.

AFAIK Zirkzee release clause of 40m is only for Bayern.

Bayern holds all the cards for Zirkzee. We know Bologna wants 60M€. If Serie A clubs will come at him say Milan, Juve. But Bayern if they really want Theo to replace Davies or Maignan to replace Neuer they will pull Zirkzee out for 40M€ and insert 10M€ bigger value for him in dealing with Milan. Then negotiate say 40M€ cash + Zirkzee for Theo ( 90M€ total) or swap with Maignan.

This is why Milan proceeded with Jimenez purchase, he played great at LB, obv they will lose alot with Theo leaving and they don't want that. Theo-Leao are brilliant on that left side, know eachother moves by heart. Leao will struggle withoht Theo imo .

Long story with plenty of scenarios..depends how much they want Zirkzee, reports say he's their prime target.

But we ain't gonna buy striker for over 40m. Unless we sell Thuram, which isn't an unthinkable scenario unfortunately.

FCIN note how Juventus Sporting Director Cristiano Giuntoli met with the Icelander’s agent last month
But Inter are ready to try. And for his part, Gudmundsson would be keen on a move to the Nerazzurri.

The sticking point for Inter would naturally be the price tag for Gudmundsson. Genoa are not going to let the 26-year-old, who has scored ten goals and assisted a further three in Serie A this season, go for cheap.

FCIN confirm that the Grifone want at least €30 million to sell their star forward. Inter’s strategy would be to try and lower this valuation by including a player going the other way as part of a deal. And the Nerazzurri have already suggested the idea of young attacking midfielder Valentin Carboni.

Inter could offer the Argentine in a similar deal to that which saw midfielder Giovanni Fabbian join Bologna last summer, with a buyback option.
FCIN report that Genoa would indeed be interested in signing Carboni.

But the problem concerns Carboni’s valuation.
Inter would expect a valuation for the 18-year-old that is not far from the €30 million that Genoa want for Gudmundsson.

The Nerazzurri have already made clear that they would turn down bids in excess of €20 million for Carboni.

Therefore, the inclusion of the Argentine in a deal for Gudmundsson would likely mean that Genoa would not receive that high of a cash fee.

For the Ligurians, the priority is to cash in on the former AZ Alkmaar forward as much as possible.
Therefore, Genoa would not be terribly keen on such a deal.

As such, Inter have also put the possibility of other players on the table. These have included wingback Mattia Zanotti and striker Gaetano Oristanio.

But according to FCIN, there is one player under contract with Inter who Genoa would have a particular interest in.

That is teenage striker Francesco Pio Orsitanio.
The 18-year-old is currently on loan with Spezia in Serie B. This comes after having impressed with Inter’s youth team in recent seasons.
Seems like a clear target to me! Time to open his thread
