GOALKEEPERS INTRIGUE

There is the yes from Strama for Handanovic.
The Nerazzurri are between redeeming Viviano’s half and the Slovenian but an offer for Julio Cesar is needed.
Chivu towards a contract extension.

Milan – In the process of rejuvenating the team as well as cutting down the mountain of wages, Inter would be welcoming a change in goal. If a concrete offer for Julio Cesar comes, the Nerazzurri have had a replacement for a long time: Samir Handanovic.

Major factors in age and wage The 27 year-old Slovenian goalkeeper of Udinese gives full guarantees to all including Stramaccioni who would give his technical approval despite his appreciation in the Brazilian keeper. Handanovic would also offer many advantages. First the age (27 against 32 in Julio Cesar) and especially in terms of economics. While Julio Cesar has a contract until 2014 and makes 4.5 million net per season, “Handa” is only making 700 thousand euros at Udinese with a link until 2016. However, problems are not lacking. The first relates to the Brazilian as he has reaffirmed his attention to stay at Inter during the celebration with the Curva Nord a few weeks ago. Also on the horizon there are no important offers and no team can guarantee the keeper the same kind of wage. Julio Cesar had a season of ups and downs because of a few injuries and the latest being his elbow which prevented him from making the trip to Indonesia.

Pozzo’s desire The Pozzo family is not an easy customer to deal with. The owners of Udinese not only have done a good job in seeking out talents but also at selling their players in exchange for lots of gold. For Handanovic, the Bianconeri are asking 15 million euros. Too much for Inter although it could be negotiated down to 12. And here is why the idea of including technical counterparts comes in.

Viviano effect There are young players that Guidolin could be very interested in even if the key could be Viviano. For this goalkeeper, Inter will meet with Palermo to define the co-ownership. If he is redeemed by Inter, Viviano could be offered to Udinese for the arrival of Handanovic. If the Italian goalkeeper stays in Sicily, Inter will make a leap forward for the arrival of Matias Silvestre. But yesterday an offer has arrived for the defender who is also liked by Milan from Atletico Madrid. In a few days, Inter will close everything at 3.5 million with Chivo for Andreolli.

Other objectives After signing Guarin to a permanent contract as well as the signing of Palacio, great strides have been made for the renewal of Chivu (two-year deal). Now the transfer market of Inter is still tied to the possible outgoing transfers. There are familiar names in Giovinco, Ramirez and Gomez. Jovetic instead is a utopia while Inter will also speak with the same Udinese regarding Isla. Versatile, young, reasonable wage: the identikit of the Chilean is perfect. But Inter must also watch out for Juve.

***
Paulinho’s Agent: “Cannot Confirm Or Deny Contacts With Inter”

A name for the midfield. Proposed by his agent to Inter during his days in the city. Paulinho, Corinthians midfielder, is among the names on the transfer target list of Inter especially in the South American market. He is one that can add vision, tactical intelligence mixed with quality to our team. To understand more about his situation, here is the player’s agent Thiago Scuro:

“I cannot confirm or deny contacts with Inter. At the moment, the only thing I can say is that he is very focused on the club’s participation in the Copa Libertadores. An trophy of extraordinary important particularly for Paulinho and Corinthians. Very important in his career.”

***

Alvarez Refused Loan Move To Espanyol

The idea of going on loan to another team for Ricky Alvarez has been talked about a lot recent days. With the arrival of Palacio and the return of Coutinho, the Argentinian may have less space and playing time than last season. For this reason, Espanyol were also thinking to ask Inter like they did with Coutinho to have Alvarez on loan. Despite the denial coming from the team director Ramon Planes, this track is very concrete. However Alvarez’s response was negative as he does not want to move away from the city of Milan. The former trequartista of Velez will remain to play his chances at Inter as reported by Quotidiano Sportivo.

***

Agent: “Everything Blocked Regarding Giovinco”

Lavezzi is fading away, Lucas is almost impossible, so Inter have decided to look at the alternatives like Gaston Ramirez, Alejandro Gomez and especially Sebastian Giovinco. The Italian had a great season with Parma and thus earning himself a spot in the upcoming Euro 2012. What is going to happen with him as he is co-owned between Juventus and Parma with Inter at the window looking, to clarify this situation here is the agent Claudio Pasqualin:

Pasqualin, is Inter-Giovinco doable?
“I am not able to answer this question for a simple reason: no one from Inter has contacted me to ask for the player.”

Giovinco is co-owned. Have you spoken to either Juventus or Parma?
“No, I have not heard from either party. For now everything is blocked.”

***

Agent: “Lazaro Appreciates Inter Interest”

Valentino Lazaro, Austrian trequartista born 1996, is about to land at Inter. Inter scouts have been following him closely during this season and management is working hard to bring him to Milan. Negotiations however are not yet complete and it might take another few weeks but parties are close as stated by the player’s agent Maximilian Hagmayr:

“I prefer not to expose too much because the deal is not yet over like what is being said or written in Italy. The interest from Inter is everything Valentino wanted and we are happy and want to express our appreciation for the Nerazzurri. We see what the developments will be in the next couple of weeks and then I can be clearer. Lazio is a very good player and will be much talked about in the coming years….”

So everything is still developing and negotiations seem to be in the advanced stage. According to sources, Red Bull Salzburg are asking 1.5 to 2 million euros for the 16 year-old.

***

Real Madrid To Sell Lassana Diarra and Nuri Sahin

People firmly believe the farewell of Nuri Sahin and Lassana Diarra in Madrid, two ideas for the Inter midfield. According to El Informador, Real have decided to sell both players: Lassana Diarra is eager to find a new adventure while Nuri Sahin is now recognized as incompatible with Xabi Alonso. In the coming weeks, these two names should be in many transfer market discussions for Marco Branca and Piero Ausilio.

***

Chievo Director: “Nothing On Andreolli”

The arrival of Marco Andreolli to Inter could be a matter of days. The agreement with Chievo appears to have been reached on the basis of three million plus a young player in Bernazzani’s Primavera (presumably Daniel Bessa in a co-ownership deal). Reached by the microphones of Calciomercato.com, Chievo director Giovanni Sartori does not want to say too much on the outcome of this operation:

“There is still nothing. However, if there is a possibility then we would be happy to cash in on the player who wants to go to a big club. Francesco Acerbi and Michael Bradley, two other Inter targets? I prefer not to speak because these are two situations that evolving. We will see in the next few days.”

***

Agent: “Maicon Could Leave Inter After Six Years”

Worlds of farewell are coming from Maicon’s agent Roberto Calenda who once again is pushing his client away from Milan: “After six years it may be time for a change of scenery.” Not only just about Maicon, Calenda also speaks of Juan Jesus and other Brazilian targets that Inter have in mind:

“Juan? He must stay at Inter. Lucas and Oscar? I don’t know, I think that Inter have already made its big purchase in Palacio. It is not going to be easy negotiating with Sao Paulo, one of the hardest clubs to do that in Brazil.”

Let’s go back to Maicon. It is clear that the Brazilian is among the candidates that could leave Inter this summer whose sale can give Inter a good amount of cash to reinvest in the transfer market. Let’s recall that Rosi, Maicon’s Brazilian agent spoke of PSG a few days ago so we must wait to understand more the intention that the French club has.

***

Inter-Verratti Were Close But Then…

Sky has updated us on the transfer market movements of Inter. In terms of Giovinco, there still has not been any contact with the player’s agents. No official offers on the table for Wesley Sneijder and then possible arrival of Giovinco would not preclude the sale of the Dutch playmaker.

Important news on the front of Verratti and that is today Inter and Genoa management have practically closed the deal for Verratti but at the last minute Juve have blocked everything due to the agreements with Genoa on other players like Boakye. The agreement between Juve and Genoa is that the Bianconeri are going to get half of Boakye for 4 million euros. But when Juve learned about Inter and Verratti, the Turin club told Genoa that they would not take half of Boakye if the Italian midfielder goes to Inter.

***

Meeting Inter-Udinese For Handanovic And Isla

The two primary themes for Inter this off season are to get younger and cut down on the mountain of wages, two things that Mauricio Isla and Samir Handanovic have advantages over Julio Cesar and Maicon for example. According to Sky transfer expert Gianluca Di Marzio, the Nerazzurri have taken further steps in order to achieve their goals by meeting with Udinese just today. More updates are coming soon so stay tuned.

***

High Demand For Maicon

Just a few moments ago came confirmation from Maicon’s agent that the Brazilian could indeed leave Inter after six wonderful seasons. Now new rumors are coming out as to what teams are interested in the full-back. According to Sky, in addition to Paris Saint-Germain and Manchester City, there is also Chelsea. The English club is ready to strike especially with the departure of Bosingwa. Another temptation for Maicon who is more and more away from Inter. Let’s not totally underestimate Jose Mourinho’s Real Madrid.

***

Agreement Juve-Udinese For Mauricio Isla

Mauricio Isla is just one step away from Juventus. This was the announcement from Tuttosport and confirmed by Sky. For 15 million euros, the Bianconeri have virtually gotten the Chilean and even Kwadwo Asamoah, the Udinese midfielder in a co-ownership deal (half of each will go to Juve). The agreement with Pozzi, Udinese president, arrived today and now just like Lavezzi, Isla is fading away from Inter. There are only details to be defined but it seems like Isla is going to the club in Turin.

BLITZ FOR LUCAS NEXT WEEK
MEETING FOR HANDANOVIC

Marco Branca to go to Brazil for Lucas Moura, the dream of Inter.
Meanwhile Inter met with Udinese for the goalkeeper.
Maicon’s agent sends signals of farewell and Inter keep an eye on Debuchy.
The Nerazzurri like the former Roma player Gago. Response from Chivu today.

Milan – Inter have decided to focus in on Samir Handanovic, Udinese goalkeeper. Yesterday there was a meeting between the two clubs and the demand of the Bianconeri is around 14 million euros. Inter responded saying that they would be ready to include Emiliano Viviano as a counterpart. And then Moratti’s club will have to find a solution for Julio Cesar who evidently is not in the plans of Inter. In terms of the attack, Marco Branca continues working for Lucas of Sao Paulo and is ready a mission in Brazil perhaps already next week. Moratti wants the Brazilian and is trying to involve Pirelli in this operation. The Inter president also wants to give Stramaccioni a gift for next season. Thinking about Lucas is also Real Madrid which will not be easy to overcome but Inter really want to try again and willing to up the offer by 7 million from the previous 18. Note that 25 million will not even be enough because Sao Paulo want at least 30. But the important thing here is that Inter are planning its attack for Lucas…

Gago Chapter midfield. The latest name that Inter have asked for information from is Fernando Gago, one that Inter already followed during his days at Real Madrid and made 30 appearances with Roma of Luis Enrique. Gago is another name on the midfielder list of Stramaccioni. He played last season with the Giallorossi under the formula of loan with right to purchase. Well, Roma decided not to exercise that option and the loan expired on May 31 thus Gago has returned to Real. Or rather, on the market. The midfielder has a contract that links him to Real Madrid until 2013: Inter could steer towards his director as Strama is seeking an alternative to Strankovic (who is going to stay).

Verratti, Debuchy Now let’s talk about the blitz for Verratti. Three weeks ago Inter met with Pescara directors and offered 10 million plus one of Benedetti and Caldirola with the condition that the young midfielder will stay in Abruzzo for another year. Yesterday we had another blitz for the Italian talent but the alliance with Genoa was stopped by Juventus, a team is counting on the will of the player who wants to play for the Bianconeri. Juve have also closed for Isla and taken important steps towards Destro. So Inter are thinking of an alternative in Debuchy of Lille for the first player. For the second, rumors are suggesting Lucas Viatri, 25 year-old player of Boca who just returned from an injury.

Lucio and Chivu Meanwhile Lucio has decided to pass the ball to management: “My stay at Inter does not depend only on my but on the will of Inter since I have a contract until 2014. Many things can happen in this period. The one certain thing is that every time I wore the Nerazzurri shirt I did it with full commitment. My future is in the hands of God and remember that Inter will always in my heart.” On the Brazilian defender there is Fenerbahce who continue pressing. What about Chivu? There should be a definitive answer today: Galatasaray are offering him a three-year deal 4 million per while Inter are offering 2+1 (two-year deal, option for the third) at 2 million per. Finally, Roberto Calenda, Maicon’s agent, has sent some signals of a farewell: “After six years, perhaps it is time to change scenery.”

Lille President: “If Offer Comes For Debuchy…”

“I have not spoken with Inter about Debuchy,” said Michel Seydoux, president of Lille to Tutto Mercato Web. Mathieu Debuchy is the latest rumored name that Inter could really focus in on as the replacement for Maicon and alternative to Mauricio Isla who is now going to Juventus.

There were other clubs however?
“Yes, Newcastle. But I wanted to keep Debuchy, he is an important player. With Inter however, we have not spoken about this.”

How should Inter spend for Debuchy?
“For me, the player has no price tag. Again I have no had any contact with Inter management but if an offer arrives, we will have to evaluate it. That’s obvious.”

How close was Eden Hazard to Inter before going to Chelsea?
“Not very close. There was never anything concrete or serious with them.”

PSG Continue Monitoring Ranocchia

Paris Saint-Germain are looking at a new central defender for next season and they have zoomed in on the Italian league. Their first choice is Thiago Silva whom Galliani has no intention of selling. The alternative, according to sport365.fr, is not very far away from the Milan headquarters as PSG have identified Andrea Ranocchia as a second option. However, just like with Juventus, PSG have collided with the iron fist from the Nerazzurri who want to keep Andrea Ranocchia at all costs.

***

Meeting Siena-Genoa For Mattia Destro And Then…

Between today or tomorrow, the future of Mattia Destro should be a bit clearer. There should be a meeting between the leaders of Siena and Genoa, the two clubs that currently own the Italian striker. According to report from Tutto Mercato Web, the result of this meeting should be that the entire card of Destro will go to the Rossoblu. And then Genoa can start dealing with Inter for the young striker. But also be aware for Juventus and Roma as well.

***
Ramirez: “Ready For Big Club. Inter? I Like”

“Inter? They are a great team,” said Gaston Ramirez to Tutto Mercato Web. The Uruguayan playmaker has been linked to Inter in recent days and he is not backing down of this possible destination:

“I feel that I am ready for a big club and I hope one will come. But it will depend on many things. I am currently a Bologna player and it will depend on the offers that the club will receive. My club will decide everything. However it is clear that I like playing for Inter and it would be a dream. It is a club that always has to win. I also hope Forlan stays because if I go to Inter, I would like to see and play with him. He is a great player, was a bit unlucky this past season but he will show his quality again for sure.”

Ramirez in a different interview continues discussing his future:

“The rumors that I am getting close to clubs like Inter, Juve and Barcelona give me great joy. They are a reward for what I have been doing. I want to get better day after day and to arrive at a top club and play for important goals. Preferences? No, no, I think that for the sake of myself and the club, the best proposal will be evaluated by both. We will see who shows up and what we can do. I am in contact with my agent. He knows what I want and the clubs that want me. I am calm.”

***

Branca To Brazil With 25-Million Offer For Lucas

Inter are not letting go of Lucas. Despite recent interviews by the Sao Paulo president, vice president as well as the player’s agent demonstrating their intention of keeping Lucas in Brazil until World Cup 2014, Inter are planning a trip to Brazil with an improved offer. According to Esportes R7, it is expected that Marco Branca will formalize a new offer for the gem of Sao Paulo. That proposal should be 25 million euros.

***
Agent: “Chivu-Galatasaray, Nothing”

To describe Cristian Chivu’s situation as “uncertain” would be an understatement. As reported by Turkish media, Victor Becali, agent, said that everything needed to bring the player to the Turkish champions is now blocked:

“For the moment there is nothing, we know that Turkish football is experiencing a team of great uncertainty. We do not know if Galatasaray would be playing in the Champions League next year and we are waiting for more information. We will meet with Inter and make a decision. We could know something more later this month.”

***

Maicon To Be Included For Kolarov-De Jong

Inter are ready to attack Manchester City for Nigel De Jong and Aleksandar Kolarov. The Nerazzurri, as rumor suggested, would be ready to let Maicon go as a counterpart to have at least one of the two players. It is not only De Jong, who has been trying to get a renewal of contract which is going to expire in 2013, but also Kolarov, behind Clichy in Mancini’s system, seems now with the bags at the door.

***

Inter Rejected Lazio Offer For Pazzini

Demand for Inter striker Giampaolo Pazzini is high and now it seems that Lazio are in the mix. The team’s new coach Petkovic has knocked on the doors of the club in Corso Vittorio Emanuele to make a proposal for the striker from Tuscany, but Inter have rejected the offer because it is considered too low.

***

Strama Wants Silvestre, Inter To Meet Palermo

It was expected that Palermo would meet with Inter today and there indeed was a meeting between the two clubs. On the table are two names: Emiliano Viviano and Matias Silvestre. For the goalkeeper, we should not rule out the renewal of the co-ownership according to Sky with Viviano’s half stays in Palermo. Inter however, will have until June 15 to decide if they want to redeem that half for 5-6 million euros.

It is getting hotter for Matias Silvestre. Inter and Palermo have been talking for a while because Andrea Stramaccioni seems to be the Argentinian’s biggest admirer and wants to play him alongside Walter Samuel next season. Two clubs are still seeking agreement but the one certain thing is that Inter are serious and in the coming hours, we will have further developments.

***

Lorenzo Crisetig To Parma Next Season?

Lorenzo Crisetig is one of a few Primavera players that has had chances to train and even play with the first team. However, it seems that Inter are thinking of letting him go to gain some experience for the future. According to Sky, Lorenzo Crisetig could end up at Parma next season.

“The relationship between Inter and Parma is truly good. The next player that going to Parma is Crisetig who is already co-owned and could end up in Emilia next year.”

SILVESTRE HEATS UP MILAN
TWO MEETINGS, ONE DERBY

Palermo first saw Inter who put Viviano on the table and now it is up to Milan who play the card of Darmian.
Blitz again for Lucas.

Milan – The Milan derby is getting hotter for Matias Silvestre. Yesterday the leadership of Palermo met with Inter and Milan for the 27 year-old defender. All parties remain far apart but the race has started. Both Milanese clubs can play their weapon of co-ownership with the Sicilians: Viviano for the Nerazzurri and Darmian for the Rossoneri.

Distant apart Inter have offered 2-3 million plus one or two counterparts including Faraoni. Palermo are asking 10 million and not 10 million they would like players like Romano and Longo. The Rosanero have been interested in the striker for months but after the hat-trick in the Primavera derby, he has become unsellable and is co-owned between Inter and Genoa. Then there is Viviano. The feeling is that Stramaccioni has given his technical yes to Handanovic (but must sell Julio Cesar first and on the Slovenian, there is also Tottenham) and so the goalkeeper could stay in Sicily and could be included in the deal for Silvestre. For Milan, the Rossoneri have put on the plate the second half of the defender Darmian.

Attack Let’s return to Inter (who will renew with Brescia the co-ownership of the talented Tassi), and the attacking department. After the signing of Palacio, Inter have decided not to pick up the option for Zarate and sold Pandev to Napoli, the Nerazzurri directors must now understand what to do with Forlan, Castaignos and Pazzini as well as keeping an eye different situations such as Lucas. This track remains open although difficult but not underestimate other players such as Giovinco, Muller, Gomez and Ramirez.

Maic and Debuchy Maicon’s contract expires in 2013 and the possibility of renewing with Inter diminishes with each passing day and the teams that are interested in the player are on the raise. Other than Real Madrid and PSG, watch out for the new club in Cruzeiro. Although the Brazilians, other than the transfer fee, must find the money to guarantee him a salary of 4 million net per season. Inter still have Jonathan and have their eyes on Mathieu Debuchy, 26 year-old Frenchman of Lille, which are asking 7 million for him.

Chivu Inter cannot wait for ever for Chivu to respond to the three-year contract (two plus one). By the beginning of next week everything should be decided. Feeling right now? Chivu will stay because Strama sees him as a central defender and not a left-back.

***

City To Let Kolarov Go For 12 Million?

Changes are coming for the Inter defense. With the very possible departure of Maicon, we could see movements in the fullback department. On the right, Nagatomo, Zanetti and Jonathan can play there and with only Chivu, who is leaning towards saying yes to Inter, for the left although Strama sees him as a central defender.

The replacement for Maicon could be a left-back however. It is not a mystery that Inter like Kolarov ever since his Lazio days and it seems that Manchester City are willing to let him go with a fixed price of 12 million euros. The English champions have no intention to let him go on loan and want only a permanent transfer. Inter continue observing the situation waiting to strike if necessary.

***

Pazzini Could Leave But Nothing Concrete Yet

He is one of the candidates that could leave Inter this summer. After a disappointing season where he spent his time on the bench more often than touching the ball, Inter could really be thinking of off-loading Giampaolo Pazzini to make some money in order to reinvest for more signings. However, according to Sky, nothing is concrete at the moment. “For Pazzini, it is possible that he could leave Inter. For now, however, there is no concrete offer that could lead the striker away from the city of Milan.”

***
Cristian Chivu Likely To Stay At Inter

Cristian Chivu is close to renew contract with Inter. The defender has an expiring contract in June and would go away on a free transfer. And as of this moment, the Romanian defender is likely to stay at Inter who have made an offered of a two-year contract (option for third) at 2.5 million net per season. This could finally be the offer that Chivu would accept after months of negotiations between both sides.

***

Inter Could Say Farewell To Three Brazilian Champions This Summer?

According to the Corriere dello Sport, Inter could say goodbye to three Brazilian champions who in recent years have given us so much satisfaction and many successes. The first one is Maicon. The Brazilian full-back could leave Inter after six seasons and the demand for the defender is quite high despite his age. Other than PSG, Chelsea and Manchester City, Maicon could finally be heading to Madrid of Jose Mourinho. In his place, Inter are looking at players like Kolarov of City and Debuchy of Lille. Second is Lucio. For the 34 year-old defender, there are teams like Fenerbahce and some Brazilian clubs from whom, Lucio is considering the available offers.

Finally we have Julio Cesar. This situation is more complicated and unlike his countrymen, his departure is more difficult but chances are Julio Cesar could stay at Inter for next season.

***

Pazzini-Stramaccioni Meeting To Clarify Future

Lazio are trying with great insistence to get Giampaolo Pazzini while Inter are uncertain regarding whether or not to keep the Italian striker. But again, Lazio are serious as the club of Claudio Lotito has identified Pazzini as the first reinforcement for next season for the new coach Vladimir Petkovic. The request from Lazio for the moment has been sent back to sender because it is considered to be too low.

With each passing day however, Inter could decide to put Pazzini on the market (especially if Destro comes) and Massimo Moratti could be satisfied with a lower offer than previously requested. For the part of the player, he is also looking for a little bit of clarity about his own future. And an answer may come straight from Andrea Stramaccioni with whom the striker will have a clarification soon. Pazzini’s contract will expire only in June of 2015 and voices suggest that Inter, in case of a transfer, are looking to get at least 10-12 million euros for the player. A similar amount that they spent in January of 2011 to get Pazzini from Sampdoria.

***

Agent: “Yes, Chivu Has Renewed.” Here’s The Details

Cristian Chivu has renewed his contract at Inter. The announcement arrives straight from his agent Victor Becali to the Turkish press:

“Just today, while we thought of leaving Milan, the transfer market men of Inter called us to tell me that they have agreed to sign a new contract worth three million a season for three years. This agreement is final and confirmed.”

In fact, despite this statement from the agent, the figures are a bit lower than what he announced. Chivu will earn 2.5 million plus bonus in a two-year contract. There will not be an option for third and this was requested by the player’s agent. The signature, according to a report from Sky, will arrive on Monday.

***

Palermo Director: “Inter Have The Most Interest In Silvestre”

During the presentation of Palermo new coach in Beppe Sannino, Palermo general director Giorgio Perinetti also discusses the situation of Matias Silvestre:

“For Silvestre, interest coming from Inter is a bit sharper but other clubs have shown interest in him as well. I think the player is destined to leave the team. We also talked with Milan but the player is also liked abroad. We spent a high figure (7.3 million to get him from Catania) and obviously we would like to add something more to that. This is an important negotiation.”

***

Genoa President: “Longo To Genoa Next Season”

Genoa president, Enrico Preziosi, in an interview with Sky talks about the many transfer rumors that are surrounding this club from Destro, Longo to Verratti.

“Longo will come to Genoa, this is already in the agreement. We have gotten him to play here next season and then we will give him back to Milan like Inter have asked us to. His co-ownership status will be renewed then.”

Prezioni then goes on to talk about Mattia Destro:

“Let’s be clear: Mattia Destro is not co-owned with Siena. Siena had him on loan with right to purchase. It is clear that there are many requests for him but Siena had a chance to pick up that option to sign him at a low price. I will ask them not to pick up this option by offering a figure in order to take him back. We’ll see how everything evolves and if this figure is not accepted, we will find other solutions. Many clubs want him from abroad and especially Inter, Juventus and Roma. But my relationships are clear: I have always had a preference for Inter, we have done a lot of business with them and the Nerazurri have a precedence. Then there is the will of the boy that needs to be taken into consideration. Where would Mattia go? I do not know, I haven’t heard from him in a year and a half. I will now leave him on his vacation. Roma and Inter are pressing, Juve much less.”

On Verratti and the intrigue that happened few days ago:

“We had an idea to give Inter a half and then leave him in Pescara. Juventus are still interested in the player and we, not having a specific interest in making an Immobile-style of investment and not being excited to spend 5 million without him wearing the Rossoblu shirt, are now fading away.”

***

Negotiations Collapse Between Inter-Chievo For Andreolli?

Negotiations to bring Marco Andreolli to Inter could be seriously at risk. As reported by the Gazzetta dello Sport, Inter management has decided to stop negotiations, perhaps permanently. In the last hours, Chievo have re-designed its transfer market plans with the possible signing of another defender in Papp. Inter and Chievo could talk again on Monday but Inter could back out of this deal definitively.

***

Genoa Have Sporting Rights Of Samuele Longo

New details linked to the future of Samuele Longo reported by Sky. The player is co-owned between Inter and Genoa but his sporting rights are in the possession of Genoa. This means that the Rossoblu will get to decide where he will play next season and that’s why Preziosi was clear and to the point early today saying Samuele Longo will play for Genoa next season.

***
Lucas: “I’m Learning English Because…”

We continue discussing the future of Lucas Moura, the gem of Brazilian football and Sao Paulo. The talented Brazilian has been on the transfer target list of Inter for a long time and in an interview with UOL, he has revealed something important: “I am studying English because it can be important but not only for my future. My thoughts at the moment are to stay at Sao Paulo and win with this club.”

FUTURE OF GIOVINCO
UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN INTER AND PARMA

Challenge to Juve: offer Juan Jesus, Faraoni and cash.
Chivu extended contract until 2014 with salary cut in half.

Milan – Inter and Parma have been talking and in those conversations, the name of Sebastian Giovinco continues to be the main topic. Yes, the Nerazzurri are working quietly to get the Italian as well as enjoying the tug of war between Parma and Juventus, two clubs have ownership of he Atomic Ant.

The stalemate The Bianconeri have yet to address this issue with Parma and both clubs still have until June 22 to find an amicable solution. Otherwise there is the envelope solution (blind auction, both teams will write a figure, whoever offers more will get the player). And in this perspective, Parma managing director Pietro Leonardi is preparing his strategy. Everything is leading to next week when Juve and Parma will finally see each other to decide what to do. Meanwile Inter are putting themselves in a position to get the player.

Offer In the dialogues between Marco Branca and Piero Ausilio, a convergence emerges on several ideas and aspects. Parma currently value Giovinco at at least 25 million euros. But it is clear that that multiple parts (players) are ready to be included into this deal in order to lower the asking price. Parma, after having Jonathan on loan for a few months, are thinking of another Brazilian: Juan Jesus, who landed in January. Parma also would welcome with open arms a new and improved Philippe Coutinho. The Brazilian playmaker is currently unsellable but what if Inter continue to miss out on their transfer targets this season. President Ghirardi is confidently waiting for a big operation not to mention that Faraoni could also be included in this deal. Mariga however, after the recent injury, is destined to return to Inter . There are many available options on the table with Giovinco always in the center of everything.

Chivu Finally Cristian Chivu has chosen to accept the proposal of Inter. The Romanian defender will be in Milan next week to sign a two-year deal with option for the third. The clause in this new contract is that the option for the third season (2015) will be automatically picked up if Cristian Chivu totals at least 15 appearances in the 2013-2014 season. So in the end, Chivu has decided to close his career at Inter a club that he arrived in 2007.

Andreolli returns The major factor in this renewal is the feeling with Stramaccioni who intends to use the defender in the role that he most prefers, as a center back. This, however, does not change the plans of Inter for Marco Andreolli, now at Chievo and only has one year left in the contract. More meetings are required but we assume that he will return to Inter.

Chivu’s Extension Could Stop Negotiations For Acerbi

It is a possibility that Inter will now move away from Francesco Acerbi. According to Gianluca Di Marzio of Sky, Acerbi has been a transfer target of Inter for some time and the Nerazzurri are in discussing with Chievo. But now, Inter could stop negotiations. Why? Because of the new contract of Chivu which will tie the player to Inter until 2014. With the Romanian’s stay for the foreseeable future and in addition to the fact that Stramaccioni sees him as a central defender, it is now difficult for Francesco Acerbi, and even Matias Silvestre, to arrive at Inter.

Chievo Director On Acerbi, Andreolli: “Must Deepen Discussion With Inter”

Talking to SportItalia, Giovanni Sartori, Chievo director talks about the future of his two defenders in Marco Andreolli and Francesco Acerbi: “With Inter, we must deepen the discussion and surely we will update it. Acerbi? Next week will decide his future.”

“Pazzini Will Leave Inter At 70%”

In an interview with SportItalia, transfer market expert Alfredo Pedullà discusses transfer market movements related to Inter.

“I cannot speak of Handanovic, who is liked at Inter, because there are many situations related to other goalkeepers that must be solved like Julio Cesar, Bardi and Viviano. Pazzini? Based on the preferences of Stramaccioni, he will leave Inter at 70%.”

Record: Interested In Stjin Schaars

According to a report from the Portuguese newspaper Record, Inter are interested in Stjin Schaars, the player of Sporting Lisbon. Not just Inter however but there are teams like Napoli, Lazio and Fulham are looking at the performance of the Dutch midfielder, his transfer market price is about 6 million euros.

Agent: “Yes Inter Are Interested In Aly Cissokho”

From the studios of SportItalia Fabrizio Ferrari, agent of Aly Cissokho, revealed a piece of news that related to Inter and his client. “The teams that are looking for a left-back have interest in him. Inter? Yes, they are also interested…”

Mattia Destro Closer To Inter, Next Week Decisive

Mattia Destro is closer and closer to Inter. Next week there will be a decisive meeting between Genoa and Siena which will result Destro going to the Rossoblu in exchange for cash (something like 7 million to Siena). One the agreement reached with the Bianconeri, Enrico Preziosi will keep his words and negotiate with Massimo Moratti despite interests coming from Roma and Juventus.

Inter could offer their half of Juraj Kucka, half of Primavera captain Andrea Romano and cash. Let’s not forget that Samuele Longo will also play for Genoa next season (loan, co-ownership between Inter and Genoa will renew). Moratti is also ready to offer Mattia a five-year contract, 1.2 million plus bonuses. He will return to the city of Milan a more mature player, with an excellent season in Serie A (12 goals in 30 games).

Inter are ready to welcome Mattia Destro home.

TURNING POINT ON THE RIGHT

Debuchy for Strama. The key is Maicon.
The French costs 10 million, the Brazilian is sought after by PSG, Chelsea and Real Madrid. Inter “spy” Lucas.

Milan – There are chances that Inter will face a double operation on the right wing. Because it is true that it is very probable that Maicon will leave Inter and it is equally true that – while they will reintegrating Jonathan after half a year at Parma – the Nerazzurri is pointing towards Mathieu Debuchy, right winger of Lille met in Champions League last season.

Abroad Debuchy has many admirers in England especially Newscastle: not by chance that he has indicated the Premier League as a perfect league to show his quality. “Yes I would love to go play elsewhere. I like different leagues but the style that I prefer is that of England. However I don’t know and I have entrusted everything to my agent. We have not discussed with my club. But if I stay at Lille, that would be fine too,” said Debuchy. The feeling is that he will not stay at Lille because Inter also follow him greatly. His value? Inter are convinced that they could close at 8-9 million.

Maicon Capital The double operation (outgoing-incoming) that Inter have in mind assumes that Inter will leave the club after six years. “After all this time, it might be the time for a change of scenery,” said Roberto Calenda, agent. And the change of scenery scenario is all about abroad in three Capitals in Europe: Paris Saint Germain, Chelsea and Real Madrid. For the same figure (8-9 million), one of these three teams could get their hands on the player. Paris is counting on the many friendships that Maicon has established in recent years (Leonardo, Motta…). Bosingwa is leaving while Ivanovic’s future is uncertain for Chelsea. Real Madrid? Of course there is the Mourinho factor.

LUCAS FURTHER AWAY
BUT GIOVINCO CLOSER

Real to offer 30 million for the Brazilian. Agreement with Parma for Seba but, just like for Destro, it will be a duel with Juventus.

Milan – Lucas is inching away from Inter while Giovinco, instead, is moving closer. Inter are keeping track on two different forwards but yesterday was a day that provided us important clues for the future of Inter.

Mou raises stakes Coming from Brazil are the many rumors suggesting that Real Madrid will make a 30 million offer for Lucas, 19 year-old winger of Sao Paulo and the Selecao and one that Inter have been following for a long time. A few days ago, the boy said that it would be his dream to play for Real and the road to Inter seems to get more and more complicated day after day despite the observation of Stramaccioni on Saturday in the 4-3 friendly lost to Argentina. With Lavezzi going to PSG, Lucas is among the names on the transfer list of Inter but it is clear that at certain figures, Inter will have to step aside despite the words of sporting director Piero Ausilio to Sky: “Lucas? We’re just at the beginning of June there is plenty of time to strengthen the team and Moratti has given us assurances in this regard.”

Twelve for Seba’s half 30 million cash whoever would be too much for Inter and because of this the candidacy of Giovinco has begun to take shape. “We’re following him and we have made inquiries with Parma,” said Piero Ausilio. With the Emilians, discussion is much more advanced. The Gialloblu would be happen to accept counterparts and the names are not lacking: Crisetige, Mariga, Jonathan, and Juan Jesus, all liked by Donadoni. The parties have already found an agreement on the basis of 12 million euros for half of his card. The rest is the half of Juventus who would not bleed for the Atomic Ant but they do not want to give him to Inter. Juve and Parma will have to sit at a table to discuss this matter in order to avoid the risk of envelopes on June 22. “We will know more shortly,” explained yesterday by the president Tommaso Ghirardi. If all Giovinco’s card goes to the Gialloblu then Inter would be ready to close with the Emilians.

Defense There is a derby going on with Milan for Acerbi and Silvestre. In the coming days Inter will meet with Chievo (without forgetting that Andreolli is also very close despite the black smoke of last week) and Palermo with whom Inter are sharing the card of goalkeeper Viviano.

BESSA, CRISETIG AND ROMANO: AUCTION FOR THE GOLDEN BABIES

Longo is already booked by Genoa. Now it is up to the club to decide how to valorize them.
  • Joseph Alfred Duncan: will be with the first team at training camp in Pinzolo.
  • Lorenzo Crisetig: co-owned with Parma, will go to play in Serie B.
  • Andrea Romano: liked by many different teams, Verona among the favorites.
  • Daniel Bessa: liked by many but Strama could see him again and he is injured (knee ligaments).
  • Samuele Longo: co-owned with Genoa and can be included in the deal for Destro.
  • Ibrahima M’Baye: the future on the right is his, even him can also be part of the first team.
The idea is intriguing but just a fantasy: Inter Primavera could play their home matches in Gubbio, where coach Bernazzani won the Allievi Scudetto four years ago and just the other night, the Scudetto with Primavera. Just to laugh after a long night of partying. Sporting director Piero Ausilio cannot be any happier because the victory over Lazio is a big satisfaction with all the work done. “I mentioned before in passing that we have been there or thereabouts for over 10 years now in contention for titles and quite often we win them. I remember all the finals after having played in 6 out of 10 finals and that goes to show that there is a lot of hard work.”

Transfer targets But that’s not all, the work is to also launch these players in to the first team. Ausilio (discovered Balotelli) knows that very well and now the team of Bernazzanii will have a big target in terms of transfer market. Longo is a pawn that could be used between Genoa and Inter to bring home Destro. Crisetig, for example, Parma want him to be included in the deal for Giovinco but Inter will wend him to Serie B on loan. As for captain Romano, who is on the list of Chievo and Verona, could be use to get Andreolli. Another Inter midfielder, Duncan (one of the best in Scudetto final), is liked by many including Bologna who could choose him as a piece for the transfer of Ramirez. Stramaccioni will bring him to Pinzolo with the first team. Full-back M’Baye, born ’94, is unsellable and untouchable at such a young age. Will also be in Pinzolo but chances are he will continue to lead Inter Primavera in 2012-2013 season.

Sweet and sour The Scudetto has a bitter aftertaste. In addition to the injury of goalkeeper Di Gennaro, Daniel Bessa has suffered a knee injury (probable involvement of the ligaments). He is liked by many clubs but Inter are planning to have him with the first team and then decide where he could go, probably in B.

Agent: “Lucio Wants To Leave And Green Light From Moratti”

Sandro Becker is back talking to the press and at the same time reiterates the intention of his client, Brazilian defender Lucio. In an interview with Fotomac, the agent has confirmed that the player’s intention is to leave Inter. “Lucio has experienced wonderful years at Inter but now he wants to change. Moratti has spoken with him and agreed to let him go.”

Parma President Confirms: “Inter Want Giovinco”

Sebastian Giovinco is truly a transfer target of Inter. After the recent confirmation from Inter sporting director Piero Ausilio, a more definitive confirmation is now coming from Parma president Tommaso Ghirardi. In an interview with Sky, the Parma boss talks about the future surrounding the 25 year-old midfielder:

“Soon we will meet Juventus and we will evaluate the future of Sebastian. Inter are truly interested in the player and I am not going to hide that fact but Giovinco is an important player who had something like 15 goals and 15 assists. For us and also for him, it is such pride to see him with the Italian national team.”

Giovinco’s Agent: “Inter, Great Club”

By now we all know that Inter are going after Sebastian Giovinco and that has been confirmed by the leaders of both club, sporting director Piero Ausilio of Inter and of course Parma president Tommaso Ghirardi. It’s not a mystery anymore. But to understand further of the situation, CalcioNews24 contacted the player’s agent Andrea D’Amico who has issued this following statement:

“As for the game yesterday (Italy-Spain in Euro 2012), I am very happy and pleased with how he played, he is one of the protagonists of this Italian team. Sebastian hopes to be of assistance to Italy and is concentrated on this tournament. He will be available to Cesare Prandelli because he is a great professional and will be ready when called upon. The transfer market? We couldn’t talk about this too much but day by day, I continue to read of advanced negotiations for Giovinco but yes, the player is very appreciated in Italy and abroad. Let’s wait a few weeks and then we can make all decisions about his future. Inter? It is a great club just like others who are looking to secure the player who I think can really make a big difference.”

Chivu: “Yes Staying For Two More Years”

Cristian Chivu has confirmed to the Turkish press of the renewal with Inter, a news announcement straight out of the mouth of the individual concerned. “Yes, it is true. I have renewed with Inter and will be their player for another two seasons.” According to the Turkish media, Chivu, despite taking a pay cut, is happy to stay in Italy and Inter.

From England: Wenger To Give Up On M’Vila For De Jong

According to the Sunday Mirror and other sources, Arsenal coach Arsene Wenger has given up on the French midfielder of Rennes Yann M’Vila. He is now focusing on an Italian/Argentinian midfielder of Anderlecht Lucas Biglia and Nigel De Jong, one of Inter’s targets for the midfield next season. According to the paper, Arsene Wenger is ready to make an offer for the Manchester City player.

Inter Salute Diarra. Agent: “Going To Fulham”

He was for a few days an idea for Inter midfield but an idea is exactly that because the Nerazzurri were never serious on the player now it seems that the Real Madrid midfielder is just a step away from reaching agreement with Fulham. The announcement is made directly by the player’s agent Frederic Guerra who spoke with Kiss Kiss Napoli:

“Yes, Lassana Diarra is on the transfer market and he is signing a new contract with Fulham. His future is putting in place right now with just few final details.”

Agent: “Giovinco? News Soon”

The interest that Inter have on Sebastian Giovinco is growing after a good debut yesterday in the Euro 2012. That and with the fact that the track leading to Lucas seems to have closed at the moment. In an short interview with FC Inter News, the player’s agent Andrea D’Amico has a few words to say: “I have read so many things, many negotiations but now it is too soon to talk about it.”

The offer that we are speaking of, 12 million plus counterparts, could be the right one?
“Everything can be meaningful if clubs are engaged in negotiations, but for now, there is nothing and it is difficult to talk about it.”

But would the boy appreciate Inter as a possible destination?
“If we’re talking about all the transfer market rumors, we should also specify that yes, he would appreciate teams like Barcelona, Inter, Juventus… We will know more in a week or so.”

Bologna Want Benedetti And Juan

Bologna continue pressing for two Inter players. As reported by Gazzetta dello Sport in fact, the Rossoblu are interested in Juan Jesus and Benedetti, two of the defenders that Bologna are very interested in. Could Inter do this deal and include these two players for their long time target in Gaston Ramirez? Time will tell.

Agent: “Inter Are Interested In Alexis Rolin”

Confirmation has arrived regarding the interest that Inter have for Alexis Rolin, Nacional defender. FC Inter News has contacted Vincenzo D’Ippolito to understand more about this situation.

“As for Inter, just like other Italian teams (Udinese for example), there is only interest: no official offers yet. There are no planned meetings with Inter to talk about Rolin and I can say that as an Italian agent of the boy while for the rest, his agent is Gerardo Arias. News soon? To me, he is a very good player and the whole world is following him but they must be hurry because after the Olympics, the cost could rise dramatically and a bidding war could be opened and more than 10 million euros.”

Chivu’s New Contract: The Details

Now it is done. Cristian Chivu has signed the contract and will remain at Inter. The contract was signed this morning for Chivu’s stay at Inter for another two years. According to Gianluca Di Marzio of Sky, the Romanian defender was pushing for a three-year contract or, at least, an option for 2015. Eventually he accepted this offer from Inter: a two-year deal, 2.5 million per season and an option for the third. This option for a third season is tied to around 25 total appearances in the 2013-2014 season. It seems that Andrea Stramaccioni is very appreciative of the player and plans to include him in his tactical projects as a central defender.

Lucas Remains The Dream But There’s Alternatives…

We continue to follow the clues that could form the Inter team for next season. The Nerazzurri are, in fact, seeking a top player in the attack after Lavezzi and there are many open tracks. According to Sky’s Gianluca Di Marzio, the goal of Inter is Lucas, Sao Paulo talent. Andrea Stramaccioni has promoted this idea because he likes the Brazilian and wants him at all costs but the figures in this deal are too high and this is why Inter are being cautious if the Lucas plan does not go through.

Plan B leads us to Sebastian Giovinco, who is in a co-ownership and liked not little by Inter as revealed by the player’s agent. But of course, after a magnificent season with Parma, his price has skyrocketed and getting him would also be not simple. So then, there plan C: Papu Gomez, the Argentinian of Catania. The player’s agent Leo Rodriguez should fly to Italy in the next hours and more news should come then.

Genoa Director: “Destro Not Playing For Us Very Likely”

“Destro not staying at Genoa is a very concrete hypothesis.” That was what Genoa director Stefano Capozucca said regarding the future of Mattia Destro. Interest is not lacking here as the player has been linked to Juventus, Roma and of course Inter. President Preziosi and the same director Capozucca have confirmed the interest from Inter in the past but now we will have to wait and see what will happen between Genoa and Siena, the two clubs that currently have the possession of the Italian striker.

Viviano for Silvestre? The agent meets Palermo

More updates about the future of Emiliano Viviano. As reported by Sky Sport 24 , Luca Cattani and Giorgio Perinetti, directors of Palermo, have had a meeting with the agent of the goalkeeper, Claudio Vigorelli, to discuss a possible stay in Rosanero. According to rumors today, Viviano could fall in the negotiation that would lead defender Matias Silvestre to Inter. The offer of the Nerazzurri would be about 4 million plus the entire card of the goalkeeper.

Paulinho For Inter, The Time And Cost

From the pages of Gazzetta dello Sport, there is new details about Paulinho . The pink newspaper focuses Brazilian as the name for midfield of Inter. ”The idea is more relevant Paulinho, the physical midfielder. He costs around 7 or 8 million euros and there could be more news regarding this operation June or July,” read the paper.

Inter in Warsaw to watch Dzagoev

During the match tonight between Poland and Russia, crucial challenge in Group A of Euro 2012 , it will be the opportunity to see one of the most interesting players in the entire European scene: his name is Alan Dzagoev. The 22 year-old Russian playing at CSKA Moscow and has a contract expiring in 2013 (he is valued not less than 15 million). He is the target of several Italian clubs, including Roma and Inter. Just tonight, Nerazzurri scout will be in Warsaw to watch the player in action. Could he be the first alternative when Lucas and Giovinco should fade away? In a few days and we’ll find out.

Zamparini: “Want Silvestre? Seven Million Won’t Be Enough”

In an interview with Radio Radio, Palermo president Maurizio Zamparini explains his conditions in the deal for Matias Silvestre:

“Inter are negotiating, every negotiation has its basis and we have ours. For 7 million, Silvestre will remain with us. I paid 7 million plus half of a player which has a value of 1.5-2 million. If a club like Inter want him at this figure, he will stay with us,” said Zamparini.

OK From Stramaccioni To Sell Maicon

Sensational transfer news has been launched by the online version of Spanish newspaper Marca. According to the site, Andrea Stramaccioni has given the green light to sell Maicon whose contract expires in June 2014. Of course, with this news, Real Madrid will begin to attack now that Maicon is officially put on sale by the Nerazzurri. The offer from Real would not be more than 5 million euros. Moratti has also decided to let the Brazilian fullback go due to his age and a high salary. The president is in full agreement with the coach who, in line with plans to rejuvenate the team, now would opt for a generational change on the right wing.

Agent: “Luc Castaignos Wants To Play For Feyenoord”

Agent of Luc Castaignos, Karim El Atmani, has updated us on the situation around the Dutch striker who would leave Inter to play with continuity. Here are his words:

“There is a great interest around Castaignos. They want him in England, Germany but also in Italy. But Luc has already made his choice, he wants to play for Feyenoord and the Dutch club is his first choice.”

Zamparini Rejected Inter Offer. On Destro And Acerbi…

According to the Gazzetta dello Sport, things did not go well in negotiations for Matias Silvestre, Palermo defender. “Maurizio Zamparini has refused the offer of Inter which is the second half of Viviano plus cash for Matias Silvrestre. Because the reality is, the former Bologna keeper does not have the trust from Zamparini who prefers to focus on Samir Ujkani.”

The latest on Acerbi and Destro: “Today, there should be transfer market meetings for Genoa with Chievo to solve the co-ownership of Francesco Acerbi and also with Inter to define the future of Mattia Destro. Samuele Longo could be one of the names in this negotiation for Destro.”

Duncan: "First Team Or Loan Move"

He is one of the best and most important players of Inter Primavera and many consider him as a solution in the midfield that Inter already have. But with the success with Inter Primavera (Italian and European champions), it is normal that Joseph Alfred Duncan wants to make a big step forward in his young career. To a Ghanaian radio, the Inter Primavera midfielder is open to a loan move with the main goal mind that he would return soon and play for the first team.

“I am thinking of asking to go on loan otherwise, I will not have the chance to play in the first team next season. This season has been fantastic for me and I thank God for what he has done for me. It is always my dream to play in the first team and I think if I keep working hard I can achieve this dream. However, anything can happen. I want to play in top level football next season. I am trying to go on loan if I don’t receive a call for the first team. This is just an option I’m looking into.”

Paulinho’s Agent In Italy

Time for new negotiation perhaps. In these hours, the agent of Corinthians midfielder Paulinho is back in Italy. Inter are interested in the player to the point that their emissaries were watching him in action against Vasco da Gama where he scored a goal. Now, his agent is back in Italy and Inter are thinking of this deal with the idea to speed up negotiations. Will this be the good turning point for this transfer?

Contact Inter-West Ham For Castaignos

Sam Allardayce, the coach of West Ham, was spotted today in Milan. And Sky has revealed that there was a meeting with Inter. Both team certainly discussed the future of Luc Castaignos who, to many people, will surely leave Inter this summer. There are many interest teams for the Dutch striker like his former club Feyenoord but West Ham, newly promoted to the Premier League, are making important steps.

Udinese Director: “Inter Like Handanovic, We’ll Evaluate The Situation”

Inter are seriously thinking of making a change between the goal posts. In order to stay in line with the motto of rejuvenation and cut down salary, the Nerazzurri are looking at Samir Handanovic as a possible replacement of an older and more expensive Julio Cesar. We have been hearing a lot about this rumor and today, finally, confirmation has arrived Fabrizio Larini, sporting director of Udinese, acknowledges the interest of Inter for his goalkeeper.

“We saw them last week and they expressed their interest but nothing more. We did not go deep into our discussion. What we know is that Handanovic is a player that Inter really like but that does not mean anything. Any offer will be evaluated, as it should be, then we will decide whether to keep or even sell the player. The price? I cannot say more than this. This is pretty clear. I repeat: any offer, for fairness, will be evaluated, and then we will make a decision.”

Alan Dzagoev – Inter Objective

Earlier today we had a report suggesting that Inter scouts would be in attendance to watch the game between Russia and Poland, but more specifically Alan Dzagoev. And now according to Sky, Inter are truly interested in the player of CSKA Moscow. No official contact at the moment, only appreciation for the player, the great protagonist in the first two games in Euro 2012 in which he scored 3 goals.

Massimo Moratti Discusses Inter Transfer Market

Arriving some statements made by Inter president Massimo Moratti from the dinner in the gala of News Corporation. But would be impossible for him to avoid some transfer market topics starting with the possibility of Maicon leaving Inter after six years:

“PSG are going after him? First we must consider whether or not to sell him, just like all other decisions but I saw that they are setting up super team. Lucas? He is just an idea like any others and for Giovinco, who does not like someone like him?”

Moratti also talked about Mattia Destro and Samuele Longo whose faith could be linked with one another:

“Mattia is a very good young player but I have to say that at Inter there is Samuele Longo who is improving in an important way. Let’s just say that if he is not our jewel of the present then he will be just that in a near future.”

Agent: “Inter? Paulinho Would Love To Play In Italy”

Speaking to SportItalia, Paulinho’s agent Bernando, talked about the possibility that his client could land at Inter: “I was in Italy today but now I am back in Brazil. Inter? The player would be happy to return to Europe and land in Italy. We’ll see.”

DREAMING OF M’VILA
SECURE MUDINGAYI
WEST HAM WANT CASTAIGNOS

The negotiations – Inter are at work especially for the midfield.

Milan – Juventus have hinted that they will do anything to come between Inter and Giovinco while Milan could force Inter into a bidding war for Matias Silvestre. Those situations are two different stories but the fact remains that the transfer market tracks are endless and sporting director Piero Ausilio and technical director Marco Branca will not be caught unprepared.

Outgoing transfer problems It is not a coincidence that Inter are monitoring several players, knowing very well that there will be some outgoing transfers taking place this summer. For budget issues, some “big” players are destined to leave. But if the possible sale of Sneijder will depend a lot on the Euro, remain fairly stagnant are the positions of Julio Cesar (Inter are interested in Samir Handanovic), Maicon (Inter like Mathieu Debuchy) and of course there are others like Lucio, Forlan and Pazzini.

Even West Ham want Casta After the 8 million collected for Pandev, Inter could start cashing in on Luc Castaignos. The 20 year-old Dutch striker is really liked in England. For him, who would volunteer to make a return to Feyenoord, Everton and Liverpool have come forward. But yesterday, Inter directors had lunch with the emissaries of West Ham, accompanied by FIFA agent Vincenzo Morabito. This conversation could have further developments in the near future.

Missing a central Yesterday there were rumors of a meeting with Lo Monaco and Capozucca, Genoa directors. But the two were in the center of Milan to meet with Atalanta and later tried to solve the co-ownership of Francesco Acerbi with Chievo, who is also in a Milan derby on the transfer market. All postponed. After Chivu’s contract extension, Inter now have Chivu, Samuel and Ranocchia as their central defenders. Let’s not forget Juan Jesus in whom Inter could focus on for next season. Another option is Andreolli if the negotiations for Silvestre went badly.

Mudi and Yann Now for the midfield. After picking up the option to sign Guarin and Poli permanently, Inter are looking for a dam to put in front of the defense. As admitted by Bologna director Zani who said that “an offer from a big team has arrived,” there is no question that Inter are in pole position for Gaby Mudingayi. But the dream remains Yann M’Vila even if Rennes continue asking for no less than 20 million for the French midfielder. The good news is that Arsenal, who were very close to the 21 year-old, have denied that he made an offer and the club of Arsene Wenger now seems focusing on Nigel De Jong, another Inter target. In Milan yesterday there was the agent of Paulinho but the track that leads the Brazilian to Inter is frozen.

Ramirez in background The Ramirez idea remains alive. The problem is always the same. The Rossoblu are asking 20 million. But of course, Inter could include some players in negotiations. Other than Krhin, there are names like Faraoni and the same Juan Jesus. But for Ramirez, Inter must first understand who is leaving and what is going to happen with Giovinco.

Got all of Bardi Here is the real operation of the day. Inter have picked up the option to sign Francesco Bardi, 20 year-old goalkeeper, to a permanent contract and will lend him to Novava. To president Spinelli are 2 million euros, and the second half of Siligardi and Dell’Agnello, both now are Livorno players.

From Serbia: Moratti Wants Kolarov

According to a website called Novosti, Massimo Moratti wants to bring back to Italy Aleksandar Kolarov. According to report, Inter as well as Juve have come forward to sign the full-back of Manchester City, one that seems to be on the bench more than the field and wants to feel important again. The Nerazzurri seem to have a slight edge as president Massimo Moratti wants to acquire the full card of the Serbian defender.

Inter-Handanovic: Very Possible

This opens up new scenarios for the future of Samir Handanovic. According to Tuttosport, Udinese have decided to release the goalkeeper. Inter are the most likely destination. The player wants a big club and Inter, who already have him in shopping list, cannot afford all the money. Therefore, according to the newspaper, Inter could repeat a formula like Juventus used: co-ownership to avoid the asking price of 15 million requested by Pozzo. Even for Handanovic, in the end, but no counterparts but only cash.

Bologna Have Asked For Juan Jesus

Bologna have already taken its steps forward to Juan Jesus. The Brazilian defender has been the target of sporting director Zanzi who has made the request to Inter but at the moment, the response of Inter is stand-by. That is, first Inter want to understand what is the situation regarding the incoming transfers, the attitude of the players that Inter already have, and then evaluate the position of Juan.

Le Parisien Confirms Inter Interest In Debuchy

The Paris daily newspaper Le Parisien confirms the strong interest that Inter have for Mathieu Debuchy, the fullback of Lille currently with the French national team at Euro 2012. According to reports, Inter, along with Newcastle, Valencia, Bayern Munich are interested in the defender so much so that Lille have identified his replacement: Christophe Jallet of Paris Saint-Germain.

Marca: Jose Mourinho Has Chosen Maicon

There is no better fullback than Maicon. This is the conclusion of Jose Mourinho after various approaches have been explored for right-backs around Europe. As reported by Spanish newspaper Marca, the Portuguese coach has also spoken with Maicon asking if he still has two more seasons at the highest levels. Inter want to sell and the asking price is 15 but can fall with negotiations.

Mudingayi: “I Would Leave Bologna To Improve My Career”

Gaby Mudingayi is viewed by many people as a strong candidate for the Inter midfield next season. Not just Inter that want him however, there is also Napoli as well. So here is Mudingayi to tell us about his thought process as well as the possibility of leaving Bologna.

“We can just talk about this forever but there is nothing concrete with Napoli. No one has called me, with Pastorello we agreed that we would hear from each other if there is something clear. So far, I haven’t heard anything yet. Napoli are a great club and I would certainly play there. I am also very well in Bologna but I would only leave to improve my career.”

Genoa Director Confirms: “Longo Will Play At Genoa Next Season”

Pietro Lo Monaco, the new general manager of Genoa, has assured us that next year Samuele Longo will play with the shirt of Genoa.

“When a player begins to score goals, even with the Primavera, his value begins to rise. But this does not hinder our intentions. I can however guarantee that Longo will play for us next season. Capozucca in Milan yesterday? We did not talk to Inter, but we did however exchange a view conversations with Atalanta.”

Branca: “Nothing Certain Regarding Longo And Destro”

Here comes the comment on the part of Inter regarding negotiations with Genoa for Mattia Destro and Samuele Longo. A few moments ago technical director Marco Branca had this to say:

“There is nothing certain yet on the situation of Longo and Destro. I am surprised that someone are so sure about it. The two presidents have already been talking for some time.”

With these words, Inter have responded to Lo Monaco who has guaranteed that Samuele Longo will play for Genoa next season.

Inter Want All Of Longo

The latest news has come regarding the future of Samuele Longo. The young Italian striker is co-owned between Inter and Genoa but the Rossoblu new general director Lo Monaco is certain that the player will play for Genoa next season, a guarantee that did not please the Nerazzurri and it was also out of place because according to Sky, Inter intend to buy the half of Genoa.

“Projects and frictions. There was friction today between Inter and Genoa with the Nerazzurri management did not like the certainties revealed by Lo Monaco on bringing the young striker Samuele Longo to Genoa next season. The intention of Inter at this point is keeping Longo by redeeming the Genoa’s half. Moratti could also include their half of Kucka for half of Mattia Destro plus cash.”

DESTRO-INTER, LONGO-GENOA
SURPRISE CONTROVERSY

Lo Monaco: “The home of those two is here.” Branca: “The presidents will decide. This certainty is strange.”
Closing in on Debuchy. Baby Caballero: almost done.

Milan – Marco Branca was forced to make a statement by Pietro Lo Monaco. The new general director of Genoa yesterday framed in his own way the situation of Mattia Destro and Samuele Longo, the first is co-owned with Siena and a transfer target of Inter, the second whose card is divided between the Rossoblu and the Nerazzurri.

Response These are the statements of Lo Monaco at the presentation of Genoa season ticket campaign: “We will see how the transfer market goes. But Destro already has a home which is Genoa. On Longo, I can guarantee that next year he will play with us. His value has gone up but that does not hinder our intentions, we believe in him just like Inter believe in him.” This is the response of Inter technical director: “On the situation of Longo and Destro, there is nothing certain. I am surprised about the certainties from someone. The two presidents (Moratti and Preziosi) have already been talking for some time.”

Mou These statements conjure up to that famous fight in 2008 between then the managing director of Lo Monaco and Inter. After losing 2-1 at the San Siro (September 13), Lo Monaco said that “Mourinho should be thumped in the teeth.” The Portuguese, at the time coach of Inter, had this to say: “Lo Monaco? I know the Tibetan Monaco, the Principality of Monaco, Bayern Monaco, and Monaco GP. I don’t know any others.”

The situation The fact is, in their own way, both Branca and Lo Monaco said the right things. It is true that the presidents of both clubs have been talking for some time for the two strikers in their early 20s and the Inter technical director was at dinner with Ausilio and Genoa sporting director Capozucca to define the operation. But Lo Monaco did not say anything wrong in saying that Longo will remain in Genoa as decided for some time after the agreement on the renewal of ownership. The plan at the moment is aiming to bring Mattia Destro back to the city of Milan even if before that Genoa will have to deal with Siena, which own the other half of his card.

Seba and Gaby Inter, meanwhile, are waiting for the knot of co-ownership for Sebastian Giovinco to be untied. The meeting today between Juventus and Parma should clarify the situation. But Inter management, for the attacking department, continues to monitor other situation ranging from Ramirez to Gomez (negotiations for Lucas are harder and harder). Inter have already locked up Gaby Mudingay even if they are waiting to understand more the possibility to strike one of M’Vila and De Jong. In the defense, Inter are instead waiting for concrete offers for Maicon while closing in on Mathieu Debuchy. Real are taking time, hoping to drop below 10 million, minimum amount required by Inter.

Caballero, the future All this without forgetting about the future. Branca, Ausilio and other Inter scouts are very close to sign a great prospect. About to land at Inter is Mauro Andrès Caballero, the talented Paraguayan striker exploded a year ago when he scored 5 goals in 7 games in the South American U-17. On Maurito, a classic central forward, was Benfica. Missing the signature but for 3 million Inter have in hand a great prospect one that could fall in the deal for Giovinco.

Agent: “Strama Assures Chivu Will Be Central Defender. Three-Year Contract”

The future of Cristian Chivu will be in the central of defense after signing a three-year contract. All of those, should be with the Inter shirt. This was announced to Radio Mana Mana Sport by his agent Giovanni Becali:

“Cristian has recently renewed with Inter by signing a three-year contract. There is no clause in the contract about where Chivu will play but Strama and Branca have assured me that he will mostly play as a central defender, except in cases of emergency in the defense.”

So this marriage continues and chances are Cristian Chivu will finish his career at Inter.

PSG Director Denies Maicon Interest

There is no negotiation for the transfer of Maicon and Ibrahimovic to Paris Saint Germain. The technical director of the French club has assured us this while also denied interest for other players like Daniel Alves or Higuain.

“Right now there is nothing for either the Inter defender or Higuain, or Ibrahimovic,” said Leonardo.

Maicon has no shortage of admirers around the world like Chelsea, Real Madrid, Manchester City and of course PSG.

RMC: Inter Remain Vigilant On Ligue 1 Targets

We have begun to see movements in France regarding the transfer market. According to Radio Monte Carlo, Inter are always vigilant on three tracks: Younes Belhanda, Yann M’Vila for the midfield and also Mathieu Debuchy for the right back position (Maicon is likely to leave). But there is competition, strong competition. In the last few hours, Bayern Munich have emerged as possible landing destination of these three targets. These tracks are difficult but Inter are there according to RMC.

From Genoa: Francesco Acerbi To Milan, Not Inter

“Francesco Acerbi is again closer to Milan, the inclusion of Juventus was just momentary. The transfer market gathered by Pianetagenoa1893.net confirms that the defender is destined to go to the Rossoneri. Genoa and Chievo (both own Acerbi) are going to make a deal before June 22, the last date to renew or resolve co-ownerships. The Rossoblu will get all of the players and then enter into negotiations with Milan for the sale of Acerbi in the Rossoneri shirt.”

No Inter for the defender that played very well with Chievo last season.

Sky: Samir Handanovic, Inter’s Number One Choice Keeper

Luca Marchetti of Sky Sport focuses on the goal of Inter which is divided between Julio Cesar and Samir Handanovic.

“If Handanovic arrives, Julio Cesar will go. Inter might be waiting to sell the Brazilian before betting on the Udinese keeper. Inter convinced that Handanovic is the right choice for the goal. The Nerazzurri will speak to Julio Cesar and if he wants to stay at Inter, then he could be the second keeper because the first choice is now Handanovic.”

Inter In Line For Dzagoev But…

He is the undisputed protagonist in the first few matches in the Euro. Alan Dzagoev has attracted interest of major European clubs including Roma, Inter and Arsenal. According to a report from Bild, the Gunners are ready to make the first offer for the CSKA Moscow player. The value of the player is around 13 million pounds (16 million euros) but the London club is hoping for a discount considering the fact that the player has a contract expires in December.

Inter Met With Catania For Gomez

Lavezzi? Long gone. Lucas? No. Giovinco? Please. Dzagoev? Nothing concrete. Inter’s main target now could be Alejandro Gomez of Catania. There was a meeting between Inter and Catania as both clubs have spoken of Papu Gomez. They met today and with this meeting, the Nerazzurri could pull the trigger. On the table there is also Inter Primavera captain Andrea Romano. The player could go play in Catania next season. For Papu Gomez, he could go the reverse path to Inter.

Agreement On The Value Of Samir Handanovic

Inter and Samir Handanovic are inching closer and closer to one another. Inter have decided to focus on the Slovenian goalkeeper as the successor of Julio Cesar and are in negotiations with Udinese. According to Sky, there is an agreement in principle between the two clubs on the value of the goalkeeper. Now Inter will try to include players in exchange in other to lower the price tag down a bit.

Sampdoria Want Half Of Juan Jesus

The newly promoted Sampdoria want reinforcement and they are looking at Inter to have just that. According to SportItalia, the Blucerchiati are asking for half of Juan Jesus’ price tag however, the Nerazzurri are only interested in loaning the young Brazilian out, just a straight up loan deal. Sampdoria are just another team that want to get their hands on Juan Jesus.

MIRROR INTER
HANDANOVIC-DESTRO FOR JULIO-PAZZINI

The domino effect: the Brazilian and striker leave if Inter reach their transfer objectives.

What the transfer market is saying is this: Inter are making strong inquiries, they are looking around and they have the direct counterparts. Maicon, Julio Cesar, Pazzini to Debuchy, Handanovic and Destro. Where will JC go? And if Mattia comes, Pazzo cannot stay… The Inter puzzle at this moment is complicated: perhaps nothing will happen, or perhaps half of a revolution.

Handanovic and Cou Two months ago, the first rumor came and the meeting last week was confirmed: Inter seem to have decided that the Slovenian Handanovic is the right man between the goal posts. One of the reasons is that the current Udinese goalkeeper would make less than half of what Julio Cesar is making because Inter, in addition to rejuvenate the team, want to cut down the mountain of wages. From here, saying that the deal is done is way off because Udinese want Coutinho on the plate (at least half of him), and Inter will have to think about it very carefully. Besides that, they still have to talk to Julio Cesar.

Destro and Longo Meanwhile yesterday Inter (which met with Catania for Gomez and Brescia for the renewal of co-ownership of Tassi) received this news: Siena and Genoa have found an agreement for Destro with the Bianconeri will not exercise their right to purchase a half which will leave the player to the Rossoblu in exchange for a counterpart to be identified. This is the first step towards Destro: next week Branca will meet with Preziosi to also talk about Longo, one that Inter want the full ownership of.

Pazzo, Maicon and the Capitals It is clear however that the moment Destro arrives at Inter, Pazzini will be on the market: for now, everything is just a hypothesis but sources close to the player suggest that he would not mind a phone call from Ancelotti who wanted him during his Chelsea days. And Maicon? Real, PSG and Chelsea. For another Brazilian: Lucio whose agent has already said farewell to the Nerazzurri. Fenerbahce want the player and to replace him, Inter are interested in Silvestre.

Inter Met Kolarov’s Agent, Would LIke Wage Reduced

The name of Aleksandar Kolarov is getting warmer by these hours for Inter. There is still no true negotiation but something is moving. Assurances coming from Serbia which state that the strong will of the full-back is to leave Manchester City because he wants to play as starter. The real problem, however, is his wage. At Manchester City, the Serbian is making almost 6 million euros annually between fixed wage and bonuses, an absolute unreachable figure for Inter at the moment.

And yet, Inter continue to assess the situation and they did so directly with the player’s agent Sergio Berti which, according to Serbian press, has met with Inter officials. Inter, of course, requested to know how much Kolarov wants to make and is there a desire to reduce his salary in a substantial way. “At this moment, Inter are far ahead than Juventus because Juve want a loan move. Inter can go further.”

In short, there was inquiries for the defender but the wage is very high…

Catania Director: “No Negotiation With Inter For Gomez”

It was widely reported yesterday that Inter officials have made important steps towards Alejandro Gomez by meeting with Catania. However, today in an interview with Itasportpress, Nicola Salerno, the new sporting director of Catania, denies any negotiations with Inter for Gomez.

“There is no ongoing negotiations with Inter for Papu. Andrea Romanò to Catania? Good player, good kid, but we have never asked Inter for the boy.”

Agreement CSKA Moscow-Corinthians For Paulinho However…

Earlier today, the Paulinho idea seemed to fade away from Inter and that the player would go to CSKA Moscow after the Copa Libertadores for a figure of 8 million euros. Now according to Sky, yes, there is indeed an agreement between these two clubs for 8 million euros but still missing the yes from the player in whom Inter have shown great interest. Paulinho has not decided anything yet and perhaps he is not too convinced of Russia as a possible destination. He is still waiting for a call from Italy but in the mean time CSKA are the favorite.

PSG Said No To Bosingwa, Going All Out For Maicon?

A straight up no. That from Carlo Ancelotti to José Bosingwa, the full-back at Chelsea has an expiring contract and one that PSG could sign as a free solution. According to Tutto Mercato Web, the coach of PSG has rejected this option and thus, Maicon could really become the number one target for the big spender Paris Saint-Germain.

Palermo Director: “Silvestre? Open To Discuss”

The executive vice president of Palermo Giorgio Perinetti is open to negotiations for the defender Matias Silvestre. The central defender has been chosen by Andrea Stramaccioni for the Inter defense next season but economic agreement is still very far away. “Silvestre, just like Migliaccio, is a player for whom we are willing to discuss. Napoli? If they ask, we could talk about it.”

Bologna Want 22 Million For Gaston Ramirez

Bologna have decided to up the ante for Gaston Ramirez by giving his astronomical value: as much as 22 million euros according to report from Sky. The amount seems designed precisely to keep the young Uruguayan for at least another season and then perhaps sell him with an even higher figure. Ramirez has been linked to big Italian clubs like Inter and Juventus in the past.

Paulinho’s Agent: “CSKA? We Have Two Other Options”

He is close to CSKA but nothing is decided. Paulinho’s fate is yet to be written despite the 8 million offer coming from Russia. Here is agent Bernardo, who a month ago met with Branca at Inter headquarters, on the situation:

“The Russians are interested and they came here in Brazil to test the waters. However, it is not true that there is already an agreement. We also have two other options.”

“Two other options” could be Inter and Roma with the Nerazzurri are very interested.

No Inter For Giovinco, Agreement Parma-Juve

It has been widely reported by the Italian media that Juve and Parma have been able to find agreement for Sebastian Giovinco. According to Tutto Mercato Web, the Bianconeri will fully own the Italian midfielder after paying a fee of almost 13 million euros (other reports say 10 million plus two players) for Parma’s half. So no Giovinco for Inter after missing out on Lavezzi and Lucas remains just a dream.

Udinese Director: “Handanovic To Inter? Nothing Decided”

Udinese sporting director Fabrizio Larini discusses the rumors that Samir Handanovic is just a few steps away from Inter.

“It is not true that we are almost at the end of negotiations. For now, we have only learned the interest from Inter for our player and there were some contacts but nothing has been decided.”

The Bianconeri evaluate their goalkeeper at 15 million and want Coutinho included in the deal as requested by Pozzo months ago. Branca and Ausilio said no as Stramaccioni considers Cou as an important part in his team.

West Ham To Put 8 Million On The Table For Castaignos

A few weeks ago it seemed that Luc Castaignos was close to a return to Holland with his former team Feyenoord. However, West Ham are the one that have make important and official steps forward. A couple of days ago, Sam Allardyce was seen in Milan and of course contacts were made between both clubs. Now, according to Sky’s Gianluca Di Marzio, the English club is ready to offer 8 million euros for the young Dutchman. Everything is up to Inter to decide.

Paulinho Waiting For Inter

Sky has updated us on the situation surrounding the Corinthians midfielder Paulinho. “Corinthians are ready to say no to the 8 million from CSKA Moscow for Paulinho. Inter, at this point, are the favorite team of Paulinho although the Nerazzurri have not yet decided on the player.” It seems that the player is not very convinced of Russia as a possible destination as he wants to go to a bigger league and Serie A (Inter are the favorite but there is also Roma) could be on top of his list.

Sao Paulo President: “Our Intention Is To Keep Lucas”

Lucas is nothing more than just a dream on the horizon. Very, very far away. At least in this very moment. To reinforcement the idea that it is going to be a pain in the ass to sign Lucas, here is Sao Paulo president Juvenal Juvencio to the Corriere dello Sport: “Our intention is to keep Lucas at Sao Paulo. We will try. Lucio? He is surely an element that we like.”

INTER RETURN ON KOLAROV
CAN CLOSE AT 10 MILLION
DESTRO: MORATTI RESOLVES

New contacts with City for the Serbian. Forlan’s father: “He stays.”
Next week, Inter president will see Genoa for the striker.

Milan – We are approaching a hot week in every sense and Inter in the next few days will know more especially on the front of Destro. At the beginning of next week, Massimo Moratti will directly handle this situation with a call to Preziosi. Between Inter and Genoa, there are several open fronts, including the co-ownership (to resolve this there’s still time until June 22) of Longo, Kucka and Natalino. The Grifone, for Destro, has found an agreement with Siena who will not exercise their right to redeem their half by exchanging it with a counterpart. And then they will negotiate to find an agreement – economically as well as technically – with Inter who are not willing to lose their half of Longo, the player will wear the red and blue next season.

Outgoing blocked The real issue, however, remains linked to the outgoing transfers. For Lucio, the Brazilian defender is flirting with Fenerbahce but this situation is not going to close before the golden handshake (buy-out). And then there is the father of Forlan who, after the Internacional rumor, said to the Brazilian press: “There is nothing with any club. For now, Diego will stay at Inter.” Difficult to find a collocation for Julio Cesar, Maicon and Pazzini, the three that Inter have identified replacements for in Handanovic, Debuchy and Destro. Almost impossible a Pazzini return to Sampdoria while no one has come forward for Julio Cesar. With Sneijder who is at risk of an early and badly elimination form the Euro, has no real buyers unlike Maicon. Real, Chelsea and PSG know very well that the Brazilian makes a lot (4 million per) and his contract will expire next summer but the interest is concrete and at 10 million, deal can be closed.

Kolarov, but for cash There is no evidence of the hypothesis of a Ranocchia-Kolarov exchange with City. Inter like Kolarov and offered 8 million back in May (refused). And recently there was new contact between both clubs and Inter must reach at least 10 million. Yesterday the Serbian media claimed that agent Berti sees Inter ahead of Juventus. One certainty is Kolarov is seeking a big that would ensure him a starting spot. And with Chivu destined to return as a central defender…

Gomez and Mudi Pre-tactical choice on the front of Gomez with agent of the player and Inter denying talking about the player on Thursday. But the Nerazzurri know that for him, and also for Mudingayi, they will be able to strike if their first choices collapse. Yesterday in Milan was agent of Edgar Ié and Agostinho Ca, the two 18 year-olds that Inter have gotten from Sporting. Barcelona have tried to come in but the two want the city of Milan, the black and blue side.

LEAVING INTER. OPERATION MONEY COFFER
10 MILLION FOR MAICON AND REAL ARE JUST A STEP AWAY

Moratti wants to cut salary: uncertain future for Julio Cesar and Sneijder. Castaignos towards West Ham.
First offer for Debucy to form new wings with Kolarov. Here is the 5 milion for the French but Lille want more.
Destro, Giovinco, and Silvestre: to be decided.

Milan – Things are on the move. The outgoing transfer market of Inter is about to take off. After having collected 8 million from the outright sale of Goran Pandev to Napoli, the Nerazzurri would increase their money coffer with Maicon and Castaignos. But in the plans of Moratti, Branca and Ausilio is the will to lower the mountain of salaries, with relative to the revolution of the team, would lead to other big departures. Some certain departures are that of Forlan and Lucio but also Julio Cesar, Pazzini and Sneijder, those that are with uncertain future.

Leaving The closest farewells are Castaignos, Lucio and Maicon. For the last one, there is Chelsea in the background but especially the strong interest from Real Madrid and at 10 million euros, things could close. A lot less than the 25 offered two years ago. But now Maicon is going to be 31 on July 26, has an expiring contract next year and makes 4 million net per season. Here is why Inter would cash in and save 18 million: 10 for his card plus 8 gross in salary. Different story for Castaignos. Going after the 19 year-old are West Ham (who recently put 8 million on the table), Swansea, PSV, Feyenoord and Hoffenheim. And that figure in these days would be hard to refuse. Yesterday the 34 year-old Brazilian Lucio said: “I would go to Fenerbahce but the last word belongs to Inter.” Meaning: with two more years remaining in his contract, the player is expected a buyout. That at the end might come because the 16 saved million (4 net per two years) is worth the trouble.

900a.png

900aa.png

WHO COULD LEAVE
  • Maicon – 18 million: Real Madrid to offer 10 million for his card and Inter to save 8 million gross for the last year of contract.
  • Lucio – 16 million: There is the risk of a golden handshake (buyout) but Inter will save 8 million gross for the next two years.
  • Julio Cesar – 20 million: The goalkeeper has two years left in his contract at 4.5 million net per. Even at 2 million transfer fee, Inter would save 20 million overall.
  • Wesley Sneijder – 56 million: The Dutch could be worth 20 million and makes 6 million net per season for the next three years, or 36 million gross.
  • Diego Forlan – 8 million: Has another year in the contract at 4 million. Even letting him go for free, Inter would save 8 million gross.
  • Giampaolo Pazzini – 28 million: He has another 3 years in his contract at 2.5 million. Other than the 15 million in wage, another 12-13 could arrive for his sale.
WHO COULD COME
  • Mathieu Debuchy – 10 million: For the 27 year-old of the French national team, Lille want 10 million. But a good Euro does not play into the favor of Inter.
  • Aleksandar Kolarov – 10 million: For the 26 year-old Serbian, City have already said no to an 8 million offer. Going up to 10 then Inter could close.
  • Matias Silvestre – 10 million: Palermo are asking too much for the 27 year-old. Inter want a decrease and there is Andreolli behind the scene.
  • Mattia Destro – 13 million: This is the minimum fee for the 21 year-old Genoa striker who will be redeemed from Siena.
  • Sebastian Giovinco – 25 million: The Italian is co-owned between Juventus and Parma who must decide what to do before June 22.
  • Gaston Ramirez – 20 million: Bologna want a lot for the player but Inter would include other pieces to the Rossoblu.
  • Nigel de Jong – 8 million: The Dutch has an expiring contract in 2013 so it’s either City sell now or lose him on a free transfer.
Longer times As with Forlan who has another year remaining in contract at 4 million. The factor that has discouraged potential buyers. If we are talking about high salary, the first on that list is Wesley Sneijder. With three more years at 6 million net per season, the Dutch could free up 36 million gross. That including the transfer fee which would be difficult to be more than 15-20 million euros. The big European clubs are at the window. Just as everyone wants the Primavera players (met with Catania for Crisetig and Romanò), there are no offers for Julio Cesar who will turn 33 in September and is in current shadow of Handanovic. The Brazilian (4.5 million guaranteed for the next two seasons) has already sniffed the rumor and on May 25, during Curva Nord celebration, he reiterated that he wants to stay. On the other hand yesterday wife Susana Werner twitted “I don’t know what will happen.” Selling Julio would make Inter a few million as well as save 18 in salary. Lastly, Pazzini. He is making “only” 2.5 million a year which is 15 gross until 2015. He cost 19 in January of 2011 and despite various depreciation, Inter cannot sell him for less than 12-13 million. Not easy. But if Ancelotti…

Possible arrivals With the sale of several important players approaches, Inter also have on the table multiple deals themselves. For now Guarin from Porto and Poli from Sampdoria have been redeemed and of course the arrival of Palacio from Genoa. With the Rossoblu of Preziosi, Inter will look to close for Destro in the next few days. But next week could the an important week to get closer to Aleksandar Kolarov and Mathieu Debuchy.

900abj.png

Fullbacks For the 26 year-old Serbian, City refused an 8 million offer at the end of May. In recent days, contacts have resumed even if the former Lazio player is making a very high salary (could exceed over 5 million with prizes and bonuses). He wants a big club that would allow him to have a place in the starting eleven and continues to send clear messages. Debuchy, meanwhile, is rather quiet with the French national team at the Euro. His positive performances at this tournament do not help Inter with the risk of a surging price tag. So much so that the Lille president has already begun playing the “no intention to sell the player.” Rejected a first attack of a 5 million offer but with 8-10, this deal can be closed.

Central midfielder Inter will make another attempt for Nigel De Jong whose contract expires in 2013. Without forgetting “the dream” Yann M’Vila (for the 21 year-old, Rennes are asking for 20 million) while Inter have blocked Gaby Mudingayi, the 30 year-old Belgian of Bologna with many counterparts and one could be Juan Jesus. Next week there should be another contact with Palermo to resolve the co-ownership of Emiliano Viviano (then destined to go to Fiorentina) and try again for Silvestre. After having offer, unsuccessfully, 4 million plus half of Viviano for the Argentinian, Inter to propose to the Rosanero two separate operations. But Zamparini now insists in asking for at least 12 million. And in the background there is always Andreolli.

Attack Let’s not forget the strikers. Giovinco can only be done if Juve do not get Parma’s half. Then there is Gaston Ramirez, there is a demand of 20 million from Bologna, a figure would be lower with counterparts.

Kolarov: “News On My Future Soon”

Important statements have arrived from Aleksandar Kolarov regarding his future. The Serbian full-back of Manchester City is seeking away out as he wants a big that would give him a starting role and that team could be Inter. Here are his words to The Independent:

“I am in constant contact with my agent. And so, soon we will know what my future will be and what will happen.”

Two-Horse Race For Kolarov

The name of Aleksandar Kolarov is heating up in the last few hours. According to SportItalia’s Alfredo Pedullà, it will be a duel between Inter and Juventus for the Serbian defender. “For Kolarov, it is a race of two. There is Inter from which City are asking for Ranocchia but the interest from Juve is still very strong.”

Corinthians President: “We’ll Do Everything To Keep Paulinho”

A big interference, a stance. That of Mario Gobbi, Corinthians president, who is a decisive indication for the future of Paulinho, a midfielder that Inter are very interested in:

“I can guarantee that our intention is to keep Paulinho and we will do anything to keep him with us. Now our head is thinking about the Copa Libertadores and if anyone wants to negotiate for our players, they will have to do that after this competition.”

Foreign Money To Beat Inter, Milan For Silvestre?

Both Inter and Milan could be beaten on the front of Matias Silvestre. The Argentinian defender, Stramaccioni’s first choice for the defense, according to Corriere dello Sport has become a transfer target of Rubin Kazan. The Russian club is ready to satisfy Zamparini and Palermo with at least a 12-million offer and 2.5-2.8 million a season to the player. At this point, the only factor that could change the cards on the table is that desire of Silvestre to remain in Italy.

Lucio: “Yes To Fenerbahce But Last Words Belong To Inter”

Lucio is ready to say yes to Fenerbahce. In an interview with Sport Milliyet, here is what the Brazilian defender had to say: “When I was at Bayern, there was already a proposal from Fenerbahce. I would not have problems going there, I can indeed to go Fener. I still don’t know what will happen because certainly the last words belong to Inter.”

Lucio is on his way out of Inter and has communicated his will to change scenery through his agents.

Spalletti Wants Silvestre But Inter The Most Concrete

According to reports from Sky, Matias Silvestre is the center of the current transfer window. The latest team to ask for the player is Luciano Spalleti’s Zenit but Palermo continue to resist. Out of all the teams (including Rubin Kazan), however, Inter seem to be the most interest and in the more advanced stage of negotiations. The track that could lead Silvestre to Inter is more concrete even more than Milan who continue to monitor the Argentinian defender.

Uncertainty Between The Posts

Uncertainty between the posts. The three Inter goalkeepers are still being decided at the moment. The only confirmed so far is Luca Castellazzi but we must wait and see if he is the second or third goal keeper. The first at the moment is Julio Cesar who could leave due to high salary (4.5 million). In his place, the hottest name is of course Udinese goalkeeper Samir Handanovic. The other scenario for Julio Cesar is that the Brazilian could stay to become backup to the Slovenian goalkeeper. That is the more difficult scenario.

For the third, Di Gennaro could be come a hypothesis although he could go on loan elsewhere to gain experience when he is recovered of a hip injury. Difficult also for Bardi: a goalkeeper that Inter are paying close attention on but also he could go on loan for another year.

So the search for Orlandoni’s replacement continues…

MD: Contact Inter-Afellay

It could be Ibrahim Afellay as the surprise signing of Inter. Bringing us this news is the El Mundo Deportivo, always close to anything and everything Barcelona. After the no of Lavezzi and the difficulty for Giovinco and Lucas, Inter are thinking of the Dutch winger. The player would receive the OK from Wesley Sneijder also who advised him to leave after a difficult year at Barcelona.

Contacts between player’s agents and Inter have taken place and negotiations could evolve soon.

Marca: Maicon-Real Relates To Diarra Sale

Soon we will see the Maicon to Real Madrid deal taking off because as of right now, negotiations are somewhat slowed. The reason? According to Marca, Real Madrid are waiting to cash in on Lassana Diarra and then use that money to reinvest on the transfer market, or more specifically Douglas Maicon, the one player that Real are really obsessed about.

Inter Favorite For Kolarov, The Serbian Wants An Italy Return

The name of Aleksandar Kolarov has skyrocketed to the top of transfer target list of Inter management. To confirm here is Alfredo Pedullà, a transfer expert.

“Kolarov strongly wants to return to Italy. The Serbian is one of the few specialists on the left win and for him, Inter are in pole position. But that being said, Inter must watch out for Juventus. The Bianconeri, in fact, have identified Kolarov as a possible reinforcement on the left wing and that after the inquires made by Inter for Giovinco, little appreciated by the club of Agnelli.”

Feyenoord Director: “Castaignos Wants To Come Back”

Feyenoord technical director, Martin Van Geel, announces to the Telegraaf that on his agenda, there is a meeting with the agent of Luc Castaignos to speak again on the possibility of going from Inter to Feyenoord on loan. “If Inter management wants to give him on loan, then we want the player strongly. He is very interested in coming back to us,” explain Van Geel.

Bologna In Juan’s Future?

The future of Juan Jesus cannot be painted in black and blue at least for the next season. The Brazilian has so many requests and especially from Bologna which will receive a response from Inter tomorrow according to the Gazzetta dello Sport. Juan Jesus arrived at Inter in January but due to injuries, did not play in an official match until the very last Serie A game against Lazio. Despite the lack of experience, many teams like Catania and Bologna would like to have the player on loan with the Rossoblu seem to have the most concrete interest.

Afellay: “I Want To Show Barca What I Can Do”

Ibrahim Afellay doesn’t seem caring too much on the latest transfer market rumors that link him to Inter. After an early Euro exit, the player of Barcelona, after a long break due to injury, makes clear of his intentions:

“I look forward to the new season. I wanted to return on the field and now I want to show Barcelona what I can give the club.”

Palermo Director: “Silvestre Wants To Leave”

Giorgio Perinetti, Palermo general director, has updated us on the Matias Silvestre’s situation:

“We have had some contacts and the most intense and detailed was truly with Inter. The Nerazzzurri have been more concrete however, I must also say that there were contacts with foreign clubs as well. Palermo are not a supermarket. We had a difficult year but the foundation is solid and we want to keep the more important players. Silvestre has voiced his willingness to leave. But having made a considerable investment on him, we must receive an equally important offer in case of a sale. We are talking with Inter, the club that has expressed interest in him. There are also foreign clubs but I can say that I never heard anything from Roma for Silvestre. Palermo paid 7 million euros a year ago and so if Silvestre leaves, the amount collected should be higher.”

Lille President: “Not Intended To Sell Debuchy”

A difficult objective to achieve. Inter have move decisively towards Mathieu Debuchy, Lille right-back. However, the French club does not intend to sell their starting right-back who is having a good Euro with France. Assuring us is president Michel Seydoux in an interview with La Voix du Nord:

“Currently in France, there is a clear economic problem and only PSG can spend millions and millions of euros. However, regarding Debuchy, I want to specify that we are not ready to sell him. Of course, it is understandable that many clubs like Debuchy but I assure you that Mathieu is part of our plans and we will not sell. He just renewed his contract a year ago and I did not do it by accident or just to keep him for one more season. Debuchy is a Lille player.”

A clear message by Lille president. It will require a big offer to convince Seydoux but for now the French club resists…

Sky: Contact Ranocchia-Conte But…

According to Sky, there has been a telephone contact between Andrea Ranocchia and Antonio Conte. Juventus are looking for a defender for the upcoming season and the Inter defender seems to fit in the plans of Conte. However, it is very difficult for Ranocchia to leave Inter as he is also considered essential and in the plans of Stramaccioni.

Inter Rejected 12 Million Plus Half Coutinho Request For Handanovic

It is no secret that Samir Handanovic is a transfer target of Inter who have had several discussions with the Bianconeri as confirmed by both parties. But now the official request of Udinese is much higher than expected. Half of Philippe Coutinho plus 12 million of cash. A figure and a counterpart that Inter do not like. The news was reported by Sky’s Gianluca Di Marzio:

“Udinese have asked 12 million and half of Coutinho but it will be difficult for Inter to negotiate with those terms and also because Stramaccioni wants to keep the Brazilian. So now the situation of Handanovic is still related to that of Julio Cesar. The Inter goalkeeper has some offers from Brazil but if he doesn’t leave, the Inter would not acquire the Slovenian keeper.”

Sky: Inter Pushing For Silvestre

Inter want to speed up time and negotiations as well as close the deal for Matias Silvestre according to Sky. In these hours, Inter have taken important steps and want to close the deal. Already tomorrow there will be a meeting with Palermo and there is the desire to acquire Silvestre as soon as possible. The agent is already in Italy and the Nerazzurri will be looking to put in half of Viviano in the deal.

Personal Terms Reach With Handanovic

Inter are ready to strike two players this very week. According to Sky, the Nerazzurri are making some important steps towards Samir Handanovic and Matias Silvestre. First of the Argentinian defender. Inter are working closely with Palermo and the two parties are very close. The meetings that took place recently have taken decisive developments.

On the front of Handanovic, however, Inter have practically reached an agreement with the player. Now, the club will deal with Udinese and the name that certainly will be included in this deal is Marco Davide Faraoni.

Agent: “Interest From Inter Very Real But…”

“The interest coming from Inter is very real but everything depends on Massimo Moratti. He will have to decide the future of Julio Cesar and after that, this negotiation (for Handanovic) will be unlocked.” That was Federico Pastorello, agent of Udinese goalkeeper, discussing the future of his client with SportItalia. Inter like Handanovic a lot but “first we must see what will happen to Julio Cesar.”

Inter continue working on bringing the Slovenian goalkeeper to Milan. Julio Cesar? This is a knot that has not yet been untied.

Luc Castaignos: “I’m Leaving”

Luc Castaignos has finally spoken. To Sky the Dutch striker says all of his intentions as well as saying goodbye to Inter.

“The situation is clear, I want to return to Feyenoord on loan. But Inter have given me an either-or: either a loan in Italy or an outright sale. My response was that in Italy, I only wanted to play for Inter because I only came to Italy to wear the Inter shirt and no other. But now I must go and Inter will help me with a transfer. I am very sad and I won’t deny it but that’s football. My choice has been discussed between me and the club and I am sorry that I did not show my quality.

“I must say thanks to the fans because they helped me in a difficult year but unfortunately this is football. I also regret of not being able to help Feyenoord but now I am looking for a big club.”

Agent: “Interest From Turkish Clubs For Milito But…”

Fernando Hidalgo, to SportItalia, discusses the rumors and apparently interest surrounding his client: Diego Milito. “On Milito, there is interest from some Turkish clubs but surely the Argentinian striker will stay at Inter.” There is no doubt about it.

Paulinho: “Negotiations? There’s Nothing”

Interviewed by Lancenet, the Corinthians midfielder and long time transfer target of Inter Paulinho, discusses his future:

“Many are talking about these rumors of my future in Europe but there is nothing, no negotiations. My objective for now is to stay at Corinthians and I am only thinking of being here.”

Palermo President: “Matias Silvestre To Inter At 99%”

Very important confirmation coming from Maurizio Zamparini to Radio Radio TV on the meeting yesterday with Moratti to discuss Silvestre:

“We met to talk about other businesses and then our discussion went on to Silvestre and I can say that we are on the same page to find an agreement. I would say that the chances to close the deal are at 99%. We will meet again, it is easier to close in two minutes between presidents rather than sporting directors. Figure? We would probably sell at 8-10 million euros.”

8 Million From West Ham For Castaignos To Be Reinvested For Destro

The future of Luc Castaignos seems to have decided and the Dutch striker is destined to leave Inter this summer. The most important revelation is that this potential transfer will be an outright sale rather not a loan. And according to the Gazzetta dello Sport, the Nerazzurri are about to make a tremendous profit and it will be reinvested in the transfer market.

“The money collected for Castaignos (with whom will be a great gain because he cost Inter 1.5 million euros) will be turned to Genoa to secure Mattia Destro, a year older but a lot more ready,” explain Gazzetta referring to the 8 million offer from West Ham.

Sky: Borini Pushing Destro To Rome But…

Angelo Mangiante from Sky Sport has revealed the pushing of Fabio Borini to convince Mattia Destro to join him in Rome: “Borini is seriously spending with so many messages to Destro, trying to convince him to choose Roma. But now it’s time to meetings between the company and offers are subject to value. ”

Inter will bid for Jovetic

Enrico Fedele, known FIFA agent, speaking on Radio Toscana launches a prediction about the future of Stevan Jovetic: “The Montenegrin is a sublime player, very appreciated by Chelsea and he is also an old love of president De Laurentis. But if I had to make a prediction, after the fading track of Giovinco and I don’t think Lucas will come to Inter, the Nerazzurri will make an offer to Fiorentina for Jo-Jo.”

Inter To Raise: 7 Million Plus Bonuses For Debuchy

Inter are preparing to increase their offer for Mathieu Debuchy: according to the French website sport365.fr, the Nerazzurri are ready to make a new offer for the Lille full-back. The new proposal would start with the fixed 7 million euros and Inter would include other bonuses.

Agent: “Inter-Silvestre Not Done Yet”

It is not yet completed in detail the operation for Matias Silvestre to Inter and this was revealed by the player’s agent Cosentino to calciomercato.it. “Inter are certainly a very welcome place but the deal is not quite concluded yet.” Earlier today, we had Zamparini, Palermo president, suggesting that he will meet with Moratti again and that the “chances of closing this deal are at 99%.”

Alfred Duncan To GhanaSoccernet: “Never Asked To Leave”

In an interview with Ghanasoccernet, one of the jewels of Inter Primavera and certainly one of the reasons that our young players are European and Italian Champions, Joseph Alfred Duncan, had denied reports that he is seeking a transfer on loan and that his future is only here.

“I never talked about leaving Inter Milan or going on loan or whatsoever. I just talked about how the reason went for me and commented about the coming season. Inter Milan have been my all and they have made me as a player. I cannot leave the club at this crucial stage of my career. I’m staying put.”

According to reports, the Ghanaian midfielder will join Stramaccioni in training camp in Pinzolo early July.

Meeting In Session For Mattia Destro

Finally. Inter and Genoa are sitting at a table for Mattia Destro and also to discuss other businesses such as Kucka and Longo. The Nerazzurri will now deal directly with Genoa thanks to the fact that the Rossoblu have got all the card of the Italian striker after spending 6 million and half of two players to Siena.

19:56 – And now also president Moratti has left the meeting. “We talked about everything and now we will decide. We are considering all the possibilities. Preziosi said that we are not interested in Destro? Well, he could be right… I like Destro but I also like other players. We will see what happens. Zamparini said that Silvestre is ours at 99%? Well yes and now I will hear from him to understand more. Giovinco? It is right like this.”

19:44 – The meeting between Inter and Genoa is still happening. However, Preziosi just left with a few important words: “It is a pleasure to talk to Moratti. We did not talk about Destro and I don’t think he is in their plans (saying it with a smile). Longo will remain at Inter, Kucka to Genoa.”

19:18 – Sky confirms that the meeting is still in progress. “Zarbano, Genoa man dealing with contracts, is also present. This meeting could very well be decisive. Destro, Kucka and Long are the names on the table.”
19:10 – This meeting for Destro has been going on for a long time. It is still underway with so many pieces (Kucka, Longo) on the table other than the 21 year-old Italian striker.

18:45 – According to FC Inter News, Angelomario Moratti has also arrived at Inter headquarters.

18:40 – The meeting is still going on, both parties are discussing all matters. But the discussion is especially for the future of Mattia Destro, one that Inter want to bring home.

18:16 – Gianluca Di Marzio, through his website, has updated us on the status of negotiations: “Now the meeting between Inter and Genoa is underway to discuss the future of Mattia Destro. Preziosi want to give the entire card of the striker, not just his half. On the table there are other names, we are talking about a complex operation with also Kucka and Longo involved.”

17:55 – The parties are discussing transfer matter in the offices of Inter, the feeling is that this knot will not be simple to untie.

17:43 CET – On the table, there is not only the destiny of Destro: confirmation from the paper that Samuele Longo and Juraj Kucka will also be discussed.

17:40 CET – As reported by the Gazzetta dello Sport, the meeting is attended by Inter president Massimo Moratti, Genoa president Enrico Preziosi, as wellas Capozucca, Zarbano, Ausilio and Branca. At the moment, only missing is the new director of Genoa Pietro La Monaco.

Samuele Longo Now Belongs To Inter

Gianluca Di Marzio of Sky has updated us on what did happen during the meeting between Inter and Genoa.

“Inter have redeemed all the card of Samuele Longo while Juraj Kucka will go to Genoa (Genoa’s half of Longo to Inter, Inter’s half of Kucka to Genoa). the real problem for Destro is the formula: Inter want half while Genoa want to sell outright. Negotiations will continue.”

Not Over For Silvestre, Agent Dines With Milan

Apparently Milan are not giving up on Matias Silvestre and they are trying everything to get the defender. As revealed by Sky, there was a meeting, or rather, a dinner between the agent and Adriano Galliani. The Rossoneri have officially announced the signing of Francesco Acerbi from Chievo today but they would also like the Palermo defender. It’s safe to say that we have a Milan derby on the transfer market.

Surprise Of The Night – Siena Get Half Of Destro

A sensational turn of event in the negotiation for Mattia Destro. Siena, in a meeting just a few moments ago, have acquired half of the player. Apparently the Bianconeri could not come to an agreement with Genoa, one that could send Mattia Destro to Genoa fully. At this point, the situation is reversed with Juventus could take the player due to the good relationship with the club of Mezzaroma. The transfer market men of Mezzaroma sent a fax before midnight a certified mail to formalize the deal.

Genoa president: “Would Not Go Against Moratti’s Interest”

Negotiations for Destro have been disrupted by the acquisition of Siena for the player’s half. To discuss this latest twist in this whole saga, here is the president of Genoa Enrico Preziosi:

“Destro? I have not had the opportunity to speak with Lo Monaco. Things do not change in my opinion. If we could not find an agreement with Siena today, then it could happen tomorrow. Juve? The player cannot go anywhere without our consent, there is no chance. If Siena acquired a half, we will talk. Promised to Inter? We did not promise anything to anybody, we have an open discussion with everyone. With all the conditions on par, Inter would have the advantage to bring him on for a moral discourse. Moratti binds us with affections and friendship and I would not do anything against his interest, although obviously it would have to fit ours. If a team offers 10 and Inter offer 9, I would give to Inter.”

OFFICIAL: Siena Acquired Half Of Destro

It’s not going to be smooth sailing from here on. A.C. Siena have officially announced the acquisition of Destro’s half a few minutes ago.

“A.C. Siena have exercised the right to purchase half of the card of Mattia Destro, one that this past season played with the shirt of the Robur and scored 12 goals, on loan from Genoa.”

With this announcement, it would be a whole lot more difficult for Inter to bring home the player that grew up in their youth system because it is well documented that Siena have a good relationship with Juventus, one of the teams that has a great interest in the Italian striker.

Inter Active On Fernando Of Gremio

Sabatino Durante, a known FIFA agent, speaks to the microphones of Radiocalciomercato about one of the main faces of Brazilian football, the Gremio midfielder Fernando: “He’s a young boy, he has quality technically. A complete player that can do well in our league. He’s doing very well in a team level as the Gremio. Inter are on him actively but there are some German clubs.”

Silvestre’s Agent: “Foundations Are There For Silvestre-Inter”

It was a confusing day yesterday on the Matias Silvestre front as well with Zamparini suggesting that it is 99% done. But at the end of the day yesterday, the player’s agent was seen dining with Milan vicepresident Adriano Galliani. To clear up the situation, here is the same agent talking to FC Inter News:

“From yesterday morning and now to this afternoon, things have not changed much, at least for our purposes. We are here, waiting for some for someone to call us. As I have said, Silvestre from Palermo to Inter is still not a completed negotiation, although foundations have been laid. We will see what happens although I don’t have the time table. I cannot say if this negotiation would be closed today for the next day. Four-year contract? I’m not going into details. Silvestre, for now, is staying calm: he got married last Saturday and deserves a few days of rest.”

Bidding War Of Three For Destro

According to the Corriere dello Sport , the auction for Mattia Destro looks really expensive. When everything was in place for a transfer of the attacker to Inter via Genoa, but Siena decided to exercise the option of a co-ownership. And for this reason, Juventus and Roma back in the race. So for the Italian striker we have a bidding war between Inter, Juve and Roma, something that Massimo Moratti wanted to avoid.

Bologna Director: “We Like Juan Jesus”

This rumor has been around for weeks: Bologna are very interested in Juan Jesus. And to reveal the truth here is the general director of Genoa Roberto Zanzi:

“We have expressed our preference on Juan Jesus saying that we like the player: however, we still have not started negotiation with Inter for the simple fact that these days are related to co-ownership deals. I think that from next week, we can go forward and there should be time to talk about negotiations, including that of Juan Jesus.”

Inter Not Letting Go Of Destro, First Contact With Siena

“We like Mattia Destro and we will evaluate the price after the latest developments.” The words from Marco Branca are an important signal and not casual. Because just revealed by Sky, Inter have established contacts with Siena: inquires to bring this thing forward because there has been a moral pact with Genoa for quite some time. This contact shows that Inter are not letting go of Destro and have their eyes fixed on the player. For Siena, however, this is the moment of calmness and want to evaluate all situations. Inter and Genoa are on the move, Juve and Roma are behind but ready to strike again. The Destro intrigue continues…

Marco Branca On The Latest Transfer Developments

A lengthy transfer market discussion between Inter technical director Marco Branca and Tele Radio Stereo. Here are his words starting with Mattia Destro.

“The contractual situation of Destro between Genoa and Siena does not directly concern us. Some time ago we had a talk with Genoa to enter into a partnership for Mattia Destro, a player that we know well. But now we must evaluate the price tag because yes we are thinking of Destro but we must always put the price tag in front. Destro is a player of great prospects, it’s true that there is a crisis of his role but the quality of Mattia are not questionable, however, the economic questions are there. We are also evaluating other solutions for the attack. I would like to clarify that our relationship with Genoa is good simply because Genoa have a good relationship with the majority of the clubs. Preziosi is a passionate football fan and I think that Milan, for example, have equally good relationships.”

Who are Inter following on the transfer market?

“Ideas are not lacking at Inter although we maybe lack the support for those ideas. But we have many ideas and if the first idea is not doable, we try to implement the second and then the third. This year we have to make choices that from the economic point of view can bear fruit for a few seasons. In comparison to the biggest clubs around Europe like the Spanish, City, United and Chelsea, we have the same costs but half of revenues. So we must make choices, even the painful one if necessary, because these costs are no longer sustainable.”

Can Lucas arrive? What about Pazzini, could he leave? Is it a done deal for Silvestre?

“Inter are in a position that doing deals that worth 15-20 million, we must think about it. The same applies for Lucas of Sao Paulo. I understand that it is difficult to digest some new dynamics for the fans. For Pazzini like any other, we are pleased that our players are much appreciated and he is one of the players that we will evaluate. 99% done for Silvestre? I appreciate the optimism of Zamparini but the Silvestre deal is not 99% done.”

A message to the fans of Inter.

“Inter do not want to hide. Our effort in the transfer market is to give our fans a competitive team. This is our goal to be pursued until the end of August.”

Genoa President To Juve: “Destro Will Never Go To A Club Without My Agreement”

Literally an explosion coming from Enrico Preziosi. The Genoa president is furious with the fact that Siena have half of Destro and also other clubs behind the Bianconeri. Preziosi has made it clear today after the meeting with Massimo Moratti.

“Siena wanted and now Mezzaroma (Siena president) will get to keep him so enjoy it. Destro will stay at Siena because he will never go to a club without me agreeing to it.”

Words of fire because it is clear that Preziosi had virtually sold Destro to Inter on Wednesday and the inclusion of other teams behind Siena (Juve and Roma) is absolutely not appreciated. Genoa want to sell Destro to Inter. A clear provocation that opens a war between Genoa and Siena with a slap in the face of Juve and Roma.

Meanwhile, Sky’s Gianluca Di Marzio explains what’s behind the words of Enrico Preziosi:

“Preziosi’s message is directly at Juventus. The Turin club was behind the shoulders of Siena pushing Mezzaroma to acquire the half of Destro and as a result, agreement between Genoa and Inter collapsed. Preziosi has taken a stand and warned Juve: for Destro, they will never get his OK.”

Branca: “Longo’s Situation Defined”

The meeting between Inter and Genoa today has officially ended. Duration time? Around two hours. Massimo Moratti remained silent leaving his offices while Inter sporting director Marco Branca said that there is no news regarding Mattia Destro. “We have only defined the situation of Longo and Kucka. For Destro there is no news.” Even Capozucca, Genoa sporting director, went away without speaking to the media.

De Jong Negotiating Renewal With City?

Nigel De Jong, whose contract with City expires in June of 2013, is one of the midfielders on the list of Inter directors. Talks are continuing with the English club especially on the front of Kolarov but it is possible that the Nerazzurri will also discuss the Dutch midfielder who has a value of 10 million euros. However, according to the English media, Roberto Mancini is ready to give him a chance for a contract renewal seeing how he has no intention to sign anybody for the midfield.

OFFICIAL: Samuele Longo Fully Owned By Inter

After two intensive meetings between Inter and Genoa, it is now official that Samuele, previously co-owned by both clubs, is now fully an Inter player. In an official press release a few moments ago, in fact, there are five players that now fully belong to Inter.

1. Enrico Alfonso, goalkeeper, born 1988, last season at Cremonese, co-owned between Inter and Chievo Verona, solution: Inter.

2. Francesco Bardi, goalkeeper, born 1992, last season at Livorno, co-owned between Inter and Livorno, solution: Inter.

3. Samuele Longo, striker, born 1992, last season at Inter, co-owned between Inter and Genoa, solution: Inter.

4. Felice Natalino, defender, born 1992, at Crotone since January, co-owned between Inter and Genoa, solution: Inter.

5. Meme Baba Thiam, striker, born 1992, last season at Avellino, co-owned between Inter and Sassuolo, solution: Inter.

A few other notable names are Emiliano Viviano (co-ownership with Palermo renewed), Lorenzo Tassi (co-ownership with Brescia renewed), Obiora Nwankwo (co-ownership with Parma renewed), Marko Livaja (co-ownership with Cesena renewed), Rene Krhin (co-ownership with Bologna renewed), Lorenzo Crisetig (co-ownership with Parma renewed), and last but not least Juraj Kucka (co-ownership with Genoa resolved, solution: Genoa).

Massimo Moratti: “Destro? Siena And Genoa Know More”

Today was the last day dedicated to co-ownership deals. A few minutes ago, at the exit of his Saras offices, Massimo Moratti responded brieftly to the reporters’ questions.

President, Enrico Preziosi wanted Mattia Destro to Inter and now he says that Destro will play in Siena next season. What happened?
“I do now know, they (Siena and Genoa) know more.”

Still have hope?
“It is not the question of being hopeful. We are just keeping an eye on the transfer market, nothing more.”

They said certain agreements were changed so there was a pact for Destro’s arrival at Inter?
“Ask Preziosi, I don’t know.”

Genoa-Inter Together For Mr. X: Wallace Of Fluminense

His name is Wallace and he is the latest idea of Genoa and Inter. Massimo Moratti and Enrico Preziosi continue to communicate and at this hour there was another meeting. Coming out of it was the name of the Brazilian full-back, born in 1994, owned by Fluminense. Wallace is a right-back who is already in the U-20 Brazilian team. Considered as one of the most promising talents in Brazil, he made Fluminense first team when he was just 18 years old. The cost is about 3 million euros. Wallace’s characteristics are very strong offensively but must improve significantly on the defensive end.

With his non-EU status, the idea of Inter and Genoa is that the player could go to the Rossoblu but remaining between the two clubs is a moral commitment.

Mediaset: Mudingayi Close, There Will Be An Agreement

Albano Guaraldi, Bologna president, has made it clear that Gaby Mudingayi could soon be an Inter player as the Nerazzurri have been wanting him for some time. According to Sport Mediaset, both clubs will find an agreement without problems.

Meanwhile the Gazzetta dello Sport reports that Mudingayi could be with the team as early as mid July in Pinzolo for training camp.

“Inter already have the Belgian midfielder in their hands and could have the player already in Pinzolo. The problem? As revealed by the Bologna president Albano Guardaldi: ‘We will only talk after the sentences of the betting scandal.’ So is everything suspended? Yes, it won’t be a big deal.”

Genoa President: “Destro Either To Siena Or Genoa”

“My position is quite clear. Destro will not play with another shirt other than that of Siena.” That was Genoa president Enrico Preziosi to Tutto Mercato Web after the Bianconeri decided to exercise their option of getting half of Destro.

Siena sporting director Antonelli said that it is a utopia for his club to keep the player…

“I do not have to answer to Antonelli. I will reiterate that the player for me can only wear the shirt of Siena or Genoa. There are no other possibilities.”

What if presented to Siena is an interesting offer from other clubs?

“Siena will not sale. To me, the player can only wear those two shirts.”

Agent: “Destro’s Future Already Decided. Roma? Nothing…”

Mattia Destro and the future? It has already been decided. To ensure this is his agent Renzo Contratto to RomaNews.

Are you still in contacts with Roma. Could Destro end up here?
“No, there is no contact of any kind and I have never heard from sporting director Sabatini.”

What other teams are interested in the player?
“He is a player that has many requests and not just from Italy but also from abroad.”

So where would the player want to go?
“The player has in mind what he wants to do and has already decided his future. I cannot say more at this moment and in the coming days we will know more about this situation.”

Stramaccioni Wants To Keep Longo And Sneijder

Andrea Stramaccioni would like to keep two players: Samuele Longo and Wesley Sneijder. For the first one there are many offers from teams in Serie A like Bologna and Atalanta but the Inter coach seems determined to focus on him as well as Philippe Coutinho.

For Sneijder, the issue is more complex. His high salary of 6 million net per season could force Inter to sell. A sale, for now, seems not very likely at the moment because there is no offer. Something that makes Stramaccioni happy.

Lucio’s Agent In Turkey, Meeting With Fenerbahce Wednesday

Lucio’s agent, Sandro Becker, has arrived in Turkey and it is the Turkish press has ensured us the presence of Becker in Istanbul. A meeting is expected to be on Wednesday between Lucio’s representative and Fenerbahce directors. Inter are waiting for his sale to free up payroll.

Sky: Paulinho Waiting For Inter

Gianluca Di Marzio has updated us on all negotiations regarding Inter.

“For Lucio, the final outcome of negotiations with Fenerbahce is not obvious but there is confidence between the Turks and agent Becker to find an agreement. And at that point, Inter would go straight to Silvestre. For the Argentinian, the agreement has been reached. No movement at this time for other possible sales such as Julio Cesar, Maicon, Pazzini and Forlan. Coming in there is Paulinho who has said no to other clubs and is waiting for Inter.”

Sky: Watch Out For Cissokho If Maicon Leaves

Maicon is one of the most likely names that could leave Inter this summer and so, the Nerazzurr have been searching for a replacement and there are many names such as Kolarov and Debuchy. And now adding to that list is Aly Cissokho, Lyon left-back. According to reports, there have already been contacts between Inter management and the player’s agent. If Maicon leaves, a very likely scenario, Inter could turn their attention to Cissokho.

“There is also Inter for Aly Cissokho. The left-back is on his way out of Olympique Lyon and now Inter are thinking of this solution. However, the Nerazzurri must sell Maicon first and then get serious for Cissokho. Even Napoli are interested but before anything, they want to sell Dossena. For Inter, if a left-back arrives, Zanetti and Jonathan will be right-backs while the newcomer will start on the left with Nagatomo as an alternative. For the right side Debuchy remains a possibility while Cissokho is not the only candidate for the left because there is also Kolarov. For the Serbian, there is no agreement with Manchester City who is asking for 12 million.”

Roma Are Serious, Meeting Planned For Destro

A meeting has been planned for Mattia Destro. Roma are serious and ready to strike. It is no secret that Roma are interested in the Italian and the Giallorossi would like to acquire Destro as a gift to Zeman. According to Sky, sporting directors of both clubs will start negotiating in a meeting between tomorrow or Wednesday. The Gialorrossi will try for Destro via Siena, the club that recently acquired half of the player. Inter, meanwhile, have a strong agreement with Genoa. So this situation remains in balance…

Moratti: “Sell Before Buy”

In just a few words, Massimo Moratti has basically summed up our transfer market strategy for this summer window. “There is nothing regarding the transfer market, there is nothing to say.” This is the thought of the Inter president talking to the press in front of his Saras offices. “Sales first? Absolutely…”

The one prime example of this is the Silvestre situation. A few weeks ago it seemed all done with Zamparini’s words (“99% chance Silvestre will come to Inter”) but a couple of days ago, the same Zamparini suggested that things are on hold. Why? Well, Inter are waiting to understand what the future of Lucio is. The player’s agent is in Turkey to negotiate with Fenerbahce and once Inter have the green light, incoming transfers will come…

Milan Back In For Silvestre?

Thiago Silva is suddenly back on the market. After the decision of Berlusconi to stop negotiation with PSG for the Brazilian defender and ultimately remove him on the market, Thiago Silva has asked the Rossoneri to have a retouch on his salary (increase). Too high for Milan and everything is now back in question. According to Rai Sport, Galliani will meet with Berlusconi to figure out what to do. With this latest development in the Thiago Silva saga, it is believed that Milan, if the sale of Silva comes to tuition, will go directly to Matias Silvestre, one that, according to the same source, Inter have offered 8.2 million for. However, the Rossoneri management believes that they still have some room for negotiation and ready for a transfer market derby.

Inter Said No To Lucio’s Request Of Golden Handshake

Lucio is on his way out of Inter and his agent is already working to find him a club in Turkey and today there was an approach from Lucio’s representatives with Inter to see if there is a possibility of a golden handshake (buyout) because the Brazilian’s high salary has slowed down negotiation with Fenerbahce. Inter did not come to an agreement. So if the player has an agreement with the Turkish club, he is free to go but without a buyout.

Loan Requests For Juan Jesus Stopped Momentarily

Juan Jesus has a lot of interest especially within Italy from teams like Catania, Cagliari and Bologna. However the possible transfer of Juan Jesus has been stopped by Inter, at least momentarily. According to Sky, all the loan requests for the Brazilian defender are now in stand-by because the Nerazzurri want to evaluate the position of Ranocchia and Lucio.

Agent: “Gomez Has Requests"

Speaking to TMW, Leo Rodriguez, the agent of the Catania talent Alejandro Gomez, discusses the future of his like that is followed by Inter. “Alejandro is a player that liked and requested (by other clubs). However we will have to wait because the transfer window has just begun.”

Bologna Want Longo On Loan

Inter are considering a loan move for Samuele Longo. According to Sky, the Primavera striker is very appreciated by many clubs especially Bologna who is negotiating to bring him to the Rossoblu on loan. Inter are now evaluating this possible solution after acquiring all of Longo from Genoa.

Inter Have Decided To Keep Ranocchia

Inter have decided to keep Andrea Ranocchia according to Gianluca Di Marzio of Sky. There was supposed to be a meeting between Inter and the player’s representatives today (requested by the player’s representatives) but there was no need as Inter are planning to have Ranocchia at the start of training camp in Pinzolo. An important confirmation in this situation because this gesture would surely give the boy some confidence and he should feel more important and trusted.

If there is a big offer, Inter would still evaluate it (the same goes with every player on the team) but at the moment the message is clear: Andrea Ranocchia is not on the transfer market.

Similar report coming from Mediaset. Inter have decided to removed the defender from the transfer market where he has many admires in PSG and Manchester City.

Gaby Mudingayi: “Inter? Such Pride”

Gaby Mudingayi is one of the hottest names at the moment. A low-cost purchase for the midfield. In addition to Inter (the favorite), he is also liked at Milan and Napoli. Here is Mudingayi talking about these rumors to Radio Kiss Kiss Napoli.

“I like Italian football, I want to stay here and end my career. Hearing rumors of Napoli, Milan and Inter, they fill me with pride. I remain in contact with Federico Pastorello, my agent, and if there is something concrete, the club will let me know.”

Transfer Market Meeting – New Name For The Midfield: Fernando

There was a meeting today between Massimo Moratti, Marco Branca and Piero Ausilio regarding our transfer market strategies. Coming out from it is a new name, sort of: Fernando of Porto. The Brazilian midfielder was linked with us at one point in the past but now according to Sky, he, among with Mudingayi and Paulinho, could be a solution for next season.

Agent: “Many Requests For Faraoni”

Marco Davide Faraoni leaving Inter seems to be a hot topic in recent weeks. The kid from Bracciano, who finished last season with 14 appearances and a goal in the 5-0 win over Parma, has been approached by several teams. All options remain open and the player’s future has not been decided yet. Here is the words from Faraoni’s agent, Giovanni Bia:

“We are waiting to see and understand what the Inter plans are. From that moment on, we would have a clearer view of the situation. On Faraoni, however, there is interest from half of Serie A and I don’t think it would be difficult to find another club, with the mutual agreement with Inter, for Davide. We’ll see what happens. If there is no news in the upcoming days, the boy will go to training came with Inter in Pinzolo next week.”

Competition For Samir Handanovic

Despite Inter have already had an agreement with the representatives of Samir Handanovic, the Udinese goalkeeper continues to be a target from the big English clubs. According to the Gazzetta dello Sport, “Arsenal and Tottenham continue to send messages to the club from Friuli especially Spurs want him as the replacement for Brad Friedel.”

Inter Have First Option On Sebastian Jung?

Gianluca Di Marzio from Sky has explained what happened during the meeting today between Inter and Eintracht Frankfurt for Luca Caldirola and Sebastian Jung:

“The meeting between the two clubs went well. For Caldirola, both parties are moving closer and he may go on loan in Germany. For Jung, however, Eintracht said that they do not want to sell in this transfer market window. There were offers from Schalke and Werder Bremen for 5 million but Frankfurt want to keep their starter for another year. Inter have gotten some sort of option as a preferred team should the club sell Sebastian Jung.”

OFFICIAL: Contract Termination For Lucio

Inter have officially announced the farewell of Lucio in its official website.

"F.C. Internazionale announce that the documents of a consensual and friendly termination of Lucio’s contract were filed in Lega Serie A offices.

"The Brazilian defender, who was tied to the club until June 30, 2014, played with the Nerazzurri shirt for 136 official matches, scored five goals, and won one Scudetto, two Coppa Italia, one Italian Super Cup, one UEFA Champions League and one Club World Cup.

"The most affectionate salute to Lucio and his family from F.C. Internazionale."

Genoa And Siena Will Find Agreement

There will be a meeting for Mattia Destro according to Alfredo Pedulla of Rai. ”Inter, Roma and Juvenus are all interested in Destro. Genoa have planned a meeting with Siena for next week. The Rossoblu will find an agreement with the Toscani, and Destro will be all of Preziosi, who then put him on market immediately.”

Leonardo: “No Offer For Maicon”

Interviewed by French newspaper Le Parisien , PSG sporting director Leonardo denies rumors of a negotiation for Maicon.

“According to the newspapers we are looking for everybody, but in reality there is hardly anything. On the right we have Jallet and Bisevac. Sakho? He will remain with us, he is young and has the opportunity here to demonstrate his qualities.”

Silvestre-Inter Almost Done. Signature To Come Wednesday?

The deal to bring Matias Silvestre to Inter from Palermo is almost closed and the decisive day seems to be this Wednesday, so within 48 hours. The two parties will again and in all probability, they will put pen to paper with the Rosanero. Training camp in Pinzolo is starting this week and the Inter coach Stramaccioni will have his new Argentinian central defender. For the player, a four-year contract is ready with just under two million per.

The player’s representatives did not confirm this rumor but merely stated that “there will be important news in the next two days.” Wednesday it is…

West Ham Interested In Dejan Stankovic

The number of veteran players at Inter is on the verge of being reduced. After the official farewell of Lucio, while Maicon and Julio Cesar seem far away from Inter, now even Dejan Stankovic could be the next candidate despite the will of staying in black and blue, like he said a few days ago. As reported by Sky, West Ham have made inquires for the Serbian midfielder. This is a concrete gesture although there is a considerable problem, the player is making 2.5 million and has a contract for two more years.

Inter, however, would not have any problem letting go of Deki. In the coming days, new developments will arrive on this front. There are major obstacles, yes, but Stankovic’s future is uncertain…

Udinese Owner: “Want Handanovic? Inter Must Contact Us!”

Speaking to Sky, Giampaolo Pozzo, Udinese owner, explains the situation that could bring Samir Handanovic to Inter:

“I’m not blaming anyone but there is a small problem. Some people contact the players but first you should really find an agreement with the club. Inter are acting completely the right way just like their directors, the relationship is good and we have no problems. Branca was also a good player of mine so I have nothing (bad) to say. But since we are talking about Handanovic, just you should contact Udinese.”

Minimal contact with Inter:

“From our side, there was never a direct contact where Inter told us that they want to buy. We would not sell Samir but we know that if there is a big club that wants him, then we would not have the means to keep the player. How much is Samir worth? Eh… for me he is one of the best goalkeepers in the world. He has a great value and maybe it can be done with a swap. If Inter have the right counterparts, the operation can be much more simplified. We’ll see how this ends.”

Inter, Silvestre Reached Agreement

Matias Silvestre is getting closer and closer to Inter. According to Sky, the meeting at the Inter headquarters between Silvestre’s agent, Cosentino and Inter directors have finished. The result? The player and club have found an agreement. At this point, however, Inter will continue working on closing the gap between that the Nerazzurri want to offer and what Palermo are asking for. Negotiations continue but tonight, Silvestre and Inter are much closer…

Meeting Inter-Samp For Poli

There was a meeting between Inter and Sampdoria today for Andrea Poli. Important developments were there and the two parties are moving closer to find an agreement of cash plus players. On the list there are many names like Marko Livaja, Giulio Donati, Luca Caldirola and Davide Faraoni. Inter are making important steps towards Andrea Poli by adding players to reduce the asking price initially.

Tutto Mercato Web Announces: Matias Silvestre, Virtually An Inter Player

Matias Silvestre, Palermo defender, at this moment is virtually a player of Inter. The agreement seems practically concluded at 8.3 million euros (but Palermo will try to bargain until the last minute, trying to get to 8.5). To the player, a four-year contract of around 2 million per season is ready. White smoke could arrive by the weekend.

Marco Branca: “Matias Silvestre? We’ll See”

Marco Branca, as always with few words, spoke to Sky as he was leaving Inter headquarters after the meeting with agent of Matias Silvestre.

“There is no progress or setbacks. This is the classic time of the transfer market where anybody is speaking a little bit with everybody so we’ll see. Other than the agent, have we spoken to Palermo? We have been talking with them for some time. Other transfer objectives? It’s too soon.”

Negotiations Continue For Maicon, Chelsea To Put 8 Million On The Table

A true revolution is happening at Inter. After Lucio, another Brazilian defender could be on his way out of Inter. According to Sky, Chelsea and Inter are getting closer and will continue to negotiate for Douglas Maicon. This negotiation is on a right track because there is an economic base and from which both teams will continue talking: 8 million euros plus bonus. The deal is not done by any mean but Maicon is moving away from Inter and closer to London.

Bologna President: “Agreement With Inter For Mudingayi”

Speaking to “Il Pallone nel sette,” Bologna president Albano Guaraldi reveals important news regarding the future of Gaby Mudingayi. “There is already an agreement with Inter. We are just waiting to know the decisions of Palazzi (regarding the betting scandal). In exchange are cash and players.”

We’ll have to wait for the official announcement but it seems like everything is done.

Marco Branca: “We’ll Meet Palermo Tomorrow”

Andrea Stramaccioni and Marco Branca met today at the headquarters of Inter just to talk about the transfer market. Arrived dressed in a white polo shirt, Strama at the entrance only released a brief statement: “We are very motivated, very fired up for the start of the season.” Then he entered. At the end of the meeting, Marco Branca also released a short statement: “Maicon leaving? It’s (transfer market) still long and we don’t have any news today. Tomorrow we will meet Palermo for Silvestre and probably also the player’s agent.”

Sampdoria President Leaves Doors Open For Pazzini But There’s Problem

Speaking to Radio Sportiva, Sampdoria president Garrone opens doors to a possible return of Giampaolo Pazzini: “Pazzini is still in the hearts of our fans but everything will depend on the willingness of Inter.”

Not just the willingness of Inter however. Yes, Giampaolo Pazzini is in the center of discussions between Inter and Samp directors as both clubs are talking for the redemption of Andrea Poli. The striker, after a black year at Inter, is playing with the idea of returning to Sampdoria but there is a huge problem that would hamper the possible return: the salary received by Pazzini.

The striker is making 2.5 million euros a year and with Inter he still has three more seasons. With these numbers, they are clearly out of the budget of Samp.

Meeting Inter-Cesena For Luca Caldirola

A meeting to talk mainly about young players. This is confirmed by Igor Campedelli, Cesena president, to Sky after a meeting with Inter in headquarters. “We only spoke about the young players. Caldirola could come to us, Livaja no however. Parolo? He has many requests.”

Caldirola is co-owned between Inter and Cesena, one that is liked by Eintracht Frankfurt and Sampdoria. Also Livaja, again co-owned by these two clubs, is a transfer target of Sampdoria. These are the young players that were discussed in the meeting today…

Diego Forlan: “I Still Have A Contract”

During an interview with an Uruguayan television, Diego Forlan confirms that the next few days will be decisive for his future. Very soon, he will meet with Inter to decide an ideal solution and this was confirmed by Il Cacha himself.

“For now, I still have a contract with Inter and in the next few days I will return to Italy. Porto Alegre? These are just rumors.”

A return to sort out the missing detail for his departure after a disappoint season.

Palermo General Director: “Hopefully Everything Will Be Resolved Soon”

Speaking to Radio Radio, Giorgio Perinetti, general director of Palermo, discusses the future of Matias Silvestre.

“We started a conversation with Inter and now you must put in place the details. We must not overlook the details. The base is solid and I hope that everything will be resolved soon. Inter are the first club with which we started speaking to and I hope we close this negotiation with them.”

Gaby Mudingayi: “Interest From Inter Very Concrete, I Am Flattered”

Speaking to TMW, Gaby Mudingayi talks about the transfer market situation in which he is very close to Inter.

“At this moment I think that Inter are a very concrete possibility but the two clubs will have to talk about it. For now I am coming back from vacation and my agent is thinking about this very situation. I can say that I cannot be anything but flattered by such interest.”

S.C. Internacional To Send Lawyer To Milan And Help Forlan Terminating Contract

The situation of Diego Forlan is getting more and more intricate. S.C. Internacional are eagerly waiting for the resolution of contract with Inter before making any step forward. The latest development was revealed by ESPN Estadao that is the club in Porto Alegre have sent a lawyer to Milan in order to help Forlan conclude the legal discussion with Inter and end his contract. Internacional want to speed up time because their sporting director Fernandao explained that “it will be difficult to keep Leandro Damiao.” And the intention is to replace him with Forlan. Meanwhile for Inter, the Nerazzurri are waiting and negotiating because closing the contract must be my mutual agreement. Is a request of a golden handshake on the horizon? We’ll see…

Latest On Pazzini And Silvestre

Inter continue pressing on Matias Silvestre. The next planned meeting between the Nerazzurri and Palermo should already be tonight to define the missing final details. Yesterday there was also a meeting with the player’s agent Pablo Cosentino so Inter are inching closer to get their man for the defense. Not much left to defined between all parties.

Meanwhile, in terms of outgoing transfer, there have been contacts and inquires from Sampdoria for Pazzini. The Blucerchiati are studying a possible return of Pazzini to the city of Genoa and they have asked for the availability of the player. Pazzini’s representatives will decide within 24 hours and will give a response to Sampdoria.

Sky: Maicon-Chelsea Could Happen This Week

A week of many farewells for Inter. After that of Lucio, and with Forlan ready for his transfer to Brazil, Maicon is already packing his suitcase. The Brazilian, according to Sky, could already make his move to Chelsea this week. The offer from the Blues is 8 million euros plus bonus, very close to what Inter are requesting for (10 million).

Lucio To Have Medical Tomorrow And Then Become Juve Player

Lucio is now back in Italy and tomorrow morning he will have a medical exam with Juventus. The negotiations between the Brazilian defender and the Bianconeri are now closed and the former Inter player will sign a two-year deal at 2.3 million per season plus bonus.
