Recalcati's site with the same parma story that gds had a few days ago. Only difference is they have it as the full card of jimenez instead of 50%. Mariga and biabany to inter fully and €10 million to parma. With co-ownerships of obi and nwankwo. The site doesn't mention where the two kids play, gds said inter.

But it seems we can consider this as pretty much done since a few sites are now reporting this news.

How are they getting full Jimenez? I thought we only hold 50% of him.
Anyways, if these figures add up we are actually paying quite a bit for the duo.
50% of Jimenez (6 mil) + 2.5 mil + 10 mil = 18.5 mil

Check the jimenez thread. We acquired ternana's half about a month ago.

Yeah, we haven't owned Jimenez fully ever. Basically we are paying that sum to get only Mariga. Because the situation at the start (before last season) was that we owned Biabiany. He was only loaned to Parma. Then we gave 50% of him + 2,5m€ to Parma for getting 50% of Mariga. Now we are just getting that 50% of Biabiany back, and if we pay 10m€ and 50% of Jimenez, we are just back in the same spot as last summer with the exception that we have Mariga and don't have 50% of Jimenez.

So Mariga will be a pretty expensive acquisition. Of course, we managed to give Biabiany full season at the smaller club where he got plenty of playing time so that's a clear advantage too.

What do you think about Hernanes?

it seems both Gerrard and Fabregas unlikely.

Hernanes can play instead Motta's place and can be a vice Sneijder.

if i remember correctly he linked with us before...

I would rather get Ramires...he at least has become a staple in the Brazilian NT and he is also younger than Hernanes.

NO hernanes or ramires please! we need someone with experience in top leagues as he's gonna be a starter for most of the season. Thiago motta is known for his injuries and inconsistency, therefore we need someone with a higher profile than those two. I'd prefer moutinhio "Yes, he plays in the Portuguese league just like ramires but he's way better than him and has a better prospect" or maybe arteta?

If teams had that attitude, the Kaka's and Ronaldinho's would still be playing in their smaller leagues. Ramires has 11 caps for Brazil as a 23 year old. That is no easy task. Since being used as a sub in one match, he has become a staple in the starting lineup.

Plus it is hilarious that you say we need someone with experience in top leagues and then have a suggestion of a player who plays in the same league as Ramires...simply brilliant! Moutinho is a great player, but don't hate on Ramires for playing in a small league and then name people in the same league lol

I heard Guti is leaving Madrid...if we can pick him up for cheap he would be someone IMO who can compliment Sneijder and add creativity to our midfield.

Guti will be 34 soon...unless he comes free, I do not think we should be buying players that old.

If we get him for like 10 million on a 2 year deal I think it would be good. He's a playmaker, players like him dont get worse with age...it can be like when we signed Figo..

Figo was a Ballon d'Or winner and a FIFA World Player of the Year and Runner-up...why are we comparing him to Guti??

Because Guti is CLASS.

It shows you've never really seen him play, his vision and passing are second to none. I guarantee you that if he leaves Madrid he'll shine even at his age...no one plays to their potential in that cancer team.

There is absolutely no need for Mascherano because Inter has Cambiasso and Mariga as his back up.

And if Torres and Gerrard aren't coming, I would consider one of Skrtel/Agger as back up CB(If Matrix retires and Cordoba goes to Fiorentina) because apparently Ranocchia is coming in January.

And the rest? Only Aquilani, he is the type of midfielder that Inter needs. Yes, he is awfully injury prone, but quality player imo.

Mariga is some way of being a starter. Rafa may want 2 dmc's in his 4-2-3-1 system. That's what he used at valencia with baraja and albelda.

But Baraja is/was surely more technical player than Cambiasso and Mascherano and better passer.

We just need one good passer at DM, not a pair of Cambiasso and other great defensive DM.

Seriously, Aquilani anyone?

And i mentioned Mariga as Cambiasso's back up, not starter.;)
