At least you grew up here. I grew up in the north of Scotland's cold then Ireland's rain. How do you think I feel walking to the shop in Bologna in 36 degree heat? I fucking melt.

yesterday was about 23 degrees in ireland and the whole thing was struggling. we have no A/C anywhere really because we dont need it usually. I think if I had to work everyday in that heat I would be sweating all day every day

When did you go? If it was for one of the festival the atmosphere there is never like that apart from that month.

I stayed one month and left a week before the festival. Just by coincidence, I didn't even know there was a festival. I worked as a waiter at a pub, that was a long time ago.

It's horrible, even at night is very hot, yesterday at 9pm we were at 30°C. Fortunately most places have AC but I really feel sorry for all people that have to work outside. Thankfully next week we'll return to "normal temperatures" of 42-43°.
