“There are two days left now and we’re certainly very confident we can find a solution which respects Icardi’s value, as well as corresponding to the respect we have for him for the professionalism he’s always demonstrated.

There are very tiny but telling indications that Rube are behind this: They have left the number 9 unassigned. If they have no plans to offload Higuain why not let him have the number he used to wear just a year ago?

Also the timing of Icardi's suing is curious. If he really wanted to stay and reinstate himself into the squad, then why not refuse all offers and wait until the mercato is over? Then, after the deadline, make a much stronger case to be included into to squad since he can't move out of the club.

Like some of you have already pointed out, I am convinced a low ball offer from the scums will arrive in the next two days. And if I'm being completely honest I am not sure what's worse: conceding and sending Icardi to rube or having this joker stick around with us for at least another year while his wife keeps stirring shit up in front of a national audience on a weekly basis.

I also believe JuBe is behind the whole Icardi drama. It's not the first time either (Cannavaro - Carini, Platini transfer to Inter,...)

It's hardcore business to destroy your opponent, and I'am glad Inter is keeping their stance on Icardi's situation. Marotta knows who he is dealing with.

I think icardi's strategy is simple
He wants to be a pain in the a** to the point that it's better for inter to either release him for free or accept lowball offer from jube.

Sure, the lawsuit itself might be frivolous in nature, but it will take times to get into court to be thrown out by judge, no way in 3 days court will throw the case out thus, we ended up stuck with Icardi. This is more attractive for media but more unnecessary news for inter. Imagine how much Wanda will trash talk inter in that talk show, or how pre-match and post-match interview will be focused on the court case.

And that is exactly what Icardi and Wanda are counting on. Become such a big nuisance that Inter cut their losses. But Marotta won't fall for this. Fuck Rube, now its time to make an example of his ingrate, unprofessional little shit.

After seeing this:

I'm more keen on the Dybala swap. Those stats as him in a front two are really good

Sure but is that really a rosier situation to be in than just sending him to Turin and be done with this saga once and for all?

Few points.

1. Do any of you still think there is anybody in the world who would handle this case any better? If you think you want to handle it by some other logic and common sense in a different way, let me stop you right there and remind you we're talking about an idiot who sues club into playing him. If he wins, I'm flying to Italy the next morning to sue my employer into not paying me twice what I earn curently.

2. If anybody still thinks both sides are guilty here, I'm curious how the percentages are spreaded here? Is it 50-50? If so, I'm wondering how stripping him of captaincy (which is 100% perogative of the club) and communicating him he is not part of the clubs plans (also 100% perogative) equal to player LITERALY suing the club he so much adores (I mean, they wrote it on his social media platforms, and clearly words are more important than actions).

Really hard to believe Icardi really would be such an idiot that he rather sit on the stands rather than play and earn double salary. If this is some weird next-level-game he's playing, it doesn't look he's winning. Juventus has to put big money on the table to get him. Monaco already made their offer, Napoli already made their offer, he refused both. It's getting thin if he wants to play for real next season.
Cafe, it's not hard, and with all due respect I think many Inter fans here have a sensible problem of believing he is that stupid. I know because I couldn't believe it either, but once you are past it it'a much easier to understand not only this situation, but also a simple fact that nothing and noone could do anything that this whole icardi saga would look much different. The only difference would be that it would start in the summer, and we might be out of CL because we would ignore all the shit him and his agent would continue to spread for as long as he was a saint cow at Inter, aka captain.

But let me assure you all. Yes. He is THAT stupid.

How reliable his suing rumor? I mean newspapers can write anything regarding this saga, it isnt necessarily true.

Everybody is talking about it now.

I think sempreinter got it right. We didn't leak it to the press, because we were hoping this moron will accept any offer (maybe that one from Monaco), but once this went dead we decided lets leak it and put more pressure into this bafoon. Maybe some fans or public pressure will ship his out of this club and become someone elses.

If you go to any jube forum (at least in Poland and englishspeaking) you will see the willingness of bringing him is like less than 30% favourable. Not so hard to believe, if you understand that football skills is not all to achieve success. But, it was the same during the balotelli saga where we were called morons for letting go of this amazing talent (which he was, but again... talent/skills is not all in this teamsport).

I just pray we get rid of this fucking cancer this summer. I'd rather see ciao mario, n9 and dalbert next year, than this moron and have all the others gone. Big respect to N9 btw. He might be unprofessional and interested more into partying, but at least he is man up to accept the situation you're in and appriciate the club being straight with you (like he said). Unlike this big baby here we have.

And one more thing. Some posters were thinking icardi's dislike within teammates is BS because of the party he was invited? Well, like I've mentioned at the moment, nobody claimed everybody would hate him on the spot from the team, and since it was Lautaros birthday, hard to believe the guy icardi helped a lot would not invite him.

"I can assure you Icardi is not a nasty guy, but we know what happened last season. His wife made those comments and not everyone forgives easily."

I wonder, if a wife (or husband) of your work coleage would talk shit about how poor of a job you make (comparing to him) in public, if you would be all rosy and daisy. I wouldn't be depresed on the spot, but I wouldn't like it either.

Honestly now, more than anything, Fuck Juve.

They can give us $80mil or they can give us Dybala...otherwise I back management 100% that icardi should be sent on loan to atletico or PSG or be informed that he will rot on the bench all season.

Fin.

Lets give maurito a moment to think. It's love towards Inter we're speaking of here after all, no trivial thing. In fact, he loves us so much, that he wants to steal from us.

Man, how fitting this song is for maurito right over here

"I'm just the pieces of the man I used to be"

"Oh, I feel like no-one ever told the truth to me
About growing up and what a struggle it would be"

"You're headed for disaster
'Cause you never read the signs
Too much love will kill you - every time"

Too much love will kill you folks. Queen already said it!

In light of this suing news we should quickly take a minute and reflect on brehme's bigotry and hypocrisy in this:

A fan who has been so deeply bothered by the moral impurity of having a former Juve coach managing Inter, has been religiously defending a player who is willing to the sue club, to cancel his contract and join Juventus.

Amen brothers.
