As some of you have already pointed out, even if he won the case and managed to force his way back into the team, he wouldn't get to play anyway. So what's his end game? I refuse to believe he's so deluded as to think that, once reinstated, he could win Conte over and convince him to give him a chance.
Personally, I wouldn't be surprised if this was a move agreed with Paratici in order to pressure us into accepting juve's last minute lowball offer. If that's the case, I demand that we make an example of him and fuck up his career.

If this is some weird next-level-game he's playing, it doesn't look he's winning. Juventus has to put big money on the table to get him.
