seriously, for the past two weekss it's rained hard everyday; then bam - today, it's beautiful - 27 all day, perfect beach weather. and the first birthday in my memory that i've witnessed without any rain at all, yayy

What the hell... it's colder here in California than it should be. i know San Francisco gets fog, but I don't get why the sun is not coming out HERE where I live. It was consistently around 55 Fahrenheit, or 14 Celsius today. Obviously it wasn't freezing, but it's still disturbing how having a normally winter soup is comfortable in the month of July.

Wow...it was over 90F in NY this past weekend!
