Yea two minutes ago it was Muriel who we should have bought and 2 hours ago it was Zapata

Ok, seriously: we have a problem. We need someone who can play on the flank and score. I never mentioned Zapata, I was joking about Muriel (they have just bought him), I am kinda serious about Quagliarella

I guess it's better for us that Samp didn't win but, I dunno, I like the idea of Samp giving a proper Champions League fight. Tough ending for them.

Good that Samp lost points, Serie A's level must be appalingly low if grandpa Quag and new super-acquisition Gabbiadini will bring team like Sampdoria CL football.

For Quagliarella only respect. What a season he has!

Every few years in Italy is a grandpa, who rules.
Quagliarella, Di Natale, Toni and the best of them Dario Hübner.

Hübner, that motherfucker, had his debut in Serie A at 30y old, after he spent his whole life in lower divisions. At 35y he was the top goalscorer in Serie A with fucking Piacenza. He put that team on his shoulder and saved them from relegation.

So, of Atalanta's 5 goals, 4 of them came from crosses. 2 of Zapata's goals were direct headers from crosses and another was from a cross which was headed back towards him for a tap-in. Perhaps we should look to poach Atalanta's elite specialist crossing coach instead of poaching their 'talent' like Gagliardini. Tale'nt.

Two or three of their goals from when we went to Bergamo last were from crosses or free kicks into the box as well, if I'm remembering that decable better than I want to be.

I still think that Zapata is more technical then Icardi tbh. And yesterday Icardi had good chances to score, he don't neccesary need Gareth Bales assist to score something like this:

Of course Zapata was not a great player if it comes to score goals. (2 years ago he was only a bench player at Napoli) But if he keeps to score for years like now, he will be easily one of the best striker in Serie A.

That's the "good chance to score"?

A cross that went 2 meters behind his run?

Don't think there's any need to start an argument over that particular Icardi moment. Ball could have been slightly better, Icardi shouldn't fall over at critical times like that. Frustrating, but you know. What can you do.

Wtf? he falled in front of the ball, like a baby.

In front of the ball? Dude, ffs. Why humiliate yourself that way?

Icardi made a sprint to open space and Politano sent a cross to the defender who wasn't even in the picture. It was a terrible lob and it ruined the chance. Icardi had to be... "static" to be able to even touch it and it'd be a crap touch as the defender would reach the ball at the same time... Ffs, I cannot believe I have to explain what you yourself can see, this is beyond idiotic. Last time I'm doing it.

You dont have to be static there, he could even try to stop the ball or just try to shot without stopping. And even if he would miss, at last he tryed. Instead he falled.

And what do you even mean with "static"? He was already on position when the ball was coming, cmon man. Its not like he always has to be ready in front of the goal while Politano has to drible 2 players and give you a perfect assist to score easy in front of the goal.

 Ffs I can't keep up with this. I'm hoping you're just trolling here for your own sake

Can't you see that Politano's cross is underhit and that Icardi has to STOP SPRINTING, pause, move backwards to even try and reach the ball and as a result lose his balance because that had to take place within 1.5 seconds?

if you watch closely he already made the right run, it was stupid from him to walk backward, he just had to focus on the shot and nothing else. He was already waiting. He could even try to make a header if it was dificult to shot.

Two great Napoli goals by Callejon and a free kick from Milik. I think it's better for us that Napoli wins since we are already in a CL-spot and therefore i consider it more important to keep fifth place and lower on a comfortable distance than necessarily becoming second.
