I'm guessing the part at 3:25 is edited to make it sound like the lady knows nothing. They probably edited the whole question part and really asked her about Suarez instead of Donovan. Also assuming the first guy was asked about Clint Dempsey but they altered the interviewer as if he was asked about Donovan.

The biggest observation I noticed is how they don't say Donovan's name in those two answers. If someone said "Donovan bit someone" then yes, it's ignorance. But you don't hear that or the "head" part of the Dempsey section. Go figure... I edit videos on the side and can't help but notice.
