I'm replaying Witcher 3 right now and the fighting system kinda sucks. Only Blood & Wine left, but I can't play for more than 1 hour.

Bought Dark Souls because it was cheaper, shit sucked me in instantly.

Finished NORCO, crazy ending.

I decided to do myself a favor to get out of my depression after Inter lost the champions league final and finally bought a ps5. My first game is Demon's Souls remake. Of all the other souls games, I think this is the hardest to play. I'm just in chapter 2, I've died 1,516,812 times. My depression got stronger !

To me, Demon's Souls is the easiest of all these games =). I recommend to first go 1-1 about 10 times before even going on the bridge, just so you can get enough stuff to upgrade your weapon.

The game design is a bit weird, because after you finish 1-2, the best course to go play is 2-1, 3-1, 4-1, 5-1 and then it's easier to play other levels. 2-2 can be one of the hardest because you need to go on a long run to unlock an important shortcut. So getting your levels up is important, because the game is challenging even if you are Level 100.

The best games I've played since I got PS5 are Bloodborne, Elden Ring, Last of Us Part 2, Uncharted 4, Returnal (hardest game here, but very fun), God of War, Hollow Knight, Dead Space Remake, Disco Elysium, It Takes Two (meant for 2 players, very fun), ...

So if you missed any of these, these are like the cream de la creme

Thanks mate. Sounds like I must change my strategy. First I'm gonna do a lot of farmings then I'll follow the path what you recommended.

Yeah, the room before the bridge has those Shield fuckers that drop hardstones and sharpstones. I recommend back-stabbing them.

I did a few 1-1 runs to also get health drops and bombs, both will help.

Other than that, enjoy. Every level has a part that is closed off because of your World Tendency. I absolutely DON'T understand how it works, I believe it has something to do with killing bosses and how much you are dying. 1-1 has a little gate on the left as soon as you begin that will open sooner or later.

Most of the game I played with a ring that gave me 50% health back when being "undead". Apparently it's easier this way.

There was Stranglehold, that was a love letter to John Woo movies. Not as good as Max Payne, but still pretty good.

Other than that, I have no clue. Uncharted 4 maybe? Doesn't have any noir elements, but it's an action movie as a videogame, basically.

Got my dad Fifa 23 had a $20 offer on the PS network for it. It doesn't have Brazil as a selectable NT? that is insane !!

I played a game as the women for the women's World Cup. It plays very very differently. The shooting and passing with the female players is pretty laughable. I played as Colombia they are rated in mid 70s. So slow they do have a 83 rated striker and OMG having a player in the 80s when everyone else is 70s is laughable.

I was going to pick the US women's team but thought that would be like picking Real Madrid. Those women are all high 80s.

I also just found out Dennis Rodman's daughter is on the US women's NT.

hope EA sports 24 has more National teams. Like Brazil and all South American teams had generic uniforms. Brazil was super odd since they couldn't even use the players real names though you could just pick the NT players you wanted to call up. Seems insane to have like 1k Brazilian players in your game but not have their NT.

if anyone wants to play some good football, you should install ''football life 2023''... its pretty much updated pes, but with updated stuff and improved gameplay. The files are pretty big, but it's worth it.

Try buying one of those small emulators for 100bucks. Bought my wife one and she spent the afternoon playing Double Dragon and Rayman 2.

I would recommend Duckstation emulator on pc. It can take about 10-15 minutes to set it up but youtube has plenty of tutorials on it. I've been replaying bunch of ps1 games that way recently and I'm honestly impressed by it, for many games it can even add proper widescreen mode and higher framerate that doesn't feel weird or sped-up. Playing Gran Turismo 2 in 60fps widescreen for an instance looks and feels fantastic since it would lag like crazy on real console back in the day.

No, that's just for the PS1. For PS2 games you want an emulator called PCSX2. Again, the easiest way is to look up a youtube tutorial that will show you what files you need to download and how to configure it.
