Welcome sir. I'm extremely delighted with his appointment and it's great that we got it completed so soon which now gives us a great opportunity to sit down and make a proper project and identify the targets we want.

Great coach, very tallented.

I wanted him the most from all the available coaches given our resources. I noticed some time ago people were complaining his 3 man deffence tactic with napoli. First of all, wasn't it the main formation he used there because that's what napoli played for a long time since Reja took them? Isn't it also the case that he played 4 man defence with Sampdoria prior? If true it shows great adaptability (just like Mourinho) which is great ability for any coach.

Second I don't know why people are so cursing 3 man defence. These are great tactics, but require specific players. Just because a) we don't have players good enough for it and b) Stramacioni sucks balls and c) Gasperini was not given what he asked for, it doesn't mean 3 man tactics are bad. Napoli and Juve proves otherwise, at least in Italy.

Back to the coach, I'm very happy we appointed him, but it will be pointless if other matters won't follow. It doesn't matter if it's Mazzarri, or Benitez, or Stramacioni or Leonardo or Ranieri or whoever.

First either Moratti must change(unlikely) or he must change the owner of Inter. Then we must fix that mess we have, which are the player injuries plagues for couple years now we had. Third we must assess the situation and make ourselfs some realistic goals for the seasons to come.

How is his 3 man defense shit? It wins games, does it not? Hell, who even said he's going to play a 3 man defense here.

I actually have high expectations - always saw him wild, very passionate. If the mercato goes well, I definetely believe in the scudetto!

Would be interesting to see who will go now. Hope he kicks out Deki, Chivu, Silvestre, Jonathan, Mariga, Mudingayi and Rocchi for starters.

Good thing he's done the minimum job in wherever he's been to and generally a bit more than that.

So at least having him in charge, we can be relatively safe in assuming that we'll at very least fight until the end for Champions League places.

That we will see, how he copes with the pressure and all.

HE NEVER PLAYED 4 MEN DEFENSE IN SAMPDORIA. It was Del Neri who played it. Mazzarri hasnt played ONE match his entire career with 4 men defense. Very little tactical flexibility. Never adapts the team, but the team adapts to him.

Back to the coach, I'm very happy we appointed him, but it will be pointless if other matters won't follow. It doesn't matter if it's Mazzarri, or Benitez, or Stramacioni or Leonardo or Ranieri or whoever.

True, our problems are far greater.

First either Moratti must change(unlikely) or he must change the owner of Inter. Then we must fix that mess we have, which are the player injuries plagues for couple years now we had. Third we must assess the situation and make ourselfs some realistic goals for the seasons to come.

Mazzarri will change the medical team. GDS said it at least. He said that he will bring the "non injury magician" from napoli :awyeah:

Deki will probably take Kovacic's place in midfield knowing Mazzarri :yao:

Moratti: “Mazzarri? They're all good Coaches, but then they have to work at Inter which is something different…”

Welcome Walter to the fight against referees, ex Inter players that rape you, overmotivated small teams that rape you just because you are Inter, and so on and so on.
Good luck, you'll need it.

You need to post here more!!!

I agree with you on the point of management this is our 6th coach since Mou, the manager isn't the problem it's the link between the manager and management who are not abiding by the manager's vision.

I personally don't like Mazzarri he's a dick, but even Mou is a dick for his opponents and that basically means he defends his team to the death. But you have my full support Walter like any Inter manager, good luck but he needs the management to follow his vision of play.
